Alvin assisted me through my needs. I needed a new hood installed on my car that I brought to him and they got it done in about an hour. Fast service (when not busy) and good communication!

I researched well her Wellhelm before I booked this appointment for an oil change and a detailed inspection of my truck. They were ready for me. They had the details and completed it in the timely manner. The waiting room was very nice and clean Helicopter. Since my warranty has expired, I will take it to Wilhelm for my future maintenance

After continued use of their service, I have to update my review because of their bad store warranty rules.When I purchased my car, the alarm kept going off for no reason. The neighbors in my very strict neighborhood were filing complaints.I told Wilhelm that the alarm had to stop going off. I told them to disconnect the entire alarm if they needed to be sure. They found that the car had an aftermarket alarm. They said that they disconnected the aftermarket alarm and that my problem would be fixed. I paid them several hundred dollars for the work.Over the following weeks, my car spent most of its time with them because I was trying to restore an old vehicle. It had unrelated issues.When I got my car back, the alarm started doing the exact same thing. I called them and told them that they hadn't fixed the problem. They told me that the fix would only be covered by a warranty if they found fault in their original work. Their work was to disconnect the aftermarket alarm. I'm sure it's still disconnected. It was probably a good alarm.The problem was that they charged me several hundred dollars to perform labor that didn't fix the problem I told them to fix, and potentially made my car worse since the aftermarket alarm was probably better than the factory one (which I did not authorize them to connect.)So, they insisted that I pay full price for them to fix the identical problem twice, because they wasted their work the first time.I moved out of the house before the people I was living with could get evicted. I will pay full price again, and finish restoring my car, but it will not be at Wilhelm.Original review:"I just bought a used car and needed a bunch of stuff checked/repaired.They were polite and kept me updated through the whole thing. Their prices were fair and their work quality was great.I'll definitely be returning."

I needed a new battery and they told me that mine was still under the 3 year warranty. All it cost me was $30 (the labor fee) and they even let me know my brakes are fine. Got everything done with no wait.

Marty, the service manager was very kind. I saw a coupon for 50% off an oil change and I tried them. They honored the coupon, no haggling or funny business! I came home and recommended them to my roommate and she is calling them now for an appointment! I wanted to find an automotive shop near my home and I am sure I have! Thank you, Marty Lisowski. You have my business. And, most likely, my roommate's business, too! Great job!

I came in for an oil change with included tire rotation. The job was completed in an hour with no surprises on the billing. I'll use Wilhelm for needed service in the future!

I brought my 4Runner in for a routine brake job and it ended up being a much more complicated situation involving several components in the rear axle. Not only were the staff very transparent and accommodating, but they ended up not even charging me for the extra work or parts, only the original amount we had agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice people but on two separate occasions with two separate vehicles was told they could do the service only for me to drop the car off and be told hours later that they didn t have the tools or the ability to work on my issue. One car was a simple AC check and the other an alignment. So nothing difficult and in fact routine things that a mechanic shop should be able to handle. The vehicles in question were a Ford and a Mercedes. So not some unheard of vehicle either. Sad to see a local shop go the way of the corporate chain.

One of my tires was cross threaded by Wilhelm, so my tires were not able to be rotated at my last oil change with them. Disappointing, but they did make it right by not charging me to fix it and re scheduling me quickly. Thanks for doing that!

I called on Monday afternoon because my service soon light came on. I was able to take.right over they kept over night to figure out what was.wrong. I asked he they would do that because we both work. They called before lunch told me what it was.and.I had my car back on Tuesday before they closed. The people I talked with were very nice and efficient.

Really great experience. I went in needing an oil change, they had an open bay and did my change today. Price was. Extremely reasonable.I will return for my car care and recommend them to family and friends.

I called when I was in a really bad situation. Susan answered the phone and took care of me without hesitation. She was very professional, gave me top notch customer service and got me and my family on the road with peace of mind and in very little time. These guys are the most honest and fair auto store I ve ever been to in my life. They talked through everything, helped me out on prices, and helped me diagnose other problems in my car.They are incredibly open and transparent, and I m amazed at how well they treated me. They even had a car take me home and pick me up while waiting for work to be done (and didn t charge me for it)I ve never had a better experience at an auto shop, and as someone who puts huge miles on his vehicles, I will never go anywhere else in Phoenix for auto work. Thank you so much to the team working here.

Everything good must come to an end. Yesterday husband took car down for 830am appt we made to have something checked out, they told him it would be a couple hours...1130am rolls around still haven't looked at it...so I had husband pickup car...if Wilhelm can't honor an appt I setup on ur website then maybe you shouldn't offer appts. I get that ur busy but come on 3 hrs to check an issue and you didn't even do that...this is poor customer service, definitely different from our other experiences with you.

I had a good experience.I needed an oil change. Marti was helpful,explained and showed me the issues to my car.They looked up carefully and discovered quite a few issues that I wasn t aware of.Anyways,the estimated recommended repairs came to a high cost so I will try finding a private mechanic to resolve some.
