Chapman collision Center did an excellent job on the repairs. It was a minor rear end collision, low, speed impact, maybe a 5 mile an hour impact. I feel like a good customer service from them, and I would recommend you consider Chapman collision center for repairs of your vehicle. They were courteous Anytime I had contact with them. Either in person or via the phone.

I am visiting from out of state and was sadly rear ended. Chapman was the highest rated bodyshop within a 50mile radius and I see why.Gabe was my advisor and provided clear and timely communication. The quality of the repair is outstanding and my car looks just how it looked when I drove it off the lot.Overall I would highly recommend Chapman collision.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I am deploying with the Army and was hit two weeks before leaving, so I was on a time crunch and had very limited availability due to training. The Chapman collision facility was incredibly helpful in my figuring out my situation. The front desk workers were super nice and informative. CODY WAS THE MAN. He was incredibly nice and approachable. He was always available to call and was always updating me on my vehicle s status. He went above and beyond in his customer service. He even took the time out of his busy schedule and buffed out some scratches that were on my car for free! Super convenient process, the enterprise next to the shop even dropped off the rental and picked it up from the shop. I am super thankful to Cody and the other hardworking individual s at Chapman. Thank you everyone at Chapman for your kindness and help.

Overall as a Ford dealership, this location is the best in the Scottsdale area for collision repair and overall service. They have a good size staff so they re able to do service without a long delay as you ll find other locations. Everyone I have met at the collision ctr and the service location have always been positive and easy to work with.

We had a small repair on a Ford Escape. Daniel C. in the collision center ordered the part and it was there the next day as promised. The part was installed while we waited.But the best part was when we went to pay for it were told it was "on the house"I was blown away. Great service, great communication, and then no charge!Only place we go in AZ for work we need done on our cars.Thanks again!

My 2016 Lexus RX350 was unfortunately hit on the Rear Passenger door by another driver who wasn't paying attention during lane change. I picked Chapman Collision because they were near my house, had Enterprise Car Rental Across the street and had solid reviews. Upon visiting the facility. The lobby was very nice, included drinks and coffee. I was greeted by the nice receptionist and the body shop estimator Gabriel. Both were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Got an estimate done, insurance approved got an appointment scheduled to turn in my car to the body shop.A week later, I got my car back and found some issues with the vehicle.1) The Front Passenger Door and Rear Passenger doors do not close properly, in addition to this. The interior and exterior door handles was making loud popping noises. I immediately took it back to the body shop and they immediately took it to the back and made some adjustments. Door handle popping noise was resolved, The Rear door was able to be closed, the front door was not able to be closed. I had to take the car back 2 more times to resolve the door not closing properly. They were able to resolve the issue on the third try after speaking with the manager.2) Exterior of the car when returned back to me was clean but the inside of the car was caked in dust all over. I was not expecting the car to be flawless but it was quite the amount of dust.3) Rear tail lights, rear bumper, rear passenger door trim, front passenger door all have panel gaps now. When I shut the front passenger door, the entire front passenger door, including the side mirrors shakes loosely as if the door wasn't rebuilt back correctly.Overall, the body shop and the people are super nice and professional and a pleasure to work with but misses the home run with the quality of body work. This may be an isolated incident. I don't know...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came in to Chapman early in the week for an estimate on some scraping on the side of my truck.Don't expect to see anyone to take a look on the spot - you'll need an appointment.I showed up on time for my 1:00pm appointment. It was raining outside with some lightning. I waited in the lobby until 1:20, at which point a service manager came out aggressively "scolding" me for being there. He said, and I quote, "It rains twelve days a year here, it might start hailing, why can't this wait for Monday?".Ok sir, I was just standing in the lobby waiting for my scheduled appointment, not complaining or anything. What a ridiculous, strange, and unprofessional interaction. Just tell me at 1:00 that you want to reschedule due to weather. Or better yet call me in advance, pull the truck into a garage, many solutions.I would suggest to potential customers - don't burden Chapman with your business or presence in their lobby. Would hate for them to go out of their way to, you know, help the customer.PS It's 1:40 now and the sun is shining. These guys are insufferable.

They have had my vehicle for over a month after a 2 week estimate, now waiting on 2 parts as of 3/25 I had to get a rental car for the time they had my vehicle which is normal. I got my rental car for 4 weeks exactly no more no less. My vehicle was not ready by that time so i had to return my rental. They did give me a rental to compensate me which they told me they do not do. They told me my car would be ready 4/10 Tuesday. That is not the case clearly. Always dodging calls will not call back you have to literally show up and catch them off guard which i shouldnt have to do. They order parts from ebay not the dodge/mopar website. So who knows how the parts really are, are they used or new? If insurance is involved don't you have to use 100% guaranteed parts? Are we still waiting on the two parts that I know dodge has down the street from you guys?

