The people at Airpark Collision Center are absolutely 100% the best people to work with if you ever need to have your car repaired. Linda who greeted me on the way in is kind caring and efficient and has been so amazing in keeping in touch with me all along the way. She is very easy to work with and made the car repair process go so smoothly with no stress for me. Aaron is kind and friendly and so easy to work with. He has been amazing at keeping in touch with me, and make sure I understood everything along the way. He delivered a perfectly beautifully repaired car to me. Airpark Collision Center went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service is top-notch, and they got my car repaired in an extremely timely manner. I could not be happier. I never had to call to check on them because they constantly kept me updated. They returned my car in absolutely perfect condition and I could not be happier. I feel full confidence in recommending them to any family or friends who might be in the need of car repair. Thank you so much to everyone at Airpark Collision Center for going the extra mile!!

I had a minor fender issue. Gerald took the time and was able to buff out the issue. No charge. Office staff very friendly as well. GREAT PLACE!!!! Easy to say that ACC is the best around! Got rear ended and needed a replacement bumper. I went through the person who hit me s insurance (subpar insurance), and they were giving me difficulties the whole time. Not only did ACC fix my car to perfection, but they also stepped in and went out of their way to communicate with the insurance company to take the stress off my shoulders. If you ever need repairs done and want to work with the best, I d highly recommend going through Airpark Collision!Service: Body & Trim

This business and specifically Marcel their manager was simply amazing. We had some minor damage caused by running over road debris, that knocked part of our bumper loose. It was easy to schedule an appointment quickly - everyone was very friendly. I booked the appointment online which is awesome. They put the SUV up on the lift and made sure there was no additional damage. They put it back together and put in some clips quickly. We picked up the vehicle and they had washed it and there was NO CHARGE. Uh you just don't ever see this level of customer service anymore. They had Porsche and high end cars in there and were very busy. To fit us in and blow us away with this level of customer service was awesome. Customer for life for sure.Service: Body & Trim

Airpark Collision was a great experience from start to finish. Even though they couldn t perform my repair for a few months, they called when they had an opening and moved me up. Excellent work. They repaired scratches on both side mirrors and replaced a cracked turn signal. The car looks beautiful! The work was completed on time. They also kept the interior clean.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I received an estimate from my BMW dealership for $2200 to fix a sensor issue. I would have had to leave my car for 2 days and get a rental car. I stopped by Airpark Collision on my way home and they took my car in immediately, made the repair in 10 minutes and charged me nothing. I cannot say enough amazing things about them and how much I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help a customer out.I have used them in the past for an auto wreck repair and out of the four estimates I received they were hands down the fairest of them all. The owner and entire staff are really great to work with. It feels like a company you can trust and know you, your car snd pocket book are all I great hands! Marcel and the staff of Air Park Collison Center were the upmost professional and kind people! They were very helpful throughout the entire process especially when dealing with insurance. They got me my truck back within a few days! Incredibly fast turnaround time and great quality! Airpark Collision and all the staff were extremely helpful and professional! They did an outstanding job on my car repair and returned my car all washed and clean. During the entire repair process they kept me appraised of what was going on. I give them 5 stars for outstanding work and customer service! Highly recommend them!

Everyone hear was a pleasure to work with! Very courteous and polite. Jeff explained exactly what would be done, the quote was presented right away. The repairs were completed by the next day! My car looked good as new! Jeff even had a technician do some paint touch ups with no charge! I highly recommend Airpark Collision Center!

Airpark Collision did an excellent job on my vehicle. Extremely happy with the results. Aaron was great . He was courteous and professional and explained everything to me about the repairs. I can t express my appreciation enough for the high level of service that was provided by Airpark Collision Center. While we waited for our insurance to finish the claim, Airpark adjusted the dates for bringing our car in for body work. Linda was amazing in keeping us posted every step of the way. The work done on my car was fabulous and we are grateful for the careful attention to getting everything right. Highly recommended!!!

Professional and high quality repair. My car was rear ended and Air Park Collision did a fantastic job, car looks like new. I was kept informed of repairs the entire time. When I had a question the office put me in touch with the person doing the repair, who answered all my questions. Unfortunately there was back log from Manufacturer getting a part. I was given frequent up dates. Excellent service, also noticed the repair garage was extremely clean. They take pride in their work.

My experience with Airpark Collision Center was seamless from beginning to finish. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and answered all questions thoroughly. They kept me updated continuously on the progress with my car and the expected pick up date. The work was outstanding: flawless in every respect. And my car was returned to me in pristine condition. I couldn t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone I know in need of this type of service!

