Unbelievably awesome experience here! I drive a GLC 300 Mercedes and recently discovered a nail in my rear passenger tire. Upon calling Big O Tires, they suggested an appropriate time to drop by to have it evaluated so I wouldn t have to endure a long wait time. After the evaluation, they were able to fix and patch it on the spot for FREE! I could not believe it. These guys are amazing and I can t recommend this spot enough!

Best experience ever. I had a an emergency flat tire and they fixed it right away.I came back to get a rotation and they gave me options for future tire replacements that will be more durable and cost less.I will forever use this location.Thanks team. Jeanie

Got me in same day for a thermostat replacement. As a bonus, they didn't charge me for, but I noticed the tech cleaned up the very corroded negative battery terminal. Nice touch.On the downside, one hose was not fully tightened on during re-assy, I'm missing front two tire nozzle caps (they probably forgot to put back on checking trire pressure) , and it was pretty pricey (s/b a 2 hr job, not 4.5 hours). I am pretty sure the dealer would not be cheaper or faster, though, this is the state of how much auto repair costs these days.

Zachary helped me get my tire fixed perfectly!! I had a nail in it and was so stressed out figuring out where to go and what to do and he fixed it so quickly and was SO NICE! I will definitely go back to Big O in the future. Thank you Zach and Big O!! So much appreciation for getting me in and out in a decent time frame.

I had an exceptional experience with Big O Tires. The service was not only quick but also meticulous in taking great care of my car. The added convenience of a car service to and from home during the fix was truly appreciated. My car is now in great condition, thanks to their amazing service. Highly recommend!

I usually do not write reviews, but I am so impressed with this specific Big O location that I feel they deserve to know how truly great they are. My family has been customers of this specific store for years. I am very grateful for the quality of service and efficiency of everyone from the first call to make an appointment up until the moment I drive my completed car off the lot. The customer service is excellent, as well as the mechanical work performed. They always accommodate to fast and quality service. Thank you to everyone at this location!

I had such a pleasant experience at this McDowell location. Everyone was really nice, especially Chris at the counter. He broke down the prices of all my options and explained them to me twice and never seemed irritated. 5 stars for sure!

Good or great, so I split the difference. When great their car maintenance deals are untouched. They did strip a bolt during an oil change that required that I return for a new oil change after my garage floor and driveway were covered in oil and who knows what damage to the engine. But you gamble here.

Going on 1:30 minutes for a simple oil change. Seems like I could have done this at home in about 1/2 the time.Apparently the fault was mine. My wife made the appointment & was told by the tech that it would be this long. I just assumed it was a simple oil change which should only be about 20 minutes. Very impressed that you correctly responded to my negative review. I will try to get it right next time. Thanks

Had a great experience at this Big O tires. From the front desk personel to the techs in the shop, they made my vehicle run and look good! By look, I meant the awesome Cooper tires that Colton sold me! He also had my alignment done and now it's running like a champ! Thank Big O!

I was on my way to work and I had a check engine light come on. I stopped here although this was not my normal location. Chris and the mechanic in the back helped me by topping off my oil and got me in and out very quickly. They were courteous And professional. They were also very reassuring and helped me understand what the issue was. Totally recommend this location.

I had a tire going bad fast. All of the other tire shops I called told me that they would have order the tires I need & had limited appointment times I seen Big O tires on my way back to work, pulled in on the off chance they might have the tires I needed. They had them in stock, gave me a ride to work , called me when they were done. Not only that at a better price than the guys that were going to make me wait a few days while I drove on a unsafe tire. Great service great price.

I was visiting Arizona, and had unexpected car trouble. Big O was able to handle the repairs on short notice. The service advisor, Colton, was courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. My car is running great again! Definitely recommend them.

These guys are great. Needed a tire plugged. They said it would take about 35 minutes,more like 30 on the nose. Great staff and they don't lead you by the nose with unrealistic wait times. One of the best Big O's around!!!

I had a huge nail in my tire and I was leaving for a trip to Cali next day. I checked 2 other places- they could only take me in next week, so I drove to Big O tires and they had it all fixed in 30 min. The best part, no issues on the road and trip went great. Thank you so much!!

These guys are 10/10. Manny got me in on incredibly short notice for a tire change and secured a great pair of tires at a good price and had them installed the same day I called. His team is kind, hard working, happy to help the community. HIGHLY recommend these guys, they have my business in the future and are top of my recommended list! Great experience getting tires for my daughter s car. Colton was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly on the telephone getting prices and options and dealing with same day replacement scheduling. They had the best pricing, too! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

On point about everything. Don t shop elsewhere, just come here. I don t review often unless it s amazing or awful, this place will take care of you!!!! Seriously, don t go anywhere else. I used to like discount tire, they were okay, but here they treat you like family and get the work done fast and correct!

This place was great, they made the entire process so easy. I arrived with a spare on and they ordered my tire instantly. I had a fresh set of wheels the very next morning. They followed through to ensure my safety. Overall, I will definitely shop here again. The guys were awesome, very helpful and with a sense of humor and that always helps amid car issues. Great team!

I normally do not leave reviews, but I have had a long, good history with Big O in the Bay Area, and I returned to them for the first time here in Arizona. I had an alignment done a previous week, and then came back to purchase 4 brand new tires. In total, I spent over $900 with both visits.After having the new tires mounted, I returned home and then noticed that I was missing the 2 center wheel covers that hide the lugs on the passenger side, these aren't alloy wheels so the covers complete the look of the covers.I am also missing 5 of the black lug covers that actually go over the lugs, from different wheels. I have attached pictures of how my vehicle was given back to me.I was able to catch the shop prior to closing on the same day, and expected that it was simply a mistake, they forgot to put them back on and they would apologize and give my covers back to me. The tech came back out (they were closing so I was outside the business) and said 'he had put them on and they must have fallen off'.First, if he had actually put them on, the chances of one, much less both falling off in the time it took me to drive home is very unlikely. I was planning to be understanding and tell them not a problem, thank you for your honesty.Second, given the missing lug caps and the center covers, and the response from the tech and the other associates, and I can only come to the conclusion that this type of service is what I would expect if I ever give this shop another chance, which I will not.In my opinion, this lack of professionalism is as bad as if they had not properly tightened the oil filter or drain plug, or forget to put lug nuts back on the wheel (I have heard of both issues happening).I had planned on a good deal of further work with them, but I will take my business somewhere else. Now I have to replace the wheel parts myself, so I would recommend choosing another place to get your auto service done.

The mechanic went above and beyond for me. It was an unexpected minor issue but despite it being near closing time, the guy fixed my car now I'm back on the road. These guys are awesome!

Two weeks ago, I called on a Friday to ask about a tire repair. I went in on Sunday and they took my car back. They got it done in 30 mins and I was off. They were so nice and kind. Thank you big o tires.
