I ve had great service experiences at Airpark Jeep. Kyle specifically has been extremely helpful, communicative, and consultative on my services. I was especially appreciative of him communicating with me as I was really tied up this past week out of town and made it easy to keep in touch via text, email, voicemail to make sure that progress was made on my vehicle even when I couldn t chat live time via phone so I could pick it up right upon my return back home. He was very helpful in making sure I got the most out of my extended warranty too and was honest in his advice on weighing the recommended fixes. He didn t put pressure on me in any way yet I still did all the recommended services he suggested as he helped me make sense of them all. Id trust Airpark Jeep and Kyle with my car any day! Kyle Heckathorn is a leader in customer service. Whenever I take my vehicle to the service department he always greets me with a smile and I know that I will be fully taken care of. Kyle is a true gentleman who works with ethics and a kind heart. This guy is great with service. Attentive, attention to detail, personable, follows through, and professional. Wish I would have gotten the same level of service at Bill Luke, which is only 2 miles from where I ! Shame for them but great for you! GREYSON GETTY is a good person to go to for service needs...trust me.

I've had a terrible,unrespectful experience with service department recently. If I could give minus,I gave, even I had free time to complain, I'd! I have been loyal to Jeep and service section and I always took my car for service and I received the best service when Jacob was there. Recently I took my car for fixing the tires, at the beginning Todd the service manger told that the tire didn't need to be replaced with new one, although the service advisor "Kyle" said OPPOSITE! The day of service they held my car from early morning till 3 pm with no updating, and when I called them asking when my car would be ready, no body answered and they declined my call!!!! Kyle was not responsive and he told, he was busy and couldn't do anything and the tire would be replaced but they didn't do anything and wasted my time. Around 3:30 pm with no service, Todd service manager forced me to out of there!!!!!Although I bought my car from there in 2018, and since 2018 I had had great service , before Jacob left. The service section got worse and worse. I never ever recommend this location for service to anybody and I never go back there for getting services !!!!!

If I could give zero starts I WOULD. We have been loyal to Jeep and exclusively using dealership servicing for many years. However, we had a horrible experience at this location, not once but twice. I won t wait for a third strike, and I m warning all of you to just avoid this location at all costs. Save yourself the aggravation & money. I visited them Friday before Easter and Jacob was my service advisor. He asked me for my wheel lock, which I handed to him and he talked me into purchasing a Mopar oil change+tire rotation package which would seemingly save me money in the long run (awesome) and he also assured me it would be valid at any CDJR servicing location. A week later, I realized he never returned my wheel lock nor did he ever alert me to that. Upon calling, (multiple times) he basically said oh yeah, my bad. We close at 6 if you can hurry I have it for you . Annoying, but hey it s okay no harm no foul things happen we understood. Fast forward to today, I take my car in for servicing at Avondale happily ready to use my package I purchased and planned to spend beyond that for alignment. My service agent here (Larry H Miller) very kindly explained that the package I purchased did not exist in their system and I need to pay for all three services out of pocket. I explained to him what I purchased at airpark and he advised me to call them to figure out what happened. I spoke with John at airpark and he figured out that they had an oversight and Jacob never properly followed through to make sure the maintenance package was entered into the system thus my oil change+tire rotation package does not exist however he does see a transaction in their system. At that point I felt calm because I thought okay then can you enter it into the system now and I can continue with my Saturday? John was incredibly rude and stated no they will not do that and I need to drive to their location right now and receive a refund or I can give him my credit card info over the phone. How am I expected to trust this location anymore and do that? Not only did they have a month to remedy THEIR MISTAKE but he also had zero customer service capabilities. So in the end I ended up paying an unexpected almost $400 out of pocket and I had to rush back to airpark where John could rudely process my refund and literally not give s*** about me as a customer. Thanks Jeep at Airpark for tainting my passion for this company, I will NEVER return and urge anyone that has read this far that it is WORTH wasting a little of that expensive gas to go elsewhere like Avondale where the people are decent and they will treat you with respect.

