This is by far the best sales experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. Anthony, Ward, Chris, and Tabitha are an excellent team that truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond to get me the absolute best pricing, not just for the vehicle itself, but even financing and warranties. I highly recommend them.

Everybody was extremely nice. Very polite. I loved the video my technician sent me explaining things basically in real time. I'm not happy with all the construction going on, but hopefully, it will be worth it when finished. Check in process needs to be addressed. 3 People approached my vehicle asking me if I have been helped. Communication amongst staff needs to be better!

Steer clear of this dealer for any service related needs. I took my 20 Crosstrek in for a simpleOil change and walked away paying over $150.00. How absurd! I specifically told the advisor I just wanted oil and filter change but they added windshield washer fluid service. Come to find out, they didn t even top it off, it was as empty as when I dropped it off. Autonation, it s time to reassess your prices or risk losing more customers.

I went to multiple car dealerships to find the car that was well suited in my price range. I had the best experience here, getting a new 2024 car and within my price range, these workers here made that possible. They work with integrity and really will do their best to make you satisfied. I m a first time buyer and they made sure I understood everything and they re very communicative. Not only that but they give you gift box which just is the cherry on top. I loved it here and totally recommend it.

I needed my tires rotated and my oil changed. I ve never been to this dealership before. Everything went smoothly! I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Joel and another person assisted me as soon as I got there. Joel provided me with an estimate of how long it would take and it was on point. Their facility is under construction but they were still able to work on my car for the services I requested. They have an air conditioned lounge with coffee/water/popcorn despite the fact that their place is under renovation. I was also provided with a video walk through of my car and what their recommendations are. They didn t harrass me with other services like what other dealerships do. I definitely recommend this location. They even followed up asking how the service was and if I have any questions. Great job!

04/02/24 Updated I was back at Subaru for an oil change today. I feel better about the service I received and overall experience. They did suggest some items to be done but Maria, my intake person was gracious when I decline the service. The car was cleaned and running great! I will continue to use the service department but will also do price matching with other certified mechanics and do my own research of what is needed when.I was there 10/13/23 for an oil change and 30,000 mile service. In the past I have felt comfortable that the services provided were needed and performed correctly. This last visit, I was told I need 4 new tires - I know for a fact that was incorrect as I was at Discount Tire the week prior for a nail and my tires were inspected and fine. In addition, I had to replace a tire in June so four tires were not needed. Due to their insistence on the tires, I am now questioning the rest of the services that were provided whether they were needed or even done. I did not give a lower rating due to being called for a follow-up review twice and the service Manager Mike wanting me to come back to inspect the car with me. So my warning is buyer beware and don't take their suggestions but get a second opinion.

My sales guy, Pearson, was very easy to work with and helpful. He and his boss did a good job meeting us where we were at with the price of our Crosstrek and trade-in.The service staff has been friendly. And Tabitha was wonderful to work with in exploring all our new car can do.I'm knocking one star off for the day of purchase experience. All of the customers were scheduled for roughly the same time with only one Finance guy working. I can't help but suspect that this was done on purpose to wear buyers down. By the time we got to the finance guy, we could barely say our own names, never mind do math. And we let the finance guy talk us into something that was better for him and the bank, not for us.Overall we're happy with the vehicle and the service so far. And, next time we're in the market for a new Subaru, we'll definitely call Pearson again.

While the buying process as a whole and interactions with the salesperson and finance person were very positive, the amount this dealership offered our trade was very low, based on their "high" estimate of repairs that they felt were necessary to place the car on their sales lot. I lament that I wasn't more adamant about getting a fair trade offer for our car. Honestly, I'm not feeling good about this particular issue and unfortunately this has overshadowed an otherwise very positive experience. Nonetheless, we accepted the low-ball trade offer which is on me, so to speak. I cannot give a higher rating for this reason.

Had a great experience as this Subaru dealership. Was looking for a car for my father in law. We had a pretty specific budget and the entire team there was super helpful. Pearson was our sales person and he was super helpful and patience. Clearly he is a gear head, he knew everything about the engines and transmissions in the vehicles we test drove. Finance team was also great, given the busy end of the year they were able to get us in and out and kept us under our budget! I will be returning to buy again from this crew

Jeremy and the dealership go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Although, the location is a bit of a drive, we will continue to make that drive for the great customer service!

