7am appointment to have tires installed. I wandered around until 9am and they hadn't done a thing. They took in an 8am appointment over mine. No apology. Have fun eating those $800 tires Walmart, you lost my business!

I had a good experience here. I needed to replace the valve stem and they let me just leave the wheel with them so I wasn't left carless. The staff who helped me were courteous and helpful. I would come back.

I had a 9am appointment to install 4 tires that I brought with my car. I was on time for my appointment, but my car wasn t taken back for a full hour. At 11:16am they informed me it would take 45 more minutes- but only because I went to ask. When I asked who I could talk to about the service delay in order to ensure the poor quality doesn t continue for future clients, the front desk person appeared confused and said I might be able to check the website. Very poor communication, organization, and service overall.

Not the bubbliest of customer service, I d admit. I don t really care if you re not all smiles all the time. However, the service was great and considerably timely (it s 2 days before Christmas and everyone and they momma is shopping at Walmart and probably getting their car repaired in the process).Guy, the customer service agent, was thorough and efficient. He was polite and answered all my questions. What more do I need from him?The only downfall is that I just got a battery changed within the last couple of months and I had to replace that. (I guess you get what you pay for).I want to be clear about my review, I enjoyed my service and I would recommend to a friend.ProTip: plan to do some grocery shopping during your wait. The repair agent can check your groceries out and charge you for the repairs at the same counter. You re welcome!

4/27/19 drop off at 1000 pick up at 2 pmAvoid this place AT ALL COSTS! The employees do not care about you whether that s inside the store or those checking in your car. Inside they ignore the customers and talk about how annoying they are as if they are not right there. The manager, you can tell, has no clue how to run(manage staff according to a task within a time frame) an auto shop. Overwhelmed and rude to paying customers who are told one thing at check in and told another check out. Wasn t called that car was ready, oil light not reset, and no sticker for approximate next oil change.

I came in at 11:30am they advised they put me down for an appointment for 1:00pm. I waited in the lobby till 3:00pm before they even started working on the car. By this time I ask hey when will the car be complete , I m responded with the guy went to help someone look for tires I said, so when will the car be done I m told another hour. .Please do not come to this location they SUCK!They knock out oil changes and batteries but $600 for tires they will have you waiting all day long.

Schedule appointment for 9 AM. When I got there, they told me it will be several hours before by car was even seen. Maybe don t make appointments if you re behind or let the person know when you re making the appointment I ll make appointments for a reason. Also, they are kind of rude.

Had an appointment at 10 they told me they didn t have the oil filter and that I could go get an oil filter and they would do it, went and got the oil filter and came back to them telling me my appointment would be canceled and I would have to wait three hoursNever again

Have three stars because the men that work the front do not offer any other services. This could be an issue if someone doesn t know what they need. I came in for tire rotation and balance and the a lazy man with tats didn t look to see if my tires were lifetime balance (they are) and proceeded to charge me. I asked the hard working woman in pic to help me out. Which she did. Thankfully there are decent people who work at Walmart. There not all lazy. If the men pictured talk to you. You best talk to the women that work here.Had to downgrade. Again walmart failed to perform. I don t recommend buying tires from any walmart. The service after is horrible. Constantly have to bring it back for not balanced correctly. They need better trained techs or the techs simply aren t doing the work. Just buy tires at discount. Save yourself headaches.

Absolute worst service I have ever had. Ordered 4 new tires, made an appointment. Waited three hours for them to pull my car back. 30 minutes later they come in and tell me my front lug nuts are too tight and they can t put them on. I call my brother who is a mechanic and does this as well and he said that is not a thing. That they cou take them off. Then I called another local tire shop that laughed when I told them what happened. That they could do it tomorrow with no problem. They close in 30 minutes and I m still sitting here waiting for my car with 2 new tires.

Wow trust the reviews I was hoping to get my car serviced early so I arrived a few minutes to their posted opening time of 7am. Garages closed, door locked to customers, four cars in line. Nothing and I left around 7:40am. I understand locations are short staffed but this is sad. I called to determine if they d be opening at a later time. Rep said hello and then proceeded to put me on hold. Get it together.

I was in a pinch to get my oil changed... I had gone to other Walmart Auto Centers in the past, and I was never too dissatisfied.I was in the area so I thought I would pop in and see the wait times. They are indeed a first come first serve establishment, so they weren't able to give me a specific time estimate.I was promptly greeted by Jo, she was speedy and unbelievably kind. She got me checked in and immediately took care of my vehicle!I waited inside, there are a few seats and vending machines. It was a nice escape from the scorching heat. I was able to track my vehicle's service via the Walmart App. This is definitely a feature I appreciate! I got up to wander around, and immediately got a text in regards to my vehicle completion.All I can say is.. WOW! Fast! I've never had an oil change so quick and painless. I shuffled up to the checkout and was greeted by Tracy. She is darling! We had great conversation, she is hilarious and so sweet. Give that woman a raise! It was a pleasure meeting both her and Jo. I couldn't have asked for better service overall. Will definitely be coming back here.

