Paul and his team exceeded my expectations. They made this process so incredibly easy and efficient. I had anticipated from their timeline the date of completion and they even exceeded that by being finished 5 days sooner! How awesome is that!My insurance, State Farm, did a great job, as well, with their recommendation and even helped me obtain a rental car, literally, within the same area of walking distance. This could not have gone any better in my experience. (before/after photos)

At first, I thought everything was great at this place. I took my van in November 2023. They repaired everything and glued in the old front grill because the part wasn't available yet, so I can get going with my van. They told me to bring it in when they have the part. I never heard anything from them. I kept calling about it, and all I heard was they are still waiting. Now it's February 2024, I'm sure now that they were not going to replace that front grill. All was a lie. Once I took my vehicle back, that was done for them. What they promise was just a waste of time.

Changed to 3 stars because GM took the time to call and confirm just about everything I wrote below. Very polite. They're just that busy. Great place to be.Original:Called to discuss body work on my SUV.The young lady who answered the phone (and didn't identify herself like the other body shops I called after this one) asked if I was going through my insurance company, and who that company was.Yes, and my carrier is Cincinnati Insurance.She checked and said they've never heard of Cincinnati, and wouldn't work on my car because it would be more trouble to try to reach my carrier to get things approved.I told her that I was in the insurance industry for 30 years (the first 15 as an auto adjuster). Cincinnati is one of the best carriers in the country, if not THE best. I know most of the carriers, and only a couple have the exceptional claims service that Cincinnati has. I told her that they would have absolutely NO trouble with Cincinnati. That didn't help.She told me to take my car to one that my carrier recommended. I told her they let their customers choose where to have the repairs done. I know this because I took my wife's BMW to Penske a couple years ago. They're farther away, but it looks like they'll be back in the mix to fix my car.I guess Caliber is so good they're able to turn down business. What a great position to be in. But since they turned my business down without checking into the reputation of my carrier, I'm in the position to give one star.I probably would have given it three stars simply because I don't know the quality of work firsthand, but having trained customer service managers, whoever answers the phone should identify themselves and be pleasant. Neither of which was the case.

Didn t notify us when an issue arose with the battery constantly dying and caused us stress when picking the car up to see it coding all kinds of things and then not starting up again. We were never notified that the battery was dying and we had no issues with the battery before sending to the shop. The car was in an accident, so we were not sure what was wrong. They could have notified us about battery issues. Instead they lost our trust and cost us more to get it checked out to make sure car was in working condition.

We unfortunately found ourselves in a position where we needed to make some repairs on another person s vehicle but were debating going thru insurance or paying out of pocket. After a scheduling mix-up at the corporate office, I showed up at the office and Cassie juggled her schedule on the spot to get me in.The estimate came in very fair and they managed to work around a very specific timeline to avoid my having to purchase a rental car for a week! Super helpful!Communication was ongoing and I always knew the status of where the vehicle was and it was finished the day it was promised. They did so well and were kind through out the entire process! Helped my car get fixed as fast as they could. Also had good communication and were enthusiastic throughout the process. When I went to pick up my car they were very knowledgeable and I understood what they did to my car. I could not be happier with the paint work done on my Prius, it looks like I just drove it off the lot, and its a 2008! Attention to detail was impressive. Not only was the car washed and waxed, but the interior of the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. I really appreciated the text updates on the progress the technicians were making, and they made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns to contact them immediately. A really fantastic perk is that the work is guaranteed for the life of my car. I was very pleased with the work and the guys at the Raintree location. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE. I called to make an appointment on 2/21/23. They scheduled it for 3/13/23. When I arrived today they told me that they would have to order a bumper for my 2020 RAM and I would have to leave my truck at their facility for 3 to 4 weeks minimum. There was no option to order the part and bring my vehicle in to install it when the part arrives. When I asked them why they didn t tell me about this bizarre policy of theirs when I made the appointment they said everyone does business this way, you should have known . Needless to say I will not be doing business with this company and I have an appointment for tomorrow at the RAM dealership who does order parts for their customers if they don t have it in stock and installs them when the part comes in and does not require customers to leave their vehicles at the shop for extended periods of time. The most important information I got from this shop is that in Arizona we can use any body shop we want, not the one recommended by our insurance company.

Couldn't be better. I had a minor trim issue that I thought was maybe too small for them to even take time to do. Not only did they do it in a timely manner, but the price was incredibly reasonable. The person who helped me out was friendly and professional. I hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do, I'll certainly try to use them again.Service: Body & Trim

I chose Caliber because it was one of the available options offered by Farmers and this location had great reviews. After being rear-ended about a month ago, I was able to bring my car to Caliber Collision. Jessica was absolutely fantastic, and was always bringing me timely updates for my car and its repairs. She was able to get things done quicker than expected and was thorough in her inspection of the damages done to my car. The car looks and feels like new, and I'm so impressed with the quality of their work. She also dealt with my many questions in a friendly manner, and was able to get me any information I needed to provide to the other party's insurance provider.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
