I d like to personally say thank you to the Chapman team (Finance & Lester Parrales) for making this possible. I walked in around 7:30 pm looking for a scatpack, I walked out less than 24 hours w the vehicle I had set my mind too, Lester was very understanding of what my preferences were, worked numbers w the finance team, I asked and I got. Don t doubt the team, they work w people w great and bad credit. It s do-able if you show up at Chapman Volkswagen in Scottsdale Arizona!

Roland was wonderful to work with and paid great attention to my questions and needs. He was also polite, friendly, and patient with having our toddler with us. On a personal note, as a young looking, heavily tattooed person, I'm not unfamiliar with sales people not being open to talking with me or taking me seriously. I had the complete opposite experience with Roland and greatly appreciated him treating me with respect. I didn't feel pressured at any point of my shopping process and appreciated this as well. Roland was quick to attend to the defects on my vehicle I found and made sure I connected with the service center appropriately.Navigating my financing with Brian as a first time car buyer was great. I appreciated him answering all my questions thoroughly and explaining the pros/cons of different options. He was equally kind and I didn't feel pressured by him either. Overall I don't think I could have had a better experience!

Amazing dealership to work with. Have purchased two vehicles with them to date and will definitely come back if assistance is ever needed again. The people are incredible to work with and make the process ever so smooth. Big shout out to Lauren who has always been a pleasure to work with both times. The assistance from Ben and Brian is also truly appreciated. Definitely recommend for anyone s car buying experience!

My experience with the service department here has been the best of any Volkswagen service center in the area. Even though the technicians are extremely busy they still worked to keep me updated and prioritized about the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately my vehicle does have a manufacturing defect and I am working towards a resolution with Volkswagen directly but the team at Chapman has been absolutely amazing with my entire experience and their dedication.

Very disappointed in the over all service!I did buy a used vehicle from them. There were no issues while taking the test drive. But after the first time I put fuel in it the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted the dealership they were happy to take a look at it.After me paying for the extended warranty for $3,500 it can back that one particular thing that was wrong wasn't covered. This is after the finance manager told me paying for the "platinum" package of the warranty will cover the vehicle bumper to bumper... It was a serious let down of putting my trust and money into them. I have tried to reach out and they still want me to pay full coverage. This is after they knew there was an issue with it. Also after they got the extra money for the "extended warranty".Buy at your own risk ladies and gentlemen.An update on this review.I was going to delete it. But I want to let you guys know the issues had. The reason behind this update.After Melissa read the review she reached out immediately after she did everything in her power to help me. I do appreciate all her efforts. And her helping me. Reaching out to me. So now with the communication I am overly satisfied and will be getting my repairs done there. So they do read this. They do help. I am grateful for Melissa helping me with my issues

I had an exceptional experience at this car dealership! I initially visited to explore their car selection, and I must give a shout out to the incredible Roland Ugho. His attention to detail and level of service went above and beyond my expectations. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by the team. Thomas was my service advisor and he did an exceptional job of getting my issue resolved which only Volkswagen dealers can fix. He gave me a clear and concise plan of what they would do and how long they would have my vehicle and even got me a ride back to my home. He was communicative and even got me back my vehicle earlier than anticipated.

I had a fantastic experience top to bottom at Chapman VW Scottsdale. They were so welcoming and very easy to work with. Initially I was not intending to purchase a vehicle that day, but after working with Damien and Mark, I felt at home and comfortable discussing a deal for my car. I was so thrilled to take home a brand new 2023 Golf R, as it's been my dream to own one since VW first developed that line. The customer service and communication with the previously mentioned employees, in addition to Austin and others there, was completely top notch and professional. Would highly recommend buying or leasing a vehicle through them if you're in the market for one.

I moved to Scottsdale just a few months ago and my VW was in need of an oil change. I used the Express Service at Chapman VW. Alex, the service writer met me in the drop off bay. He got me checked in and showed me where the waiting area was. I promptly got a spreadsheet with information from the 12 point inspection and a video of my vehicle. I was able to choose the services that were suggested. Alex kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I had a question about a little paint chip on my car and Alex took me to the parts counter to ask more questions. These guys were amazing. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I will absolutely go back. Note: I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in 2 hours.

Service Advisor, Ty, was professional and personable.Our service wait time was promised for an hour and a half; and was completed in just an hour! The patron waiting area wascomfortable; and the reception area was attentive, offering coffee, water and complimentary popcorn. We were impressed with our experience with the Chapman VW service department.

This review reflects my experience with the dealership and service department, focusing on the high cost and frequency of repairs rather than the professionalism of the service advisers. The advisers I interacted with were considerate and professional. My vehicle, bought from this dealership, required constant repairs, making me visit the dealer every few months. In my view, the car could be considered a lemon due to its numerous issues. A significant concern arose when I brought the car in for a recent leak and the car's hesitation to go when pressing the gas. The only reason that I continued to bring in the car was because of a diesel warranty the car had in hopes the repair would be covered under the warranty. However, when I brought the car in I found out that the warranty expired at 123,000 miles coinciding with the diagnosis of a failing transmission. I was told a while back that the warranty lasted until 150,000 miles. There are some additional things with the car that need repairing, some not as critical as the transmission but all together the price of the repairs in total would've been around $10,000. This situation, combined with the regular need for repairs and the timing of these expensive fixes right after the warranty expired, seemed suspicious to me. Adding to my frustration, a specialized VW shop later advised that the transmission was not failing and didn't need replacement. This contradictory information led me to feel deceived and cheated by this dealership.

