stopped into Walmart auto care center today and all I can say is they were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. My car sat inside the bay for about an hour and a half just under 2 hours and when I decided to say something about it to one of the employees they looked confused and hesitantly said to me let me check to see if someone is working on your car, and NOONE WAS!! They then said it was going to be another hour mainly because of paperwork??? like what paperwork is needed to replace 2 tires! spoke with the manager and he went back to handle the situation and hopefully get me out of here in a reasonable time.

I came here for Batteries replacement people are so nice and helpful and the only thing is they never answer the phone. Not that busy then expected it was quick.

Went in for transmission fluid. Out of every spot there was only a few gallons of the wrong type and one of the eight bottles I needed for the other. Tire guy said shelf was fully stocked this morning. I have a hard time believing some 70 plus bottles were all sold in one day. Very frustrating

Wait is a little long but they do a good job they won't do anything above what you pay for though. I had asked one of the attendant if he could help me with my coolant and the response I got was pretty lame and almost rude but I figured it out myself it was super easy which is why I left with the feeling that they were just sort of average

It took over 2 hours, but the guy at the register had a great personality. The price was easily $30 less than anywhere else so I was ok to wait.

They didn't have transmission fluid for a chevrolet, also no one works in automotive section, can't find anyone who works there.

Don't ever, ever come here. What a bunch of unprofessional crooks! So I had called at around 4:50 and explained that I just had to jump my husbands Chrysler 200 and asked if they were able to get the car in and change the battery. The man on the phone said, " Yeah, as long as you get here by 5:30." So I follow my husband there we go into the lobby and start checking in. While we waited he asked if while they had it in if they could do an oil change on it. The young kid at the front said, "Actually we're too busy for that right now." Ok,at this point I get it. We proceeded to watch no cars being worked on. The car ports remained empty. 25 minutes to 30 minutes pass by. A guy from the back, (got his name later) Deven, says, "I can't help you. We don't change that type of battery here. I know they might at other locations. But not here." Mind you I have taken this same car to this same location before and they don't close til 7. This is not even the kicker of our experience here. So we have them jump it so we can get it home. I then get into my Hyundai tucson and now that's completely dead! I go back in and asked if they can check my battery out and jump me. So the guy Deven goes out and takes his charge machine and I watch him proceed to my car. When he comes back in he doesn't try to explain anything to me he just starts flipping through the book and asks,"So what battery do you want?" I said," What do you mean? You can't just jump it?" He said," Nope. It's too dead charge." I've never heard of such a thing. So I went on to explain there is no way it's that dead, I just bought the battery last year at Oriellys, it has a three year warranty, I can't spent 160 on a new one. Something starting to feel very wrong about this place.. They just continue to explain to me how they want to go home, they are closing soon. It's probably 5:45 at this point, they close at 7:00. And I still this whole time I've been there, saw no cars being serviced. I called my husband and he feels the same about how my battery is able to be jumped, don't do anything I'll bring some cables. I tell the employee this and he goes back in the shop. As I'm waiting an older man comes out and says, in so many words, how I need to make up my mind, he wants to go home, shows me his dirty hands and says, "Do you want me to touch you with these." At that time I was so upset it didn't even dawn on me how inappropriate that comment was. So the young man comes back from the shop and said, "If you want, I can try and jump it again?" I tell him how I'd appreciate that and this time I go out with them. We pop the hood and he checks it out. He doesn't even hook up the charger. He notices that the battery cable was not fully connected and my car starts right up. But I was told my battery was fully dead? In fact, too dead to charge? Huh? So Deven was either pissed he had to do some work or I was being discriminated against because I was a woman all alone and was trying to be taken advantage of. The time now was close to 6 and I saw them starting to close the shop doors. Again, they don't close til 7. So not only were they unprofessional, rude, inappropriate, liars, sorry but lazy, but they tried to scam and take advantage of my situation. Oh and just to be sure, I stopped at the O'Reilly just to have them check the battery to be safe......Told me there was nothing wrong with it. I remember now why I stopped going to Walmart. I suggest you do the same.

I waited for 2 hours to get an oil change and the meantime the place got backed up and they didn't take any more cars because they had to catch up when they got to my car and they said it was done. They said they couldn't get the oil filter off so they couldn't change the oil. Never heard of such a thing in my life with my truck. Needless to say, I don't think they even tried. I can't prove it because I couldn't be in the bay watching them but the kids there to me didn't even try. I brought it to another place which was a Chevron full service. Got my old changed. Double the price in and out in 20 minutes. No issues with the oil filter. No issues with the filter in my car. They said they couldn't change it out because they couldn't open it because the tab was broke. The other guy just popped it out with a screwdriver so be very cautious of Walmart. I would not recommend them handling your car unless you're doing like a battery or something like that. Poor service

Took my car left and waited 5 hours, no phone call and when I wen to pick up after oil change, they never started my oil change and never notified my of the reason. This is the second time after purchasing tires and requesting a new tire pressure sensor. No phone call either. This place has terrible communication. Oil change incident happened today, tire situation about 5 months ago. Same storeService: Oil change

Made an order and appt. online for 2 tires installation. Made special request to save the one good tire that was being replaced with a new tire. I waited in store for 1 hour 45 min for completion of work. Good tire was not saved and could not be identified after work was completed. I had to take both tires to verify that I had the good tire. I was charged for disposal fee even though I did not dispose of any tires. This work was not completed in timely manner even with appointment. I was charged for serviced not received, and my special instructions were not followed.Service: Tires

The worst customer service. Been here for 2 hours for an oil change. Still not done. Apparently they all went to luclnch or something? I don't really know. Only one car ahead of me when I arrived. No communication about what is going on. People are now stacked up and cars aren't moving! Unreal!

