These guys are fast. I was amazed. Very friendly and professional. My new tires and wheels came out great! They also put new windshield wiper blades onto my car.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire on North Scottsdale Road! The facility had ample parking, the waiting area was open and clean, and the functioned like a well oiled machine. I walked in without an appointment and saw they were extremely busy. They had 4 or 5 people at the front desk and they were all professional and courteous. Chase helped me get checked in quickly and put me into the queue. Everything was automated and the status was provided at all stages via text and email. They quickly found the source and the problem and had my car back before the promised time. Being new to the area, they now have a loyal customer... I highly recommend Discount Tire!

The cleanest most professionally run tire store I ve ever been in. And the best service. I am visiting here and called to see if they could take care of a small leak. As I was parking my truck they came out to meet me. I was in a hurry and didn t even go in their building. Got a text showing progress and a little latter notified me it was done. The whole thing was fantastic

For years I've been bringing my trailer to discount tire and my personal vehicles since I was 18. My first trailer I thought it was a defect because the tires keep wearing uneven with the rest, so I bought a new one last year for my business again and the same problems keep happening so today I decided to investigate how they are installing my tires and come to find out the are lifting trailers by the axles! That is totally the incorrect way I suspected. You do not lift a trailer by its axles nor its leaf springs. I also called the dealership/service dept and they confirmed it is the wrong way and the right way is by its frame when i ask to speak with the manager, he said that's the way they do it. Heads up to trailers and rv drivers! I took pictures as well. Now I have a major costly problem due to lack of training and education to all the stores.

Ordered my tires online and got them shipped to the store. Scheduled an appointment for 9:15am. I got there at 9:05am and all done at 9:40am. Counter sales guy was super nice, wish I would have remembered his name.

Had them install TPMS sensors that I bought from online. They balanced the tires even better than before. Note to anyone considering bringing in their own sensors, there's a separate installation fee from balancing fee and bringing in your own sensors fee which wasn't disclosed over the phone. For four tires, install fee is $28, balance is $88, own sensors fee is $28. Overall, mediocre rating.

I went to purchase 4 new tires from this location specifically because I appreciated the guys who work in the bay and their helpfulness, with tire pressure issues. The front desk, salesmen are NOT those people.My husband called and they said they were not busy and it was a good time to come in. From the get-go Chase misled me. He told me they could get it done within 2 hours. I wasn t informed I could schedule a tire purchase, and that in being a walk-in I d be their lowest priority. I sat there for an hour and a half, watching several turnovers of the wait-room before they even STARTED working on my car.I asked several times and explained I couldn t be gone from home for long, never in these times did any of the sales people explain that, in fact, I could schedule an appointment on-line, and save the wait and Chase went so far as to lie and say, he didn t mention it because I wouldn t have been able to schedule one because they were booked out 4 days in advance, (not true I checked while I waited, they had multiple openings the next day).Finally when the work was done I noticed a strange charge for Certificates for refund/replacement this is a tire insuranceprogram to which I NEVER agreed. I called the North Scottsdale store. I asked to speak with the manager, Chase who answered said he d be gone for 55 minutes. We drove down there,My husband asked one guy if he was the manager, (he was) we then explained this bogus not agreed to charge, to his credit he refunded the $226.91, as he processed the refund, his only explanation was these guys (salesmen) don t make a lot of money. So that justifies their dishonesty???!!!I m done with all Discount Tire Stores,I ve been a long time customer, but no more, corruption starts at the top.

I had the great opportunity to work with Chaz and the team on 10/27. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. His time estimation was spot on for my service and got me the tires I needed at the price I wanted. The service team(multiple worked on my car) were quick and efficient and handed me my keys with a smile. I will continue to do my business here for the foreseeable future.

I came in for a tire rotation back in Novemeber and Clay looked at my tires. After looking at them, he recommended NOT to rotate them because the back tires wear faster than the front, which is not true. I came back in 2 months later because I did not trust what he said and he was wrong. The front tires were wearing down quicker. One of the front tires wore down so much, Clay refused to rotate my tires for "safety" even though I am in this position because of the bad information he gave me. The only option he gave me was to buy a new tire. I think Clay did this on purpose to have to replace my tires quicker, more sales = higher manager bonus. I asked another employee working that day which tires wear down quicker and he instantly said the front which is a direct contradiction of what Clay told me.