Daniel and his staff are top tier! Could not be happier with the repairs done to my Infiniti Q50. After 3 weeks in the shop, and having it back now for almost 2 weeks, I can confidently say this is the only collision center that will touch or work on our family s vehicles. 10/10 Job all the way around, from the work to communication. *****HIGHLY RECOMMEND*****

Since day one I walk on this business property to get my truck fixed, the customer service to the professionalism was beyond exceptional. Daniel Wheelock and his team had excellent contact and follow-ups on the status or parts/repairs and ensured I was 100% taken care of. They made sure everything was repaired to top notch on my truck and back on the road in a timely manner. Daniel even followed up with me after I picked up my truck to make sure I was completely pleased and satisfied with the repairs, since he was not available at the time I came by. When I picked my truck up, I could not have been happier. According to my Geico Representative (James Sifferman), with Daniel being in this industry and a car man, I 'm glad I selected this place to do business. Cannot say enough about what Daniel and his team achieved, such a fantastic place. I highly recommend Chapman Collison Scottsdale for any repairs/service!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Overall the advisor Cody Rogers was very friendly and thorough. The shop was slow and the phone answering center lacked a lot. Plus I had to put the car in twice for repairs that were missed the first time. Those are the reasons I didn t give Cody 5 stars

I recently took my 2020 Tacoma in for body work. I dropped it off on a Monday, it was there for a week and a half, and I left with it looking brand new this past Thursday. Throughout the entire process they were fantastic. I m thrilled with the work done and will return if I m ever needing body work done again. I m highly detailed and they took care of each and every single detail on my truck. Thanks Chapman, especially Javier, you were great!

Piss poor experience.Initially was promised a certain date that my car would be ready, then they had to push it back a week which is fine. When I went to pick it up it was missing an exterior panel. I told them I was moving to Tucson and needed the part before then as I intended to trade in my car once I was there.The week before I had to move I called for an update 4 times throughout week and left two messages and nobody ever got back to me. Forced to move to Tucson without getting the part. Eventually I got a front desk person who forwarded me to an employee that gave me his personal number and told me to text him. He would not respond to my texts for days, and only after I called the shop asking for him would he respond.They finally got the part in and said they were shipping it to a shop in Tucson, then never answered my follow up question about which shop. Never got the part on my car and had to eat the cost during my trade in. Would NOT recommend this location.

My wife and I have brought our vehicle to Chapman Collision on three separate occasions for incidents that were not our fault. Each time, the employees at Chapman have been helpful, friendly, and patient, even working directly with the at-fault party's insurance to make sure they can repair our car to its previous condition as quickly as possible, at no cost to us. We have always been satisfied with their work and would definitely bring a vehicle back there in the future if we are unfortunate enough to need the repairs!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My truck was a week late and my final bill was $1000+ over the estimate with no updates along the way.I will never use them again. It isn't the money as I have a TRX. It was the lack of transparency and the fact they charged me over 30% above my estimate.

The staff mistakenly undercharged me when I came to collect my vehicle. Six months later they called threatening to send the amount to a debt collector. I was kind and paid the extra balance but I found this extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.If you have no other choice but to go here, make sure they charge the correct amount. I am now down almost $2,000 near the holidays as I had to scramble to get the money before they reported to the debt collector.Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Worst experience out of countless businesses I deal with.8 months to fix my work truck.Finally Got a call to pick it up, still not done.Cody the guy assigned to me wouldn t answer the phone, or call you back.I had to drive across town several times just to make sure they still had my truck, because I couldn t get anyone to answer.Finally got my truck and still missed the mud flap.Not worth waiting god know how long for.I can t in good conscience recommend them to anyone.Take it to anyone else, they have to be betterThan the worst. READ THIS REVIEW*** this is my second experience with Chapman Collision Center and I ve got to say, they are consistently impressive! Jose is the estimator I worked with this time. He was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns thoroughly, and made me feel like my situation was important. I know these estimators deal with many vehicles daily, but he didn t just treat it like another number in the lineup.The work was swift, and in addition to that I asked if they could look into a rattle in my drivers side door. During the repair, Leo (the technician on my repair) inspected but didn t find anything. Jose, let me know & he took pictures documenting that the tech went through and thoroughly looked.Upon picking the vehicle up, I had my fingers crossed that Leo and Jose would take another look if I asked. Jose sat in the car with me and listened for the sound. He then called Leo to the front and Leo came all the way up to discuss it with me. They said to leave it and they would pull the door back off and give it a once over. That is Customer Service at its finest. They didn t have to do that, and it just goes to show they re dedicated to doing things the right way. Another A+ experience guys, thank you!

I live nearby and just moved to Arizona from California and got my new license plate in the mail today and could not figure out how to get the stripped screw out so I can put on my new license plate! I remember driving by Chapman collision so I decided to stop by and see if somebody could help me out. They were so nice and helpful and didn t even charge me to put my license plate on! I felt taken care of and appreciate them so much that if I ever need them for any future car damages or support I will definitely be back. Very friendly and helpful!

This was such a great experience! The process was completed much earlier than quoted, quality work was done, customer service was fantastic, and I was kept up-to-date the entire time my car was there. I jokingly asked if they could save the metal emblem I had placed on the back of my car--not only did they salvage it, they buffed it out and had it looking brand new to put on my car again. I came to Chapman Collision after a truck had reversed and slammed into the front end of my car while at a complete stop. The hood, bumper, headlight, and some trim needed replaced and I was worried all the work wouldn't be done before I was leaving out of state. Unfortunately the accident occurred during a very tight timeline that didn't allow for adjustment of this in my schedule, and the team at this Chapman Collision Center took very good care of me.The parts were sourced in a matter of 10 minutes, the car had been fully taken apart same day of drop-off to check for damage, and additional parts were ordered that had been damaged upon further inspection. All in all, the work is absolutely beautiful. You can't tell the BRAND NEW car had ever been hit. Panel fitments are perfect, paint sparkle is PERFECT, and it has been restored to looking brand new.Although the damage was mainly cosmetic, the work had been done in a week! The turnaround time was phenomenal! I am very happy to have brought my car to Chapman and I would refer any friends or family to this body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