We have purchased 3 vehicles and extended warranties from Airpark Jeep. Purchasing vehicles was a good experience on 2 of the 3. However, the service side is about to make me lose it!Most recently we have had issues with the well documented "death wobble" in our Jeep JL. Repairs/upgrades were made several months ago and now we are back. Considering the past class action law suit, we will be researching legal options if a permanent correction reached.My biggest complaint directly on the service department is the lack of communication. Every time we have scheduled appointments it takes DAYS before we have any idea of what is going on. No one calls with updates and seem frustrated when we call them. I truly believe that our car is sitting in the lot because it is a warranty issue and not a revenue generator. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF MY CAR IS NOT GETTING WORKED ON?!?!?! WE NEED TRANSPORTATION!!!!!!!!!!I have purchased my last Jeep and will never do business with Airpark again!

It takes FOREVER to get in. Even if you have a brand new car you just bought and it's not working right. They just don't seem to care about getting problems resolved. I have experienced numerous issues with multiple brand new cars and they don't care how new the car is. They just don't seem to want to take care of anything. I get appointment times that are a week or more out whenever I call. It's a shame because their sales team is great, but the service department is a disaster. I always have to escalate the issues to sales or other departments. I am done escalating. I am contacting Jeep or just going somewhere else from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I scheduled a service appointment. When I scheduled, I told them my check engine light was on and what the code was (we had it checked at an auto parts store). I was told I would receive a loaner but that someone would call to finalize the details for the loaner. Four days later (the day before the appointment), I hadn t heard from anyone so I called three times. I finally spoke with someone and explained my dilemma. I was told she would refer my call to the proper person with high priority and I would receive a call back. I did not. I went in today for my appointment and the service technician (or manager, or whatever, named John) told me I would have to pay for a rental (they MIGHT reimburse me). He also said he needed information re our extended warranty (although we were under 50,000 miles). Once they had that information, they would diagnose the problem (even though I told them what the code said was wrong) and they would then call me with an estimate. So much of this would have been handled beforehand if he had paid attention to the check engine code, and if someone had called me, as had been promised twice!!! If they had told me prior to the appointment they needed my extended warranty information, I would have provided that prior to the appointment. But I figured the person with whom I scheduled the appointment, to whom I provided the code, and the mileage, knew what she was talking about (I had indicated I would need a rental car and she told me a loaner would be provided to me). After John was rude to me when I mentioned the mileage, etc., I walked out. They just lost my service business. They also lost me as a potential new car buyer. Stay away from these folks. Clearly they are too busy to take care of their customers.

When trying to call into the Service Department to get a status of my repair, the call is routed to an outsourced call center who will ask you if you want to schedule or reschedule an appointment. They do not have the ability to answer any substantive questions at all and will take a message. It is as-if Jeep's Service Department wants to isolate the customer from the Service Advisor. I consider this a poor customer experience.Service: Engine repair

The service advisor is fine but after my car was in all day for service without an update call or status I called to find out what was happening. I was transferred 3 times and then the gal had me spell my name 3 times and put me on an extended hold and came back and told me no one was available to assist me. I asked to speak with the Service Manager because I needed to know when my car would be ready for pickup and she told me he was unavailable. It is inconceivable to me that no one in service could tell me when my vehicle would be available to be picked up. Horrible.Services: Tires, Oil change

Well didn't go there but I called and got a fast return call from a service advisor but what I dont understand you make appointment to go they don't look at it or touch it for 3 to 5 days all dodge dealers I called was same who can do without there car for a week or longer that really makes wanna buy dodge again but advisor there was great and answer all my questions thxs

I recently worked with Josh at Airpark to purchase a 2021 Ram 1500. I have to admit the pre-sale service was good as Josh was responsive and accommodating throughout the sales process and even went out of his way to drop off the vehicle at my house.Unfortunately, after the sale, the service was none existent. That's including the fact that I was trying to spend more money with Josh and Airpark by purchasing some accessories for the truck, such as the bed extender, bed step, and front air deflector.Josh and his team never followed up with pricing or information despite the multiple attempts I took to spend some money with them.I typically purchase luxury brand vehicles, but this time I was needing a pickup truck. This is a self-reminder of the value of customer service is worth more than the vehicle.

