Came in at 6:00p.m. And waited in line 30min to be told they are going ti service out tire when they close at 7:00p.m. just to watch them stand around doing nothing for another 15min we where stranded needing one tire change 45miles away from home this is just ridiculous don t go to this Walmart they don t care to do there job or help customers very unprofessional and rude.

Wow, unbelievable... Got there at 7am, At the beginning I was told that the service would be no more than an hour. I was the first customer in line to change tires. It takes them over 2 1/2 hours to change my tires. The guy was doing everything but working on my car. It wasn't until an hour and a half later that he started working on my car after having his breakfast and cleaning his area, and take them more than an hour to change my tires...Very disappointed, I definitely never coming back to this Happy Valley Walmart. They are very disorganized and irresponsibles. Service: Auto tire replacement

Terrible tire service. Nobody knew what they were doing in the customer service area, took way too long for a couple of tires, overcharged for things I didn't even ask for. Went to the store manager and complained. He took care of the problem, but I would never go back

Great service for oil change and cheap. Regular oil change is $45, high milage is $55. Synthetic change is also $55. It was fast.

Purchased my Goodyear tires and scheduled an appointment the next day. Walmart has the best deal for people like me looking for a quality tire. I compared other shops in the area and they cannot compete!

I was standing in line and being ignored by a woman who appeared to be a manager there. After a while of this, I asked if she could ring up my items. She seemed annoyed and responded with "I could do that I suppose" or something to that effect. Maybe she was attempting to be cute, but it came off as rather rude. Other than that, I have no comment on the car lanes themselves because I repair my car myself. I just purchase items in the Auto Center from time to time.

1st oil change went well. 2nd....they forgot to do it even though I got a message it was done. They quickly made up for the mistake in about 15 minutes while I was at the store. I did 2 laps of the store and got in some steps.

The so manager named Heather is a rude discriminating rodent, unhappy with the $16 bucks an hour she earns so displaces anger towards customers simply needing tires!Sending formal letter of complaint to Walmart corporate!

Left my vehicle for 4 hours easily explained the 4 tires inside the vehicle needed to be balanced and put on in place of the bald horrible 4 tires currently on. Received no phone call to say it was done, had to call and when I showed up they didn't do anything!! Set aside your whole day if you plan on coming down here. Dont depend on the guy taking in your vehicle to do comments on your work order correctly.Spoke with the manager who told me give me 30 minutes I'll get it done correctly so I wait and watch across the parking lot what he does. He starts walking toward the vehicle after about 30 minutes and tells me when they took it off the lift a tire popped. Were going on 5 hours now..He proceeds to fill my tire with air and it holds air fine, so now its obvious you didn't balance my tires if it was deflated when you put it on my vehicle.so then I stay in the garage at this point tell him to balance the tires in front of me he assures me it was done but proceeded as I asked and the tires were not balanced at all.6 hours to get tires simply balanced and put on a vehicle. Lost all faith. I appreciate all the manager did to make it right but lying to my face isn't a way to get a returning customer. Good luck

Very disappointed with the service I received. Son had bought 4 new tires 3 weeks prior. While driving on the 101 freeway had a blow out. After the blow out while waiting to be towed the rear tire had a large bubble in it. Instead of replacing the tires that were only 3 weeks old they would only sell us 2 more tires. These where obviously faulty tires. I will never do business with Walmart Auto Center on Happy Valley again.

I come here for my oil changes most of the time and I'm usually in and out within an hour and the service is just fine, which brings me back. Today, I pulled up and there were only two cars ahead of me. This was no problem as they said it'd be an hour. It took over two hours for them to change my oil and after the long wait I realized they put high mileage oil when I asked for synthetic. There were also other people that had waited a lot longer than they anticipated and one person had their car removed from the bay and left. I'm disappointed and unsure if I'll return any time soon.

I should have checked reviews before I brought in my truck for a simple oil change. All the items they said were checked were not. My washer fluid was still empty, my brake light was still out but they checked it off as done. Now I don't trust they even used high mileage oil. My service tech said the tech who serviced my truck is "a little off" whatever that means. I understand why the have a 2.0 rating now.

We took our vehicle in for a battery replacement only because it's hard to get to. When we left their center, we noticed a tire cap was missing. They knew nothing about it. Driving home, the check engine light came on. Discovered the air filter housing was broken. It was not like that when we jumped it. Would not recommend as it's apparently ok to just break stuff to sort of do one job.Service: Battery

Terrible. From Manager to staff. Called me and told me that they can t open the canister to do my oil change, when they were the ones that have done my oil change for over a year now. Manager gave me different info. I see why most people stay away from Walmart. Unintelligent auto care manager and staffs.

Went in to find tires could not find my size and they sold me a trailer tire for my car the individual behind the counter did not know what he was doing total waste of time if you have somebody back there trying to sell tires they need to know what they're doing proper training needs to happen.

This tire store run poorly the rating is 2.5 they have to be ashamed of it. I experienced poor service and communication, the technicians are rude, they do no know customer service or communication, the manager is incompetent. Go to another storeService: TiresService: Tires

I've only come here once, but my experience was well above average, especially for Walmart. I needed a new battery for a 2008 BMW 525i. Some places wanted to sell me the battery for far too much money and charge me an even more ridiculous amount to install it. One place couldn't even find the battery in the car to replace it.Finally, I came to Walmart and received great customer service, an inexpensive battery, and fast, free installation. Wandering around the store and grabbing stuff I needed anyways while they installed the battery was a convenient, added bonus.

No one cares at this place. Besides having good prices, Walmart auto center has ZERO customer service. Several of us waited for someone to acknowledge us at the counter. Kept pressing the assistance needed but no one arrived for 15 minutes. Great prices but no customer service. Fix it Walmart! There are other options.

Absolutely one of the worst places to get any kind of service. Everyone already knows how long it takes to get a simple oil change at walmart and this facility had me waiting for over an hour just to let me know they would not be able to do the oil change. Inconsiderate and non responsive.

I got a blow out right there on Happy Valley and the 17. Limped the vehicle to Walmart to get a set of new tires. I stood there like a fool for 20 minuites waiting for one of the 5 guys working on maybe 3 cars. ( I'm paraphrasing) Anyway, everyone acted as if they were just to busy to even ask me if I needed any help. After the 20 minuites, I bought a can of fix it flat, aired up what was left of the tire, and went to Dicount Tire, where I was treated like I was the only customer they had. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT WALMART!!!!

SAFETY HAZARD!!! Just got my 4th set of tires in only the past 2 and half years because the workers have been over filling my tires PSI on each oil change. Of course they are in denial and write down even 35 PSI on their documents but never has my digital monitor ever show even psi when leaving their shop. They are liars and I am forced to proceed legally as they are unwilling to be practical and see their workers are not doing the right thing and costing us excess money.I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. 4 sets all bald in the center on all of them. SmhThabk got for professionals to call them out in court since they do not care about their workers putting their customers in harm's way on the road while draining our pockets!.They should be ashamed of themselves for the uneducated workers they hire and for their lack of customer care.

DO NOT go here to get your car serviced for anything. After getting a simple oil change, the air intake tube went missing in my car. I called to ask about it and the assistant manager, who sounded like he couldn t care less about my issue, said there was nothing at all that they could do to help. They couldn t replace it for me or even offer a discount on parts. Absolute worst customer service ever. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This is the only place I go to get my tires changed and oil changed. I had Ben who helped me a majority of the time he was nothing but nice! What kind of service he gave me is what makes me want to go back again and again!!