Great dealership for many years, is struggling a bit in the construction.However best Subaru dealership I have ever used. I recommend there friendliness, attention to detail, work ethic. The do the job. Sometimes getting through on phone lines is complicated.I have been driving Subaru's for 25 years, highly recommend this dealership.

I ended up coming back late afternoon on Saturday since they are closed on Sundays and had the pleasure of chatting with Mike Bradley. He was the only service manager working that day and was handling all of the serviced vehicles himself, so I understand not having the time to give an update when a bunch of stuff was on his plate. Mike was great and really took the time and effort to rectify the original issue. You could tell he genuinely cares about the clients. Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional service. Have my vehicle for over 24 hours now for a simple radio update and driver window track issue. I ve been calling for about 2 hours for an update without being able to reach anyone. I understand sometimes it may take a while to diagnose the issue, but after 24 hours, the least you could do is provide an update on the status, and ideally a loaner while you continue to work on my vehicle.

We visited AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale to service our daughter's CrossTrek. Having no history with the car, they were excellent and honest! They did not say you need to do xyz, based on mileage... instead they said, "we don't know where you are at in your maintenance, when you get home, check on these things." I was super impressed with their integrity. As my daughter is living in Phoenix for part of the year, she will be encouraged to continue using them for service in the future.

My salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He did not pressure us to buy...he gave us facts and allowed us to ask many, many questions. After I had bought the Subaru, the salesman took a lot of time familiarizing me with all the dials on the dashboard, etc. This was very important to me, since my mind does not do tech like my grandkids do. He was very patient.

I usually come to this Subaru dealership for an oil change but recently had a spontaneous car problem. About a week ago one of the transmission bolts in my Impreza became loose and I had to take it out. I had to travel to Tucson later that day and thought my trip would have to cancel. Thankfully my Service Advisor, Joel, was there to take care of my problem. I didn t have an appointment and came in hoping I d at least get a replacement bolt. But Joel went above and beyond and was able to get my car within the shop and fixed it within the hour! He was able to explain to me how the bolt could have came loose and what they did to remedy the situation. As they fixed that, they even did a recall I needed on my vehicle. Exceptional service through and through! I will definitely be back with any other problem I have with my Impreza. Thanks for saving the day Joel!

I was in the market for a new EV car and after some research, I found the Subaru Solterra was a great fit for me. I stopped into the Subaru Dealership at AutoNation Scottsdale and worked with Hanna and TJ (also their manager Shawn). What a great group of people to work with. No pressure. They knew their product. They were super happy to work with me and gave me excellent customer service. I was able to find exactly the vehicle I wanted and I drove it home the day I went in to finalize the deal. I was so happy with the experience I referred my daughter and son-in-law to them as they were also in the market for a new vehicle. They also got the same VIP treatment that I did. Can't say I've ever been so happy with a car purchase. I most definitely recommend!

There is a service center closer to my house but I prefer to go here because the service is so great. The manager and staff update me frequently. They have caught things the other service center hasn t. I appreciate their hospitality!

I came in after a tire blowout to fix the system issues after the replacement and was assisted by Stephon. He displayed disappointing customer service and acted in inconvenienced and condescending. I told him I was on a time crunch and if I d be okay to drive the vehicle until I could get a faster appointment and he stated You drove here didn t you? I m going to chandler Subaru where I had an overall 5 star customer experience with purchasing and servicing. Not returning to this location.

I sold my car here it was one of the worst experiences of selling a car to someone.. first off expect to spend an exuberant amount of time here as they drag their feet doing paperwork. Its the normal stealership "let me talk to the manager" that gets you to spend hours... After that they refused to give me the check after taking my car and title because it was missing an $80 cord to charge it. They promised to have the check ready after having me run home to get it. I got back to more feet dragging and pretend paperwork as they complaining out loud to everyone.

I ordered a car with Luis and he was very helpful throughout my process. He kept me up to date with the delivery date and answered questions I had. The car arrived 2 weeks early so Luis let me know and I was in after the weekend to purchase my Geyser Blue Outback Wilderness. Pearson was incredible! He was excited and energetic from the get go, patient, informative, and considerate! He even went so far as to park all three available colors of my desired model right next to each other in a row to make the selection process easier! This man 100% deserves at least a raise, if not a promotion! Extraordinary experience, and I ll definitely be returning here for service in the future!
