Auto Glass America did a great job installing my new windshield. Everything from the first phone call to processing the claim went smoothly. I also received CASH back right after the job was finished. I would definitely recommend using Auto Glass America.

On Monday, Dec 23 I call to schedule an appoint to fix my rear glass for the Friday, Dec 27. They call me on Tuesday, Dec 24 to confirm my appointment for Friday and for the rear glass. On Friday, Dec 27 the contractor calls to confirm the appointment but had the wrong glass, he said he could do it the next day on Saturday, Dec 28. A different contractor calls me onSaturday, Dec 28 but they did not have the seal for the glass which would take five days to get. This company has a very bad communication problem with their contractors. I cancel the appointment with them and went with Safelite, which I should done in the first place because it would have been fixed on Friday, Dec 27.

I had my truck broken into last night and they smashed my driver side window and the windshield. I went online to look for auto glass replacement and auto glass america was first to come up. I called them and they had someone out within 3 hours to not only fix my driver window but they had me call my insurance company for the windshield and it was covered so i didnt have to pay anything for my windshield and they gave me a $50 check that i applied to my to my side window.. after everything was said and done i payed $60 for both the side window and the windshield..Thanks Auto Glass America for making it so easy for me to get back on the road...Jimmy

This company often does not call or show up after an appointment has been set. I used to work directly with them, my reason for leaving was they had so much volume from false advertising on radio adds that they can not handle a sales persons work. They no called no showed so many of my customers I had no other choice but to leave. Then the owner of the company, Chuck Isaly chose not to pay me for a week of income, lock me out of my office wich I had paid for with my money and his name on the lease, he threatened to call the IRS on me and then he told everyone in the company not to talk to me. He said he fired me cause I owed him money. The truth is because he found out I started work with a more reputable company that would be able to handle my customers. They are masters of wasting valuable time for busy people. Horrible communication and customer service. Also they false advertise cash back up to a hundered dollars, they will only give you a coupon restaurant card or twenty five dollars in the form of a check. Chuck Isaly is a childish selfish rich old man. Never use auto glass America.

Unprofessional. Sales man is nasty an very rud. After first appointment that never happened. They came by two days later. At that time I gave up an even told the people I work with ill find someone else to do it. Then they showed up. I let them do. An ya I called back 4 mounths later.do to a trout in fla. Now the window leakes. They say I had rust around the fram. I watched them take out the window an now rust. I even said to the ........installers how they was no rust after being 23 years old truck. But again I live in florida. South that is. Do NOT let thes people TouCH your cars truck. They do it you WILL HAVE A LEAK an it will be all u fault.. They come to you RUNNNNN.

scam company.... where is there shop in florida??? oh, that's right... they don't have one!!!!!! what happens when you have a warranty 6 months later??/ these ppl will be gone or change their name. like i said, SCAM artists... do your homework when having repairs done to your vehicle.. check better business bureau or angie's list

Never show up for appointments, every time a new excuse and and after 4th try to get the technician to come fix my window instead of apologizing the guy on the phone said that it was canceled and hangs up after saying good luck buddy, what a customer service. Total waste of time.

They provided great same day service out to my house. they made everything easy and simple. The $100 back on the spot is great too