Airpark Collision is such a great company to work with! My neighbor accidentally hit my mini cooper with her truck one night and I went to three different auto body shops to get a quote. Airpark was the cheapest of them all but the quality of service was excellent. I came in and they were able to give me a quote very fast and they were able to get me in to their schedule pretty quick. The damage was minor but they were able to get it done in about 3 days! Linda kept me updated on the process the whole time my car was there. When I got my car back it looked great! Right before I took my car in to the shop my hood scoop had fallen off during a car wash and I didn't have a chance to order the parts to put it back on so I had left it in my trunk. When I got the car back the hood scoop was installed and I didn't even ask for them to do it! Thank you so much for your attention to detail! If I ever need work done to my car again I will definitely be coming back!

From the initial estimate of the repair to the day I received my vehicle, I can say my experience with Airpark Collision was outstanding with excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and modern. All the personnel are friendly and professional. I received three quotes including one from the dealership. Their quote was less than half the cost from the dealership. They are very helpful in rental car arrangements and actually transported me to the rental car agency. The car was ready when it was promised and I could not even notice where the damage was located. Another surprise was that the actual charge was less than the estimate as they did not have to replace a part originally quoted. I will definitely use them for all future damages and will recommend Airpark Collision to anyone else I know needing collision repair.

This was probably the best experience I've had with an auto body shop. The staff was so friendly and professional and Marcel was very good about corresponding and keeping me up-to-date. Had a rear bumper on my Mercedes replaced due to damage and I it looks perfect. Will use them every time!! If you want it done right and at at reasonable price this is the place! They even had my car washed for me when I went to to go pick it up. Thats great customer service Service: Body & Trim

I have used Airpark Collision Center twice and am amazed at their service and on time delivery. One job was small, less than $300 and one was more extensive, but both were treated with the same professionalism. If you have ever had to use the services of a body shop, you will be very familiar with the exorbitant prices and the extremely long wait (often months) to have your car repaired.Both times i have used ACC services my vehicle was repaired faster than i imagined was possible. The quality of the work is also "as new". The staff is friendly and they will write your quote while you wait. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I'm a car guy and have had all types of body work done on my cars for over 30 years and I highly recommend this shop.Service: Painting

Airpark collision center location is incredible! It's an awesome place to do business. Honest and trustworthy, they deliver their services on time with impeccable attention to detail. If you have a car and it needs collision work done, just ask for Gerald and I can assure you, he'll take care of all your collision needs.I was tremendously pleased with the results!I got my car back in immaculate shape and I got it at the time they said it was going to be done, They're the best in the business!

I recently got into my first auto accident, and was unsure of the process of getting my vehicle fixed. I found Airpark Collision Center through Google. There was multiple choices in the area, however I liked the idea of the business being family owned and operated. After making that choice, I drove my vehicle down to the shop to get an estimate and was overly satisfied with the customer service of the office. The managers were extremely friendly and detailed every process the shop would perform to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly. They handled all the communication with the insurance company and rental car company. They took all the worry of the accident off my shoulders. It was such a relief!!! They continued to impress, by calling me everyday, or close to it to let me know the status of repairs on my vehicle. My vehicle was done on time, like promised, and was cleaner and better looking then when it was dropped off!! The new paint matched the original color and i couldn't find any remnants of damage from the accident. I couldn't have been happier with the overall service and HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who has been in an accident or simply needs work done on a vehicle.

I brought my truck in for collision repairs. Everything went really smooth. The office preordered the parts and then had me drop off. I'm really impressed, my truck looks great. Very happy I chose Airpark Collision.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and results of the repairs to my car. It took quite a bit longer than initially planned; however, I realize that you were waiting on feedback from Allstate. Fortunately, I had a second car, or it would have been very expansive to have had a rental car for two weeks, as I didn't have rental car coverage. The process was seamless and I appreciate your good quality work and professionalism. Thank you!

I had my suburban repaired, minor fender damage. They did an excellent job. Paint had some minor swirl marks. I brought it back and they took care off it no problem. When I was leaving Paul noticed something I didn't and asked if I could wait a little longer to address. Thanks for the extra effort and time you spent repairing car.The whole staff at ACC is great. Linda who works upfront is very helpful. They always keep you updated on the status. I would feel safe making a referral to ACC, knowing that they care about the work being done.

A pleasure dealing with Airpark. This is my second collision and both times my cars were repaired to like-new condition. They are very courteous and will call to give updates on progress. Kevin is very informative and easy to talk to. Both times vehicles were finished on time. I would use them for any future need and I recommend them.
