Auto Boom is the real deal! Probably the best car buying experience of my life. First and foremost any and everyone I spoke to within the dealership was kind and courteous. These guys really go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Major thanks to Blaine in sales and Ryan in finance. These guys provided a fair price for my trades as well as the vehicle i was purchasing; got me the best interest rate available; and facilitated all transport required to execute and out of state vehicle purchase. Also special thanks to Blaine for accommodating my travel schedule. Thanks guys. I am loving my Hellcat Durango!

Today I purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Auto Boom. Not only was the experience extremely easy, but I was able to do it entirely from my home. I was provided a personal video of the car I selected from online and I spoke with the general manager, Jeremy, explaining what might needs were. He connected me with my salesman, Zach who worked out the details. I was treated with respect and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process.The finance manager, Ryan worked with me to ensure that I got the exact deal I desired. Ultimately, the car was delivered right to my door after the paperwork was signed online.I highly recommend Auto Boom to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

It was a team effort for an all around car buying experience. I worked with salesman Blaine who was very thorough and knowledgeable about their vehicles and the process. Another salesman Zack made it feel at home there with conversation. Finance guys Jessi and Ryan handled paperwork and took care of us with warranty on vehicle. Thank you guys, will come back again!

I sold my Corvette C8 to Auto Boom today. I've bought and sold several cars over the past 50 years. I must say, this was the best experience I ever had. These guys are FANTASTIC!!! I ve been on the search for a new Mustang since mine was totaled last month by someone who failed to yield. My heart was crushed as i was the sole owner of that car and had her in pristine condition for ten years. Finally, decided to pick up one from the guys here. I wasn t going to settle and nor did i. I found a proper upgrade! They guys made it completely painless. Mike, Gunnar and Ryan (in financing). Thank you so much! I ve had horror stories of being at dealerships for far longer than i should, (was probably 8+ hours when i bought my last car at Toyota). But i was in and out there. Never once did i feel pressured to continue with the purchase if the car wasn t to my standards. They were very thorough and their attention to detail and care with their potential buyers is astounding. They didn t try to overly sell me on any additional add ons, though they did offer them with their professional opinion which i appreciated very much! I even added on a package that i didn t even know was possible. Door dings, dents, tires, keys .. coverage not like I m planning on losing keys but lets be honest, we live in Arizona and the parking spots/drivers are overall subpar at best. Overall, Id recommend Autoboom to anyone! Not to mention the stunning array of luxury cars in their showroom that you get to look at while you re making you re deal! Thanks again boys!!! And Mike you were right! I not only LOVE my Mustang, i am OBSESSED with it!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used Jeep from the gentleman at Auto Boom. Blaine was the salesman that got me to the establishment with his straightforward demeanor and follow through. I also worked with Jesse the manager and Ryan the numbers guy. It was very refreshing to work with these men for many reasons to include no pressure, honest answers, solid follow-up and professional approach. At no time did I get that used car salesman feel. They were all helpful and informative, flexible with allowing me to take the vehicle home so my wife could assess, and I also appreciated the attention they showed my son who accompanied me. Again, no sleazy feel at all, yet personable in nature. I was able to find myself in the Jeep I wanted at a price point we were both satisfied with. Jesse and Ryan were a big help in getting the numbers to work and all in all I must say I did not expect the experience I had to go as smooth and seamless as it did. Shoutout to Gunner, the 4th member of the crew and Marine veteran. Thanks again to the crew at Auto Boom for a job well done.

I was just looking online at first nothing to serious and I saw a car of interest and emailed auto boom just to see some numbers. I m young and a first time buyer so I definitely wasn t expecting to get a 2018 challenger for my first purchase. Gunnar reached out very fast got straight to the point and was super helpful in my situation . Got me an amazing steal of a deal that I could afford ! Not only did I get my literal dream car at 18 I got an even better deal! Definitely some good people that work here and that are understanding! Ryan was also super nice and helpful in the end !