Brought in a tire off of a different car to have it changed. Got there at 5:30 about an hour and a half before closing. Was told they had too many cars in line and they are closing so they would not be able to change my tire. (I was told 7 cars ahead of me but there were only 5 cars in the entire lot besides mine so unless none of the employees have a car....) Now I can either have my husband leave work early tomorrow morning (which will leave them short as he works for them overnight) or go in to work late. Only reason I bothered going is because he works for Walmart other than that why bother. Discount is SOOO much more professional.

There was quite a wait for tires services due to staff shortage, but all other services was quick.Staff was friendly and would keep you updated regarding the status of your vehicle. I definitely would return for other car services in the future.

Two days in a row, my husband went in to purchase a new tire and have them balance it and put it on the car.Yesterday they said we can't get to it for 3 hours, we're busy. There are 3 customers ahead in line.Today at 730 AM, 30 minutes after opening, they told him the exact same thing about it going to take 3 hours and 3 other customers.WE CAN'T GET YOUR TIRE PUT ON YOUR CAR FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS!!Are you seriously kidding me?! I understand, wait your turn, and all, but come the hell on now!Sam would have a fit if he knew that Walmart, his Walmart was conducting this kind of business! Slow playing the customers goes against everything he stood for!

I'm not a guy who ever leaves Google Reviews but I had to share an outstanding experience at this auto center. I drive rideshare on the weekends and had a flat tire at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. They closed at 7 so I thought there was no way they could get me in but I thought I would give it a try anyways. Alyssa, the service desk/auto tech, said she would get me in before they closed. I was shocked and so thankful that she went out of her way to take care of me and another customer who needed a tire patch before she was done for the day. That kind of care and effort doesn't happen much these days so I wanted to give her and the rest of the team at this location props for putting in the extra effort to get me back on the road making money and able to enjoy the rest of my Labor Day weekend. Thank you so much!Service: Tires

Came to get my oil changed on my 2007 Volkswagen beetle. They said it would be 2 hours. At around 1 hour and 50 minutes The mechanic comes into inform me that they don't have the right equipment to be able to remove my oil filter, and can't get it off. They recommend I go to Grease monkey across the street. Grease monkey tells me whoever put it on put it on incorrectly so that's why it was so hard to get it off. But Grease monkey tells me that it's not that they needed a special equipment it was just on really tight. Which means that Walmart could have done it, it just would have been extremely difficult for them. So I'm upset that they weren't able to do it. But I did appreciate the mechanic coming to speak to me directly.

The auto team here is awesome. They are truly good people who care about the customers and go out of their way to do what they can to help. Especially Alex, who helped me while I was there for a new battery and had limited time between work and picking up my son. He did multiple things to help me, on his own accord with no one asking him too. Thank you Alex and team!

I wish I can give 5 stars for my experience because I am a Walmart shopper. However, my experience was not great at all. I arrived at 7am. I was the first car there. I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take a hour. It took two hours. I was late getting my son to school and myself to work. I have to give my experience one

It gets pretty damn busy come 10am, so get good and make an earlier appointment to avoid lines that will overflow out the door. Most wont bother, but it's faster to carry in loose wheels for new rubber.

Saturday morning and I need an oil change. No problem with 1-2 hours. Add a tire rotation and it becomes 2-4 hours. The tire guy cannot rotate tires while my car is getting an oil change. I have to go back into the tire line hahaha

If you get a hard time here, don't get upset with them. It's just that there are a lot of restrictions on them for making decisions about what your trying to do. My advice, go to the store managers, Joshua or Nicole, for example, and they will go out of their way to try and make it right for you. But don't expect miracles, that's not fair. Try to explain yourself clearly.

The service at this location was terrific! I needed a new battery for my car and stumbled across a good deal while searching online after getting home from my 3rd shift job. I'd already tried all the auto parts places (like Auto Zone, etc) around here that "supposedly" will install any car battery you purchase from them. However they all refused to install one in my 98 Buick Century at ANY price! AND the batteries those places cost at least 3 times the price of the one I found at Walmart! But i was still skeptical about Walmart installing the battery for free! When I called them about it, he assured me that installation was free on all vehicles. He also told me that since he was already booked up with appointments, it would take around 1 1/2 hours to do it this morning. I HAD to get it done, so I sighed and took it on down. About 1/2 a hour after I handed over my keys, they had it done! Actually the guy surprised me by coming to get my car into the bay so quickly! The only drawback was that I needed a oil change as well, but when they told me it would make the time 2 hours instead of 1 1/2 I decided to forgo the oil change this time around! I COULD have had that done as well and STILL been out of there in less than the quoted 1 1/2 hours! If I had opted to wait INSIDE the store they might have given me the option, but I was waiting outside instead. That IS 1 drawback to this location, not a good place to wait inside. And sure enough when I got the bill, NO INSTALLATION FEE! :D

I took my car hear for the first time not too long ago. I chose to have my oil changed here bcuz I have to have the synthetic oil which is more expensive than the regular oil but it was cheaper here than it was anywhere else. I chose this location over others including the Happy Valley location simply bcuz I read the reviews and this location had a much high rating than the rest. Even then I wasn't really expecting much from a Walmart auto shop not to be rude or anything. But, I was pleasantly surprised by the work of the employees. How well it was done and how fast it was done. They also check all of the fluids and top them off if need be. A pretty long list of extra stuff they check and do. Most places only do some of the things but not all. I was truly amazed by the employee working in the auto center and would recommend this location to my family so fast. I will definitely be coming back here for my next oil change.