I took my car in for issues that were not resolved at another location. I received a new Service Agent and he was amazing! His name is Thomas. He addressed every concern and with ease resolved them all. He made the inconvenience of having to have things fixed seem quick and painless. I really appreciate how professional he is and recommend asking for him!

I ve been taking my GTI to Chapman VW for service for a few years now, and they ve always taken great care of my car. They are extremely communicative and responsive, thorough with their service and they even covered my Lyft ride the other day so I could pick up my car after repairs. I highly recommend Chapman VW s service department - thanks so much Alex and the entire team!

Thomas was very professional. I had ordered some parts for my interior (puppy chewing incident) and not only did they do my 60,000 mile service but they had my car cleaned and the new parts installed. Very happy customer. :)

Great interaction with the team at Chapman. My 2018 Tiguan came in to have a door panel replaced under warranty. Unfortunately the driver door windows and mirror buttons were not installed correctly. I went to turn on my heated mirrors and the entire piece fell into the door housing. Will be returning to have the piece clicked into place.

I was here for an oil change service. Service, amenities, and professionalism were five star . After coming back to home, I noticed a oil leak on my driveway and informed them about it instantly. On the very next day I was told to bring the car. They found out the cause and took care of the issue with at no expense. Even they drop me off and then pick me up when it was solved. Their service is definitely costlier but it brought me peace of mind.

It is really convenient to be able to drop the car off the day before. I always schedule the first appointment. Typically the car is ready by mid-morning which allows us to avoid rush hour. Service was faster than expected. A pesky problem with the AC was solved quickly. Nice job.Pat Hune, Broker, 1st Southwest Realty

I was in desperate, immediate need of a used car for my son. Walking in, being greeted by Carmayne, his smile and welcoming personality, I felt hopeful. Lui was beyond wonderful, efficient and helpful via email as I kept asking for documents to review before purchasing. Brian made the finance portion harmless and gladly gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision. Those 3 men will bring me back as a returning customer. Everything about the experience was excellent for my daughter and I. Austin made the experience for my daughter's 1st time car buying experience positive and comfortable. He is a knowledgeable and experienced professional.The same with Dale, explaining the contract content to her. He made my daughter comfortable and his education skills are excellent. She is confident that the dealership will continue to be the same for routine maintenance as well.

it was very easy to roll in and have your crew look at and fix my battery. Ty was great at explaining things and also assisting with scheduling another appointment for other "non-essential" items that need some attention. A great guy with a very welcoming personality and friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me some great tips for long term care of my car.

Every individual that had a hand in my car-buying experience made it a really fun & enjoyable experience! Nettie & Jimmy partnered seamlessly in the sales process. Lui worked a great deal to meet my budget, and Brian Laasch educated me as we worked through each tidbit of the financing processing. I have also received stellar follow-up since my purchase was made. Leasing a vehicle from Chapman was easy. Came back a few years later and purchasing a vehicle from here was easy and no pressure. 10/10 would do it again. I love my Atlas. Scheduling service is easy, expectations re: timeline clearly set, everything completed quickly, free lyft ride home, and they went above and beyond and fixed my gas cap without asking! AMAZING. Oh also, updates via text!!! I have young kids and talking on the phone is rarely ever a pleasant experience .... so the text updates are really nice. Big thanks to the sales team and service team here.

I bought a brand new Jetta from this place and it's an absolute piece of junk. We have already had brake issues, battery issues and now the car BURNS OIL. .The service guys here at Chapman VW all told me that it's perfectly normal for a brand new car to burn oil and for the oil light to come on before your next oil change. On top of that, when I was waiting 3 hours to get my premature oil change the service guy had the AUDACITY to say VW makes a more reliable car than TOYOTA and HONDA These people are bold faced liars. STAY AWAY!

The staff could not have been more professional or nice. Very courteous. The facility was very well maintained; the place looked great and clean and was comfortable. The primary issue is I was told the service would be $159+tax and the total was actually more than $190. The tax rate there is not that high. The real price was $159 + shop supplies + tax, but that's not what I was told in advance. Also, the 3% surcharge for credit card transactions was super annoying and also not clearly communicated in advance.

Fast and honest!They performed 3 types of service for my car and it took them only 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It would ve taken the other VW dealerships a whole day. Or maybe two days!!!I ve been to 3-4 VW dealerships and this was the only one that actually met and exceeded my expectations.Also, my service advisor, Thomas Watson, was knowledgeable and honest about the services and prices.I will be coming back!
