Went to get new tires for my truck, got the exact ones I wanted and also was informed my alignment was bad on my truck but they corrected it for me and made sure everything was done safely for my family! I was quoted two hours which was fine, they were super busy and shorthanded but I was still driving off in an hour and a half. Great job guys!

Scheduled appt for 8:00 am to get tires balanced & rotated. Checked in on time and told the service advisor (James) the socket for lugs was in the driver's side armrest & took a seat in the waiting area with 2 other customers. Work wasn't started until after 9:00 am when a tech came in and asked for my lug socket.What should have been a 30 min (+/-) appointment took an hour and forty minutes with no communication from staff about any delays.I've had tires rotated here in the past and this was the first time I've experienced such a long delay.

My 83 year old dad was at Big-O in Safford AZ to get four tires put on. He waited 4 hours, while watching other customers orders be completed arrive and leave after their work was done. Finally my did got his car after four hours of waiting. All the tire pressures were completely off, not the recommended psi, the center pieces to the rims were left off and placed in the trunk. Big-O did not charge my dad 1/2 the price for doing 1/2 the work. I do not recommend this place.

Only one rep assisting customers. 8 people in line when I walked in with several people sitting and waiting. I was there for 20 minutes and the customer that was being assisted when I walked in was still not finished. I left and went to Stumpy's tire and was in and out in 15 minutes. Would not recommend Big O to anyone who wants efficient and personal service. I wasn't there during peak hours. They need more reps assisting the backlog of customers.

The Big O is awesome.Everything was all done correct, and a timely manner. My truck feels new. The tires look great . Visiting Big Ois cool nice atmosphere nice people and of course friendly service. Thank you for the 5 star treatment . I'm very happy about the experience.

Service was good the price not so much I was quoted 753 walked out paying over 900 bucks! For a Sentra that seems extreme. Should have done more research. Got lowers quotes after the fact.

Had a 10AM appointment for balance and rotationI showed up at 9:15. Car was taken to a back lot until 10:15 when they put it in the shop. Then it sat on the rack until 10:45 when they started on it. The tech only balanced two tires I mentioned it to the sales team and they had to go tell the tech to balance all the tires. The car was finished at 11:40. One hour and forty minutes for balance and rotation.

Everyone was so helpful. After coming in to talk about getting some new tires, I was able to get 4 new tire put on the very next day. A big thank you to Big Joe and Pete for helping me out.

Call about an hour before needed oil change. Got as soon as possible only took 30 minutes. GREAT JOB

These guys figured out the problem with my car and fixed it fast. It was fairly inexpensive and the owner offered to swap my husband s electrical work to help pay for the car services. Great bunch of people!

Overall I disliked my experience here. The technician tried to make up something about body height on the 4 corners of the car being off by 1/4 inch as a reason for not being able to align my car's wheels. They tried to send me off with multiple specs in the red twice before finally getting it correct. Even after getting specs correct, my steering was off quite a bit as well. Was a very frustrating experience. I will choose brakemasters in the future.

Big o tires is the place for me I won't go anywhere else for good quality honest work. Plus they carry the best warranty in the business. I'll recommend these guys to anybody. They'll make you feel like family.

I had my oil change done by Big O Tires, service and customer service is the best I have ever had from an oil change place, Pete and James are the best, very helpful and treated me with respect and kindness, not to mention the work the service technicians who change the oil and rotated my tires did an excellent job, I will recommend anyone to go there, and this is Texan talking and we tell you just like it is, again awesome service and customer support

I came in here at 10:30 a.m., it is now 1:00 p.m.About 10-12 customers came in after me and are paid and gone. My simple oil change has not been touched and I'm still waiting.

4th time i have used big o for oil changes and the 2nd time they have put the wrong oil in my car after i specifically asked if they had my oil weight and grade in stock and made my appointment a day ahead of time so they could walk across the street to napa and get if they were out! Very poor service!

Last time my wife and I had to return because we were overcharged. Not a big deal. I understand they don't make a lot to begin with when it comes to an oil change given the rate of inflation on the supplies required. And putting the sticker on the dash on the vinyl sun strip across the windshield. That I always ask for them not to. Because they tend to have the habit of using a blade of some sort to assist with the removal of a stubborn sticker. But they have torn the sun strip twice now while removing the stickers I've asked not to be put up to begin with. But what got me about last visit is that when I left big o my brake light was on. After investigating things myself the brake fluid was nearly empty. So the checklist I received showed that the fluids were checked and filled. So why was it nearly empty. The light wasn't on when I arrived. Nor had it been. So wether fluids are included with the service is in question. But since filling the brake fluids a few weeks back the level is still the same as when it was filled. Most people depend on they're vehicles. And we rely on your shops to help take care of our vehicles. Not to cause damage. We put our trust in you. Please go the extra mile for now on to ensure customer satisfaction. Not asking for anything special. Just perform the quality work that we pay for. Thank you

Over all good service just make sure you double check the work you get down. In such a busy place sometimes things tend to get missed. They have been good about double checking any changes or concerns. Overall I would recommend.

Friendly staff. My tire alert turned on. They checked PSI per tire. Added air to front passages tire. Courtesy and knowledgeable. Thank you Big O, you are a BIG DEAL in my book.

We took our car in for an oil change, and the customer service was great! My son loved eating popcorn while we waited. All staff is excellent, and we are happy with the car services. Big O is awesome!

Advised it would be an hour and a half and turned out to be 4 hours from when we got their until we could pick up vehicle. This with an appointment scheduled.

The car is running great. And, you charged me, I could tell, only for what was done. So, I continue to have confidence in my crew at Big O. I like having Bernie assigned to my car.