This morning, the website showed that they had a pair of trailer tires that I need. Called twice to set up an appointment, no answer. Finally just came in, and there was a guy there, but he was literally hiding from customers, pretending to be assigned to sporting goods it looked like. He didn't appear until I called their number again from customer service area a few times, watching it ring on the counter for a few minutes he finally walked over. He verified that they had the tires in stock, but explained that they were unable to mount tires on wheels that I carried in because they didn't have any technicians. I didn't bother to point out that he wasn't doing anything at the moment.

Big thank you to Tracy from the Automotive department. I had gone to 4 different Wal Mart car centers and was turned away because I needed a battery change. I felt like a bother and was told thag I would be lucky if a Wal Mart agress to do a battery change. That's until I got to Tracy's Wal Mart and was greeted by Tracy in the most positive way. She made my situation a priority to which I was deeply grateful. Service was above and beyond. I will be using this car center from now on thanks to Tracy's amazing customer service. I don't mind driving 45 minutes out of my way when the customer service is this good. Again Thank you so much Tracy, the world needs more people like you.

Had an appointment and waited 3 hours for them to give no notification and cancel the appointment. They did nothing and the techs left for the day. Absolutely no notifications on the status and wasted my day for no reason.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Ill start off by saying all the employees were very nice except for one mechanic. He was EXTREMELY rude. However, I was suppose to have two new tires put on, tires rotated, and a oil change. After waiting for two hours, I asked the cashier how much longer and was told they had only done the oil change. It would be another 3 hours possibly before my tires were done! No one told me how long the wait would be before I agreed to the service. They took my keys and left it at that. Multiple people were very angry in the lobby waiting for their vehicles. Poor communication, rude employees, terrible service. Not worth it.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Lied about testing my battery 8/16/23 and sent me away with a battery that had to be replaced in three days. NO WAY I would purchase another battery here. Maxx battery with three-year warranty lasted only a little over 11 months. Yeah, Phoenix has a brutal summer climate, but give me a break! The staff at this location is playing games with customers. Stay away.Service: Battery

We had set an appointment for 11am to get new tires installed. Got there and was told they canceled my appointment with no explanation or reason why. Was still seen and its currently 3:45 and they have yet to work on my car. This is beyond okay.

Had to argue with the Wal-Mart lady just to take my car. They don't do tire checks, has to be a problem even when I told her my dealer warned me of worn tire tread and have a tire warranty with Walmart.. SO I reported a slow leak at check-in. First I've come across this from dozens of WM tire centers I've gone to! Another problem is waiting in the drive-up only for oil changes but they don't tell u that until they come to your car. They need have a sign that tire service require in-store check in and not waste people's time!!

I went in for a tire replacement. I was the second customer in line. Four hours later I had my tire put on. Tracy the clerk misunderstood my request for a purchase of a tire. Instead of calling me while I was walking around walmart for three hours to confirm my purchase she made no attempt to reach out. After three hours I went to check on my car. NO TIRE! As I was told I would be the next vehicle in line another car was taken before mine. I had to speak up to get my vehicle serviced. After I had my car taken care of a hour later there was no attempt to compensate me for my time. I am a manager in retail and understand mistakes happen but I always make sure the customer goes home happy. I left that day totally let down.

My car display showed 15% oil life left. So I went in for an oil change at 1 pm. I pulled up to the line and was excited to see no other customers in front of me. The attendant came out and ask me to pop the hood. He went under hood, fiddled around for a minute, and then closed hood. He came around to my side of car and explain that he was sorry but He could do an oil change today. He stated that I did not have any oil on my dip stick and the manager said tbey were not allowed to change the oil if that was the case. He suggested I go to a Walmart right up the street. I did and my oil was promptly changed and I was on the road again. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I called at 5pm .. to do an oil change, they told me yes .. I drove from the west to here .. 5:30 pm they did not want to do the work ... they made me drive here, I spent my gas and time for nothing ... THANK YOU WALMART

Picked up my car after an oil change service, it made some weird noises after being started which sounded like an engine revving like a race car. I drove home and found out that they left my oil cap up-side down on top of the engine, which caused the oil spillage under my hood. Luckily it wasn't too serious since my house is less than 2 miles from here but today's service was just plainly terrible. I hope they'll get things together because it's always great before, and even during the pandemic.Service: Oil change

I called ahead to see if they could mount tires on my sprinter camper. They assured me it wouldn t be a problem. They couldn t do it. I got better service and pricing from Woodys.

Had the best customer experience with a young gentleman whose name I did not get. Carried all my parts for a tire installation on a wheel I had bought to and fro my car and upgraded the tire with no extra charge. Warranty had me pay only 10 percent of the original price! Couldn't be happier!

Poor customer service ! Long wait time when you call and also in. Line at store the women have bad attitudes. The guys not so bad. Work on better customer service the public is how you make your living so if you are rude people will go somewhere else what part of that don't they understand! Need to work on customer service Real Talk!!!was not impress took my business to discount Tires service was much better