Had an awful experience with Big Brand Tires, but Discount Tire took care of me. 5 stars! avoid Big Brand Tire, A+ for Discount Tire!!!Had a leaky valve stem after Big Brand mounted new tires AND the wheel stud snapped when Discount Tire removed the wheel for me. Not a big deal (and it was caused by Big Brand Tires cross-threading the lug nut) but Discount Tire replaced the valve stem and referred me to a nearby shop who replaced the wheel stud and lug nut for me.Big Brand didn't replace my valve stems when I got new tires on my car, and when I noticed a leak from the valve stem Big Brand wanted to charge me for dismount/mount/balance again just to replace the valve stems they should've done in the first place.

Just wanted to give a big thanks to Scottsdale discount tire and how much I appreciate the excellent service from you guys. I've put tires and rims on 2 vehicles recently and would recommend scheduling online for faster service, but overall very satisfied. Also shoutout to Juan Pablo for his professionalism and excellent customer service!

My daughter was traveling home from Scottsdale and had low tire indicator come on and a nail. She stopped in and the staff at Discount Tire were fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service!! Thank you for taking care of her!!

had the best experience. Purchased tires online on Thursday, had them delivered, and an appointment for installation first thing on Monday morning. Service was quick to check in since I had an appointment and even though i was originally going to leave it there and come back, they still got my car in right away and i was in and out in 1.5 hours. Fabulous service!

I have been with my phone company for 20 years, my car insurance for 30 years. I believe in brand loyalty. I will NEVER return to Discount tire EVER again. They couldn't get my phone number right after 3 tries and they never called me back. When I went down there they couldn't find my tire because some guy named mike was the only one who knew where it was. I will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was with them. I am officially divorced from Discount tires.

Amazing service per Discount Tire s high standards. Waited in line with many for FREE air check and air service as my car indicator let me know it s that time of year! The young man Kaden was so personable and treated every customer with a huge smile and fabulous attitude!! Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!!

Got me in and out. A bit slow but it's a very busy place. Kelton and the guys were all super friendly and helpful.It is shocking how many people line up to get their tires checked. They may want to add another person doing the checking.

Great prices BUT for the third straight time they didn't balance all the wheels and the tires were woefully under inflated. I won't mention the 10 minutes per car wait to get my tires inflated in the back. Poor management

I like this discount tire because this store is next to the corporate office, and north Scottsdale I expect they are extra careful given some of their clientele and proximity to execs. I have never had a bad experience in this store. This time was not perfect. I had an appt, they did not get me out for 1:45. One of the 4 new Tpms sensors was not programmed correctly, had to return the next day to get it corrected.

Quality service and great deals on tires. The offer free rotations if you buy the tires there, which you should. They offered my tires at a much lower price than elsewhere, so much lower that I was able to get their tire insurance plus a new set for the same price as a new set elsewhere.

Truly a fantastic company. My tire had 2 nails in it but I was running late with no time. The kind desk team took my keys and when I returned later it was all fixed and because I bought with discount there was no fee. I just LOVE this company!

Robert was outstanding! My vehicle had a number of wheel/tire issues. I had taken it to another automotive facility. They were more expensive and not nearly as helpful. Robert did a great job of explaining what the problems were. He was very informative and extremely polite. Without question, he is the reason I ll keep coming back to Discount Tire!Most sincerely and thank you.Rick JG

Chase checked me in Chase and was professional and courteous. This location may be a cut above 99% of the DT stores knowings it is adjacent to DT Corporate.Plenty of Staff working feverishly but smartly.The service as noted on the App was scheduled to be completed by 10:11am.At 9:55am it showed completed on the App so I walked over to the area where vehicles exit the garage.By 10am I am in the vehicle departing.Truly impressed as this was Monday am and the store was slammed with walk ins.This was truly a case of Grayhawk DT under promising and over delivering.Impressive by any measure. What a Team culture here ..

This store is awesome! Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Juan at the front is amazing! I always go to him for tires on all my vehicles and he gets them taken care of promptly. Great service!

Dustin came out to meet me at my truck and inspected my tires and helped me solve my tire issues. He then scheduled me to return the next day so I would not have a long wait time. Very professional.

My partner made an appointment for early morning. He checked in and was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Several hours later he was still held up waiting for his car. Later still, I had to schedule emergency child care to cover for my partner. Just not right, time estimates should mean something. After all, local clientele are this company's bread and butter. When all was said and done it was not a pleasant experience. Our family will be going somewhere else from here on out. This location used to be worthy of raving about, but in the very recent past it has really gone down hill. Sad.
