Horrible service I experienced today at Walmart Auto Center. Took vehicle for them to put a patch on a tire that had a nail. Over an hour they find another nail on the same tire that s not repairable. But why over an hour??? Is this what you call certified? Then they didn t want to charge me because I wasn t satisfied. NO THANKS! I don t need nothing free from WALMART. I did pay $18 for a bad service :) I don t have the option for 0 stars which is what I rated.

Dropped our car off for a headlight replacement, and the estimate was 3 hrs, 6 hrs later and after trying to call 5 times (just rang, no pick up each time), we decided to just go down to see what the hold up was, they said it was a wiring issue they never did anything NOR called us to tell us that really disappointed with that service. Office for the auto center was completely unaware of this too causing about a 15 minute wait of associate, coach and coach calling the person that serviced the car to get an answer of what was going on. And no oh sorry or anything waiting 6 hours for just nothing was done, part was loose, here s your key .

Took my vehicle here for an oil change. No customer service. They obviously don't care about the customer. I can't have someone working on my vehicle with that mindset. I'll probably just try a different location or just take it to someone else next time. Please hire people who care.

I asked for assistance because a piece was hanging from car, I was initially told it could be removed by an older Caucasian man wearing a red and black checkered shirt. So when I pick up my car and I went back to a tec or so I thought. The man that appeared to be Hispanic or Mexican, with half of his hair shaved told me the manager and he wasn t removing and I could get on the ground and do it myself. Very disappointed that a male in leadership would even suggest such a thing for a woman to do.

The few time's I've been here has just been an absolute waste of time. I agree with many fellow shoppers of the lack of notifying you when your Vehicle is ready upon the "mechanic" switching names up thinking it's a joke while taking your vehicle for a spin. What lie's they've spewed to customers over the year's.

I am so happy with the Douglas tires. My husband has them on his car also. He bought 2 Goodyear tires, took it to a mechanic and they said the Douglas tires are better quality than the Goodyear tires.

Young kids run that place, no knowledge at the counter I was given the book for parts and was told to see if I could look it up and find it . They don t even want to be there let alone work on your car.

Tried to force me to pay more for a synthetic oil change when they did the prior 2 before as standard oil changes, actually refused to do my requested service !!

I used to walk-in when I needed a tire and I would be in and out less than 30 minutes. Now they have a by appointment only policy and I showed up right on time and have been sitting here for more than 2 hours and I'm still waiting.

My oil pan feel out the bottom of my car 2 days after the oil change. I had to drive back to the location with the oil Pan scraping on the ground. How embarrassing then I asked for a refund and they refused I would never go there again

Never answer phone. Fail to let you know when the job is done. Wouldn't order the tires I needed into the store for me. Had to have them shipped to my mom's in CO since there wasn't a place to have them delivered to here in phoenix. Only 3 were delivered to co, so had to buy a different tire at Wal-Mart there that didn't match to have them brought down to me. When I went to Wal-Mart to get them mounted&balanced, they wouldn't sell me road hazard coverage. Will never deal with Wal-Mart again & hope this warns other people not to!

Warning!I ve gone to this Walmart to just solely get my tires changed. They re hands down the cheapest. If you do go, however, be prepared. They have long wait times. They don t answer the phone. Their service is adequate. This isn t so much of a bad review to them but more of a warning to anyone coming here for oil or tire changes. You ll save a lot of money but with some hurdles along the way. Know what to expect.

This is my second time and felt staff and manager was rude always talking about being short handed. First time went to get new set of tires and couldn't have them installed because said short handed. Last weekend had emergency with tire and manager wanted to sell me Douglas instead of Goodyear for almost $100. And said because they didn't install my tires back in September 2021 couldn't get replaced but had to buy one. But it was their fault not installed there. Wouldn't go there again for anything because probably shirt handed. Gee wonder why?

I really liked it at this Auto car care center. Friendly and professional staff. They were done under an hour, I was told a it may take up to an hour. I would recommend people to bring your vehicle here, Good place, good prices.

Their tire shop is joke, I went there to get new tires with installation, they said that will take about an hour and a half so I waited inside, after an hour and a half they texted me indicated that action required to continue service, when I got to them they said they couldn t do the job because they don t have proper tools to unscrew lug nuts!!! Seriously??? How come that you open this huge shop and you even don t have enough tools to do your work?

They scam you out of your money, Some kid asked me if I wanted road hazard for my tires I said no and then he still added it on and lifetime balance which I didn't ask for either, then once I talked to the old lady with gray hair she said I can't get tires without those and proceeded to charge me $22 for installation per-tire with an attitude about me asking my price, but yet the other Bethany home location doesn't make you get those and only charged me $12 for installation, I roughly paid $300 just for 2 tires!!!! I will never come to this location again I'm sorry but not everybody has $300 to spare for 2 tires and other side stuff you did not ask for!!!!

The front desk/cashier's at the Walmart Auto Care Center are NOT knowledgeable and don't have ANY costumer service. The one that took care of the problem we had, was the manager and fixed the problem the other people made.

The only reason I go to Walmart is because my battery is underneath my tire and I am switching taking the tire off to put the battery in but will not like to screw up and not put the battery cable back on so make sure you always make sure they have your check ready and done for you correctly

Walmart is the worst place to get an oil change! Never again! I got an oil change at this place. Not only did they take forever but there was no one out there to check me in. Now 2 days after my oil "change" ..My car is leaking oil! I called and I've been on hold for over 10 minutes now! This is ridiculous! Either hire more staff or train them properly!

These guys were great! Appreciate the work they did for me. Had to replaced a warrenteed tire, they did it no questions asked, other tjan asked me if I had my warrentee receipt to verify.

People have to realize Walmart (TLE) Tire Lube Express most didn't go to school for Auto Care they are trained and all that knowledge they know is by a computer so be patient with is Walmart lack of training them properly.

I've had money and other personal items stolen from my car during an oil change. Last time I went was during tax time, �the cashier told me I needed to pay for 3 extra qts of oil as my car took 8 and the oil change package only included 5.I knew they were trying to rob me and called the Jetta dealership while standing there and was told my car only takes 5 qts.I demanded my keys and they just stared at me like deers in head lights and didn't say anythingSTAY AWAY!!!

The wait was a little longer than expected but the employees were transparent with me and friendly. I've never used Walmart auto center before and after my 1st visit, I'd honestly use their services again, in a heartbeat.

Crummy oil change service...Broke the clip that holds my hood prop,Slopped oil on engine.Would not recommend,Will never go back.People need to have pride in their work,Could have changed my own oil for less,And you know the old saying...If you want it done right do it yourself.Nuff Said,
