Wonderful service, professional team, great communication, fast turn-around time, clean and organized shop, I would absolutely recommend AZ Bimmer to all of my friends! I brought my R52 mini in for a starter change, which I was anticipating would take a while as they d have to order parts, but they called and said they d have her done by the end of the week, and sure enough I got the call that Friday that she was ready to pick up! I was able to pay from my phone before I picked her up, then I walked in, they had my car waiting in front and drove off into the sunset! :D I am thoroughly happy with my experience with AZ Bimmer!

First time for service with Arizona Bimmer. So glad I found them. Scheduling was easy. Cost estimates were upfront , even before the appointment. Communication was great. Car service quick and excellent. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Nick was very professional in helping me service my 3 series. I addressed my concerns, made an appointment, and my car was finished the day of. Their process is quite thorough and they re more than qualified/knowledgeable on BMWs. They kept me updated on the process and I was more than satisfied with the results. The labor for my brake fluid flush and sensor wire repair were on the expensive side, but I guess you re paying for quality work done. Overall, I will most definitely be coming back!P.S. They re also very open to other projects you might have. I m looking forward to getting some wheel spacers installed next.

We had an excellent experience at the Scottsdale location and will be regular customers. My 2016 5 series was in for a transmission light issue and some routine BMW recommended scheduled maintenance. Previously, we have only used the dealership for service on our cars. The pricing was competitive, and communication was transparent and professional. It was clear the guys knew and understood BMWs well. A full vehicle inspection was completed, just like at the dealership, and link was sent via text with the results, photos, and recommendations. I definitely recommend Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks for both unexpected repairs and routine preventative maintenance.

This is the best experience I could have possibly had. I was experiencing a random electrical issue with my car. I took it to a different shop, who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to throw new parts at the issue. This turned me off, and I ended up spending the next two months trying to fix the issue myself. I eventually gave up and called around until I found this shop. They convinced me that they would properly diagnose the issue without just trying to fire the parts cannon at the problem. They were very mindful of my budget. I dropped the car off. The problem was fixed in less than a day, and cost me under $300 - less than half what the other shop wanted to charge for something that would not have even fixed my issue. My car was washed/cleaned inside and out. Their communication was great. I couldn't be happier.

I had many people recommend taking my BMW here for service and had only heard good things. They were right! This place is amazing. Not only did they fix my brakes for hundreds less than any other quote I got, but they treated me really well! When I came to pick up my car (which was ready in just a few hours) they had washed it, topped up my wiper fluid, and filled my tires. Super impressed and will not be taking my car anywhere else.Service: Brakes

These guys are the best. You can tell that Nick, Randy, and Marvin really care about you and your car. They go that extra mile that places don't do anymore. When you're there you feel like you're family. Our BMWs will never go anywhere else!!!

Came by and the guy working the front desk gave me clean and clear advice regarding the AC issue on my car.I usually do my own work, but I dropped by while traveling to ask for help. They re really straightforward. This shop knows what they re doing. Saved me a headache. Would definitely recommend.

The front desk was in contact with me during the two days more car was there to give me updates throughout the process. The guys were nice and professional while the shop was clean and affordable. Incredible service. Their vehicle inspection was not only thorough, but they provided pictures of each part of my vehicle that they were assessing. This erased any apprehension I had about the status of my bimmer. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for your hard work!

We have a 2006 M5 SMG. Initially we brought the car in to have the rod bearings replaced, as maintenance. Bimmer Werks did a great job! Everything worked smoothly. A few months later, the transmission went out. We had it towed to a "Transmission" shop, where they had the vehicle for 3 months, and they couldn't figure out what was going on, they finally had it towed to Bimmer Werks, thinking it was the rod bearings job, it was not. Thanks to the great eyes of the mechanics at Bimmer Werks, they found that the other shop had mistakenly put in they flywheel they replaced incorrectly, causing the issues. They also found that the other shop involved, had at some point, left covers off the ECU, which caused water damage, the whole thing had to be replaced! Adam at Bimmer Werks came through, ordered all the parts, had them installed, and within a week we had our baby back! I highly recommend this shop! Good people, good price, good response time!

In Oct 2022, I bought a clean one-owner 2008 BMW M5 with 100,000 miles, that had been well-maintained. AZ Bimmer partnered with me to put together an appropriate service plan to bring the car completely up to date and resolve some potential age-related issues (with the car; not with me LOL). This car is a retirement gift to myself. The M5 is now practically like new. Drives like a dream after the excellent care at this BMW shop. Avoid dealers. Go to AZ Bimmer Motor Werks. Highly recommended. Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Great experience from start to finish. I needed a bunch of routine maintenance done and was also unsure about a few things going on with my 340i. Adam was very responsive and was able to provide quick quotes for the work I needed done. They also provided an inspection that uncovered exactly what needed to be done, as well as other a few other things to "keep an eye on" etc.I will definetly be having my car serviced here regularly moving forward. Thank you for the great experience from start to finish.

First time here and I couldn't be happier. Friendly staff, thorough inspection and report...AND... to locate a mysterious (and annoying) rattle, the service writer drove while the tech RODE IN THE TRUNK and discovered the silly item rolling around in the battery compartment!!! Who does that???

Great place for service. Took my car to the stealership and after getting an eye watering estimate with a whole bunch of (likely) unnecessary stuff listed, drove straight to Bimmer Motor Werks. Not only were they reasonably priced but only did what was strictly necessary and got my car a day early! Thanks Adam!

Have restored and collected rare sports cars for over 40 years. AZ Bimmer is one of the best service groups I have ever used. Courteous, well versed on everything BMW, and really meticulous with diagnoses and repair. You would be remiss not use them....

Amazing experience! I previously went to BMW north Scottsdale and Phoenix and had horrible experiences. My car is under warranty and they would make up repairs and charge an insane amount. After catching on I got recommended to Arizona Bimmer Werks and their check my car and insured i was good to go and did general repairs. they made sure my car is in great health and did it for a great price. Highly recommend for anybody looking for repairs on their BMW.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection
