Steve is legit my go 2 person when my car gets messed up. I send everyone to him and they LOVE HIM! He is cheap, fast, and AMAZING. I can t ever tell that anything happened to my car and it always looks better then when going in. Will recommend more to come!

I have done many, many reviews-visit a LOT of businesses I have NEVER,, NEVER NEVER had Any ANY BETTER OVER THE TOP AND GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS STEVE!!I am just starting and will update this when the work is complete, however, I will say you will be talking to probably him alone and that s reassuring and he actually met me after hours, and already it s taking a lot off of me because I was having trouble getting into my Geico app and all I really had to do is receive a phone call from the Geico rep and things will be on automatic pilot moving forward.If you even just listen to his personal voicemail, which you may get, you can tell just by his voice and his demeanor that there s something exemplary there.You know, Geico, And probably most insurance companies, they want you to go into the app and fill out your claim online well I Into my app and before I left, he had talked to a guy for Geico rep and started things off and the rep called me and I ve done all this without going through any extra trouble.There are BBB stickers plaster all over his door and I can understand why. Again, this will be updated, but I couldn t be more pleased and I couldn t have come out a better time.Truly, I could not recommend any business anymore than what I ve seen so far EVER!Just call get a hold of him. I would call no place else. Absolutely amazing as a person and a businessman end. It was a blessing to me because I m dealing with helping a seriously ill person right now and couldn t picked a better times to gotten this amazing remarkable person and company.I am just starting the process and a review will be to follow. Thank you for reading thisAGAIN BEST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A CARING COMPANY AND PERSON, STEVE.He will be your everything you won t deal with any secretaries. Originally I had a great experience working with Steve until i asked if he was able to buff out a tiny scratch & it came back looking like this. He then replied with the only way to make the car look good is to redo the paint job. When asking if the money I paid to get the original scratch off could go towards getting new paint for the car I never got a response so here I am writing a review because the car looks absolutely twice as bad and I would of left the original scratch if I knew it was going to completely destroy the side of my car.

Steve is incredibly professional and looks like a model from GQ he also gave me the best quote in Scottsdale and his team did a great job on our van we had both body work and a full detail. They did such a great job on our Toyota Sienna, the car sold in one day for a premium asking price.

Somebody scratched my car in a parking lot and left. Steve was able to buff down the scratch to almost nothing for free! Highly recommend!!

Steve is just a middle man. He will take your car to the cheapest place in south Phoenix to get your car repaired or in my case will back out completely. Steve had my car for 3 days and put 400 miles on it. He didn t get the car painted or even fill my gas tank back up. Then he wouldn t return my keys unless I text him to have written confirmation to leave the keys under the mat and then sends me this video . Shady to say the least.

We had a great experience getting our SUV repaired with Steve. The entire process was 5 stars. Great communication, service and value.Steve looked at the vehicle damage and recommended repair options, estimated cost and the completion time. We picked up our vehicle right on schedule and she now looks great (and at a great price)!!

Just got my 2013 Honda Accord back from Steve and it looks like new. It had faded sun damage on several areas and he professionally sanded and painted the areas. You would not be able to see which was painted because the whole car is black and shiny. Best experience ever. Marty M

Update: I have now used Steve for another detailing and have recommended him to multiple friends and family members. I continue to be stunned at the quality of work and the affordability. My son was going to sell his truck...by taking it to Steve and getting it detailed he sold it almost immediately and for a price above what he would have otherwise. Here is what Steve and "A Cheap Body Shop" excel at: (1) understanding -- they truly care about you and your car; (2) reliability -- excellent work every time; (3) speed -- impressed by ability to get things done quickly. Oh, and affordable on top of that. Absolutely stellar!Previous Post:Wow. I feel like I found the Holy Grail of body shops. INCREDIBLE WORK. VERY REASONABLE PRICES. REMARKABLY TRUSTWORTHY. Steve is amazing to work with -- his knowledge and enthusiasm (he REALLY loves cars) are outstanding. The pride he has in the finished work is extraordinary and well earned. I had them do some auto body work and detailing. Thankful for both. "A Cheap Body Shop" might imply something of lesser quality to some -- this interpretation would simply not be true. The quality is stellar. The only thing "cheap" is the amount they are charging relative to others who do half as much for twice the price. I stopped by for an estimate. Steve was excellent! He dropped me off at a nearby shop, and repaired the vehicle in minutes. He explained the process of payment by credit card being more. I had no cash or checks. He gave me Zell info, and said "Just send it when you can." We sent it when I got home. Thank you for your trusting nature!

Hi, I have to say I was a bit skeptical of this body shop not seeing it, meeting Steve and giving him my vehicle, but I wanted to save money. Steve was very honest and fair with me on the price. He saved me money and delivered good quality work. He also returned my vehicle fully restored in a timely manner. I will definitely call him again if I ever need car body work done and recommend him to people. Even when I didn't have the trust in him, Steve was always as courteous as can be, patient, kind and very professional.

I was in automobile accent 3rd week of March. The car insurance company for the man that hit me gave me a hard time time to find a body shop. I pulled out Steve's shop which is a cheap body shop he took care of me right away. He took in my vehicle by end of my work day. He got me a car rental the next day. He got everything I needed and taken care of and even though my car was totaled. He made sure I got a fair price. He even let me use his discount to accept I want to extend my car rental.. Till I was able to purchase a new vehicle. Let's just say if anything ever happens God forbid you should go straight to him and he will take all your worries away. Wow, what a nice job. I was sent to the shop by a car-wash company who had inflicted damage to my car. First, Steve was prompt in calling me back and making an appointment. Secondly, he made it easy and seamless (I did not need to interact with the Company; he took care of all of the paperwork and billing). Third, he got my car done quickly, and when the automatic color code for the car did not match exactly, he re-painted to make it perfect. Finally, his help with a rental car went above and beyond, making it convenient to both pick up and drop off.Incredible value!

We had the tailgate stolen from our company truck recently. I contacted A Cheap Body Shop for a quote, and was pleasantly surprised! Steve was awesome to work with! He immediately began working to find the most cost effective solution, which turned out to be a used tailgate which matched perfectly! He sent me pictures first and let us decide if we wanted to go that route, but also offered for us to "try it out" first, and if we didn't like how it looked, he gave us a second quote to bring it back and let them do their magic and make the tailgate look brand new! Being that it was a work truck, the minor dings were not a problem at all, and we were very pleased with the result! Thank you Steve! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Don't believe the good reviews, read the bad ones! My experience was consistent with those. This place is not a shop, its a storefront where Steve outsources the work to the cheapest Phoenix shop available. Their average work day 1 doesn't last. 1 year after a hood repair and repaint the paint is cracking on the hood. Steve is very nice to get business but doesn't stand behind his work and the whole process went from good to bad during the repair. We determined at the time most of the positive reviews were fake and I believe he gets a lot of the bad reviews removed. YOU WERE WARNED. DO NOT GO HERE.

Steve Klein is top notch. He delivers top service. I rate him as the best money can buy and wow what a great price. Delivered on time, affordable can't beat the price and excellent work. I found A Cheap Body Shop, Steve Klein thru internet promotion. I was looking for a body shop to cover some nicks around three of my wheels on the panels above and paint my bumper Steve gave me the lowest estimate. Sounded and conducted himself in a very professional and polite manner. I read all the comments from people and the ratings high 4.2 rating on this map review. A couple of The reviews were bad but now I know for a fact don't believe what you read because they did an amazing job and I love the new look and the price was amazing too. My car came back clean and looks like a new car. I can't thank him enough. I'm going back for window tinting.

Some months ago Steve talked me out of getting our car's roof repainted. He offered to touch it up for nothing if I'd buy the paint. I never did it, but then someone dinged our fender. He talked me out of an expensive repair when I took it to him. He suggested PDR, saying it wouldn't be as good, but would be satisfactory. He quoted me both prices, and said he could probably have it done in a day. I wanted the bumpers touched up, but he said that most of it could just be buffed out and the rest touched up. The next day he called to tell me it was done. It looks great. If you look very carefully (and know where and what to look for), he's was right- it's not perfect. But it's very satisfactory, as he also said- and nobody will ever notice the small imperfections. And the rear bumper is perfect, the front nearly so.

I am a 21 year old female who does not know a lot about cars. Unfortunately my car was in a hit and run accident and my drivers side mirror was torn off. Not knowing what to do, I went to almost every body shop in my area trying to figure out what a reasonable price looked like. I went to eight or nine different body shops. I am not kidding. I explored ALL my options because these places I was going to were quoting me 500-600 to fix my mirror. It sounded like a lot, I really didn't know any better. I called A Cheap Body Shop just to see if they were any different. Not only did they quote me a decent price and got it done quickly, Steve is one of the kindest considerate people I have dealt with in this industry. If you don't know a lot about your car and you are unfamiliar with the auto industry it is important to have people you can trust, A Cheap Body Shop definitely has people you can trust. Oh and my mirror looks fantastic! Thank you!

A few months ago I had a small fender bender on my truck that needed some fixing. I decided while I plan on replacing the front bumper I should have the entire front grille and rear bumper all upgraded and matched at the same time. Steve's estimate for the labor and materials was by far the best price in town, and even beating most online retailers for the cost of the materials I looked at. Even with a small job such as mine Steve still treated it like a high priority and was very friendly and genuine. I called in on a Wednesday late afternoon and stopped by the office and got a quick estimate, turned it over, and it was ready Friday afternoon. They even had time to take care of an idler bearing problem. The finished job looked perfect and they even delivered my truck straight to my house.Fast, quality, and affordable....what else could you ask for?

We have been going to him for the last 2 years for all of our body shop needs and we couldn't be more pleased! Unbeatable customer service, andPrices. I came to get my Honda civic flapping bumpe fixed. It looks brand new and he also was able to clean up my headlights!! The owner Steve is an expert and I recommend this to everyone

Had my car rear-ended (rear bumper damage) a few months back by some incompetent female driver... so, I took matters into my own hands and decided to find a cheap body shop and, lo and behold, I found "A Cheap Body Shop"! Contacted Steve and, in about a week, the rear bumper was restored by his team and lookin' FRESH (even got compliments about it from co-workers). Cordial, professional, affordable (hence "CHEAP") now a "go-to" for future auto body repairs. My sincere gratitude to Steve... highly recommended.