Probably my best car buying experience. Blaine (sales) was very easy to work with and responsive to questions I had after viewing and test driving the vehicle. Ryan (finance) was prompt and al of the paperwork was done and submitted electronically. After visiting several other dealers and immediately being approached by overly aggressive sales guys who couldn t take a hint and just let me browse, Auto Boom was a fantastic experience. No pressure, no obnoxious sales pitch or hidden fees for coatings and tint etc. I would absolutely purchase here again.

So many wonderful things I could say about Autoboom!!! This place is truly a gem! It's been 10 years since I've purchased a car and while hesitant to get back out there, this was the easiest process and the best experience EVER. The entire team is AMAZING. Very welcoming, accomodating, personable and they provided constant reassurance every step of the way. They never pressured me to make a decision and were very open with the price. There was no guessing game. The followup calls to see how everything is going and to make sure I am still happy with my purchase speak volumes. If I ever need to purchase another car or hear someone say they are car shopping I will ALWAYS go back to Autoboom and you should too! I love these guys and I love my suv!! Thank you Autoboom!

I ve been searching for a car over the last week and found one that I really liked an Auto Boom s Scottsdale. I decided to give them my business over a big dealership for a few different reasons. Firstly, they were super professional and genuinely kind. Secondly, they re a family owned dealership and not a large corporation (I believe in voting with my $$$ and want to give it to people I genuinely want to do business with). Everyone was extremely professional and Kind at Auto Boom. Thirdly, there were no hidden fees. And they were extremely accommodating, I was able to upgrade the warranty on my vehicle as well. I was also very impressed by how quickly I was in an out with a trade in.If you re looking for a new vehicle, do not want to deal with a dealership that will waste your time and try and take a your money with hidden fees . Then you should come here and work with these gentleman who are super sweet and don t play the same weird games large dealerships do. Lastly, I m super happy because this was such a good experience. Happy car hunting

Blaine is a young gentleman and he works really hard to try and get you into a very comfortable vehicle. Jesse is also a young gentleman as well both of them have a lot of respect for customers and never push on a sale. These guys are great at autoboom. Very neat, clean, and respectful place. If I could give this.place a 10 star reviews I would. Had a little bit of issues, but thanks to Jesse and Blaine they helped me out and figured out a solution.

Great experience buying a car here. Bought a Tacoma through Autoboom and they made the process easy! Even tried to help me out of a confusing Tesla lease and were accommodating when they didn't need to be! Big thanks to Ryan, Jesse, Dan and Gunnar for the great experience! Recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 Performance. Autoboom is the GOLDEN STANDARD of what the car buying experience should be! They are patient and treat you with value and respect. Throughout the entire car buying process, not ONCE did they exert any sort of pressure or sense of urgency. Honestly, buying a car here was easier and a way better deal than Carvana or any other dealership I have EVER dealt with. A 6th Star review is definitely warranted.

Both Jesse and Ryan were fantastic! Both worked hard to get me set up and all the paperwork done, for my c7z, in only two days. Also got the licensing and transportation taken care of. Highly recommend looking through the inventory and having one of them walk you though the process.

We recently went in and purchased a Very Clean Wrx Sti and as many people are when walking into a showroom of cars and people trying to sell you those cars, we were kinda nervous.However, when we walked in, we were greeted by Jesse who was very personable. We introduced ourselves and that we were looking for the Subaru, when he seamlessly continued to answer the previous questions I had earlier on the phone regarding the different warranty options they offer. (Great warranty btw.)The test drive went well, very patient with both myself and my grandma.Ryan made the purchasing end very easy and transparent, explaining everything he needed to without extra piles of information. Another thing to note was the absence of paperwork. Everything was digital and instead of signing my name a million times I signed once, and tapped through all that needed to be signed.I don t usually write google reviews, read them, care for them really. But bottom line: great cars, great people, great warranties. It s a great place. Good job.

Auto Boom gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had.I've bought many cars in the past, and while I ended up not purchasing the car I was looking at that day, I will be purchasing my next car from them specifically.My thanks and appreciation specifically to Gunnar and Ryan.Very accomodating and professional.I highly recommend buying from Auto Boom instead of a competitor. They're far from your typical "Stealership" and that's worth a lot these days.