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon from Robert Brickman at Airpark. It was a great experience. My car was in order with Jeep fir months before it was built and shipped and Robert kept me informed via phone and text on the updates. He was also informed about the vehicle when it finally came in and I took it for a test drive - it s a new model vehicle so I was very appreciative that he did his research. They were accommodative on price for me in a manner I felt was fair for all parties. While I was waiting he even had the parts guy spend 20 minutes with me answering any questions that I had.It was a good experience. Robert has even followed up with me to see if I had any further questions.One last mention - prior to coming in, he was able to collect a lot of information from me to make the time at the dealership as short as possible which meant a lot. Time is a rare commodity! Thanks for making the purchase experience fair, accommodating, informative and pleasant Robert!

I took a 2015 ram to change the transmission oil. They took 4 days with my truck, everything worked fine in my truck. Once I left the dealer with my truck two days later the alarm, the tire air pressure sensor and lights stoped working. Then it started to ask for 4x4 service. Absolutely hectic service area. Stood outside my truck for a while until I hunted down some help. Had an appointment with Marvin and he was nowhere to be found. Some other guy helped me. Wasn't informed that I'd be leaving my truck over night, and was told that it probably wouldn't be looked at tonight. So why did I drop it off tonight? My mom drove behind me so she could take me home and bring me back same day. Since it was going to be held overnight I needed a rental. The dude stuck me in the lobby by the accessory store and said to wait for Debra. We waited and waited, even browsed the store. Finally I went to track Debra down. Debra said they were on their way. Im assuming by that she meant the shuttle was on the way to take me to get my rental???? My mom could have drove me to the rental place. This service department lacks communication and professionalism. I ended up leaving without a rental and upset with my experience. Im using my moms vehicle until my truck is ready. Only reason I took it to this shop is because I purchased my vehicle 25 days ago from them. Marvin called me later asking me questions that he should have gone over with me in person at our scheduled appointment time. Ive been having electrical issues with the dash screen. Had he been there for my appointment, I could have just shown him the pictures and videos of the issues. I have a pop up on my screen that says the vehicle phone requires service and to literally contact the dealer, and Marvin believes its my cell phone causing the issue. Oh the chaos. This dealership sucked, and so does their service department. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Yesterday I Dropped my car off at 9:30 a.m. for an oil change, zap trek applications, and repair to an outside mirror. At 4:15 we picked up our car and found that after 7hours no work had been done on it. It took 15 minutes for them to find the car. After 4 phone calls to both the service rep and a manager, the service rep gave a lame excuse for not fixing the outside mirror. Nothing else was said about the car. 1 star rating is too high.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Raechel was AMAZING as always! I took my Ram to Airpark s service department and told her what I needed done, and she made me feel like her only priority and that she took a personal interest in what I was saying, and what I needed. I ll never use anybody else, and I know that Raechel will always take care of me on all of my vehicle needs! I had an amazing experience with Ricardo Rodriguez. He did everything he could to help me and it was a success I had a better experience at this dealership then any other I ve ever been to and he helped make it that way. Please read all of the other reviews here too. This place is terrible. Brought my car in Wed morning for a schedule appointment so they say. It was Thurs afternoon when I finally heard back from my so called service rep only after I had reached out to her. She said we know nothing, haven t looked at it yet. Another full day goes by, still nothing. What person has 3 days to spare while this place attempts to diagnose your car?? Let me remind you I had an appointment Wed a.m. and here I am Fri afternoon....nothing. Awful service. Will NEVER go back nor will I ever recommend this place. Save yourself some time and go somewhere that knows what the heck they re doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

From a dealership that used to have wonderful customer service in their vehicle service department... Leads a person to wonder what happened.Customer service is no longer exceptional and is less than mediocre at best. If you have a problem I need a manager to call you You can leave him messages and he will not call you back.... Your service advisor will mock you and not repair your vehicle... Go to a different dealership
