Nick, Martin and their team do an excellent job!! We had an issue where I left the sunroof cracked open and neither myself or the attendant noticed. Nick had me come back in and they did an AMAZING job and looks good as new!!! The unlimited memebship is an awesome program and our cars always sparkle and shine when done!!

I just had my truck detailed in king the Clay bar which brought my exterior to looking like it did when I drove it off the lot and the inside looks brand new too. GM Nick is amazing and wonderful customer service is top notch. Romero did a fantastic job. Totally worth the money to car for such o huge investment my Tacoma Truck. Will only go to Cobblestone on Pima and the 101. They are truly magicians

Cobblestone is by far the BEST car wash around!!! This location in particular has amazing customer service!Lilly is always super friendly, happy, and helpful to get us taken care of quickly and efficiently!The GM, Nick, also was really quick to help us with a membership plan change when we needed to add another car on. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the options and very friendly!At first it was the free popcorn that got me now it s the customer service and quality of clean that keeps us as happy customers time and time again!

This place is awesome! I have been a customer for years. If you want a quality auto detailing and great service then this is your place. Nick and his team are friendly and pay attention to detail. It is a well kept and managed facility. Most of all I trust them with my car.

I honestly don't know what "cleaning" is included in a 39$ "Platinum" car wash. Maybe that's just the base and you have to pay extra for the noticeable items. I am at a lost for words. It wasn't busy, and there were 4 guys working on the car. When I got in I asked the guy to hand me his towel and he just watched me clean the console as it was sticky and filthy. Look at the photo.

Martin is terrific and very accommodating! Him and his crew is the best in town for cleaning/customer service. I wouldn t dare take my Lexus to get cleaned anywhere else! 5 Stars!!

Nick and the crew here at Cobblestone has taken GREAT care of our family cars for over a decade!!Amazing excellent service!! They do Great cleaning jobs of our cars!!A few years ago I forgot that I had hidden 200 hundred dollars under my seat and and when I picked up my car all the cash was on the seat, the people vacuuming it found it so they are very honest also!!

I honestly can t rave enough about this place. I have a fleet of rental cars so I go to the car wash multiple times per day and I have been to multiple locations. This is by far the best service and the attention to detail they have when washing the cars ends up with them being immaculate. Nick the the manager and the staff at this location are an absolute pleasure to deal with and helps elevate the experience to a completely new level. My final rating is 100/10

In addition to Cobblestone Auto Spa having the best car washes in the valley, the customer service at the Hayden Rd & Frank Lloyd Wright location is especially phenomenal. Lilli is extremely nice, has always greeted us with a smile and is very knowledgeable about the different options and specials that Cobblestone offers. The GM, Nick, was great in helping us get our monthly unlimited car wash membership added to our family plan. Very thorough and professional customer service all the way around. Come for the free popcorn, stay for the spotless car washes and awesome customer service from Nick & Lilli!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

It s not every day that an experience drives me to leave a review but got my car washed at Cobblestone today! The car wash was just as expected super clean but what really stuck out was the delightful service from Carmen inside. She is special and should be recognized!

The Cobblestone is by far the best one I have been to in the area. The workers on the end make sure to pay the upmost attention to details and when I am given my car back I am always sent away smile. Not only are there begining and finish line workers amazing there management is even better. I have had the pleasure of meeting both Nick and Martin they always take the greatest care of my cars. I love the hospitality that I endure when I am here. It is a great place to go and get you snacks while you hang out waiting for your car to be washed.

Boy, I should have looked at the reviews before I stopped here. I have had very good experiences with cobblestone on Bell and the 51. And with Cobblestone in Tempe off the 60. Talk about night and day.Went in about 4pm. Got the basic wash and was talked into upgrading one tier for tire dressing, air freshener, cleaner and protectant. I am not sure I got any of the above as I watched the car being wiped down .I get called to my car at 445pm and noticed the entire back of the car still wasn t dried off. I notice was appears to be a small dent right about my drivers side door handle that wasn t there when I arrived. When entering my car the dash wasn t cleaned, the center console still had the beverage drops I had hoped would be cleaned. The doors weren t wiped and there was still visible dirt on my floor boards and center console in the back seat area and along the door frames.Visible chemical spray marks that haven t been wiped still on the passenger side window as I arrived home.Huge disappointment considering I usually have consistent quality service at the other two locations I go to.The ladies in the store at the registers are friendly, fun and welcoming. Just disappointed in the quality of the car wash and service providers.

Been getting my car washed here since I moved to AZ. Jessica when you first arrive makes it 10x better than anywhere else. She will let you know some of the great services to get your car looking its best. I don t think my truck has ever looked so great since she came along. Shout out to her and the service she provides.

I bring at the very least 20 cars here a month for my business. Every single time that Michelle helps me, she is happy, pleasant, professional and so well suited for working with people. I go out of my way to come to this location just for the service Michelle provides on the front customer facing end. That girl works HARD. Keep it up young lady!

Got my car washed about an hour ago at this location. Got home and noticed they hardly cleaned the interior seats or anything. I bought the unlimited package and was given the "top tier" wash today. Re thinking this whole unlimited thing and might just stay with my mobile wash guy. Pictures attached of their "top tier wash"Seats had dust in the joints, center console hardly whipped absolute joke of a car wash.

I needed serious dog hair removal! I owned a St. Bernard and my truck was covered with thick layer of dog hair. It was so terrible my (black) carpet was now the same color as my gray upholstery. I took my truck to Cobblestone to make an appointment to my amazement they were able to take me right then. They had my truck for a couple hours. They gave me a premium wash, did the carpet and upholstery. My tuck looked so amazing. I wish I would have taken before photos but did attach an after photo and wow I have black carpet again!!!!!! Wonderful staff will definitely recommend. Thank you so much!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I got my car washed here in November and they said they could upgrade the car wash to a premium one for free. I agreed but when the car wash was done and I got home I noticed a ton of crumbs in the backseat that were not vacuumed up. They also without telling me signed me up for their recurring membership which I now have to cancel and dispute with my bank. Be prepared for a terrible car wash and to get scammed if you come here.

I went to the North Scottsdale location, and the customer service here is unmatched. While I was unsatisfied with my initial wash, the General Manager, Nick, made sure that my car was spotless once I left. They truly care about getting the job done and doing it the right way. Thanks again!

Terrible work. Smelly bathrooms. Paid $80 for a full detail and I could have done a better job with a garden hose. After getting a worker and a manager who didn't speak any English I ended up having to wipe down all the door frames kick panels grab a vacuum and vacuum the seats that I paid for an interior detail to get cleaned. While they sit there and watched me do it. Find somewhere else to get your car as it is a waste of money here!

I always have an amazing experience when going to this cobble stone, specifically when dealing with the manager Nick. He always takes good care of me and makes sure my cars are in pristine condition. What an incredible guy!

UPDATE:3/26/24I've been meaning to update my review. When this work was done, it was a cloudy day. A few days later when it was sunny I was able to see my car better. The swirl marks that Martin said would be removed before applying the wax/sealent were still there. In fact there seemed to be more than what was originally there.This is very dissappointing since I had originally requested a refund for the not yet preformed wax detail since I decided that I needed to go somewhere to get the swirl marks taken care of before investing in a wax detail.I feel very dupped in this ordeal------------------------------------------------------------Martin, the car wash manager at the Pima Rd location listened to my concerns about an issue with my car that needed addressing before getting a wax detail.Not only did he listen to what the issues were, he went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care and that my car would look better than when I got it at the dealship 4 months. And it does!He went well above my expectations and I am very grateful.
