Dave helped our family get into a certified used 2019 VW Golf Alltrack SEL. We drove in from LA to pick up this great car. Dave made sure the process was smooth and quick knowing we brought our two young daughters for the trip. Unfortunately VW stopped producing the Alltrack for the North American market. But the one we found at VW North Scottsdale was a perfect example and Dave made sure it was next to perfect by the time we arrived to pick it up. No random interior fragrance just new car smell. Dave was quick with any request and questions and available via text, email and lan-line. Thanks for helping us get into our Alltrack Dave!

I recently had an absolutely fantastic used car buying experience working with Volkswagen North Scottsdale. My salesperson Brandon Straub was patient, polite, professional and took a pragmatic approach to assisting me in the acquisition of a used 2018 BMW X5M. No B.S., no clich� sales tricks, just an honest guy helping me through the process with no pressure at all. Buying a used car is always a one of a kind experience given each used car is unique. In the past I ve had the unfortunate experience of working with terrible salespeople just because they happened to have had the exact car I was looking for. In this case I was thrilled to find a car that fit my very high standards while also being able to buy that car from a salesperson I truly enjoyed working with, and one that earned and deserved my business wholeheartedly.I am a car enthusiast at heart with countless car buying experiences over the years; and this was one of the best I ve ever had. The manager Tukk was great, the finance manager Eric was very enjoyable to work with even though I was paying cash and had no intentions of buying a warranty given the limited driving I plan to have with this vehicle. The car business needs more professionals like Brandon, Eric, and Tukk.I will definitely be recommending Brandon Straub and Volkswagen North Scottsdale to anyone I know.

The Passat we were trading in...we bought from them 2 years ago and paid sticker + 2 year extended warranty, no heckling. My wife drives 30 miles up there from Gilbert because she preferred them, although Berg VW is around the corner from our house.I wanna take a second to say that Eric is a great asset for VW Scottsdale. He helped my wife make decisions on what to buy and is a great encyclopedia of information. He knew we couldn't do the deal that day, and I couldnt make a quick decision on what to buy. We started looking at Tiguans but landed on a new Arteon. Loved it, still do.But the trade in offer was weak and I wanted to sell it privately. The sales manager came over and tried pushing back at me about my trade-in value, and I get it, that's why I wanted to sell privately and talk things over with the Mrs. So here we are, surrounded by about 5 other people around us and the manager asked me "what will it take" about 5 times and my blood starts boiling. I'm looking around and everyone in the room is watching us. I don't buy cars like that. Nobody should have to be put on display like that for trying to make a good decision for their family. I just got up and said I needed a few minutes. We left and I won't return. I cant buy a car feeling that defensive. Shocked they played that card.I had talked to Eric previously about Tdi's and I wanted to start, and hopefully end, our car buying process with him. Please give Eric a raise, company car, and a promotion for being a stand up salesman and being able to READ a customer. we wanted to buy.

I'm new to the area, and the staff here were extremely welcoming, kind, and informative. John Thames was the service member who helped me check in my vehicle to get an oil change and cabin filter. He was extremely kind and helped explain things that my car might need and what I should get done and don't need to. The process was seamless and quick which was helpful to get my busy day going! As a current active duty military member, they were extremely personable, and I will definitely be recommending to my coworkers!

Tom Sliker was extremely helpful and kind. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or pressured. I had visited about a week before to check out different cars and knew I would come back and get it from Tom. He got as an amazing deal on the exact car that I wanted. Making the appointment online was super easy. There was great availability. When I got there I was welcomed and my car was checked in all within 5 minutes. I loved the video of my inspection. My only complaint would be that it took 3 hours for the inspection, oil change and car wash. Other then that we had a great experience.

The sales people are shockingly rude. You ask some basic questions (that you have every right to ask) and they get super defensive, uncooperative and disrespectful. They absolutely will not deal with you or provide any decent information unless you meet them in person, so good luck to anyone looking to buy a vehicle out of state or that lives far away. I m not going to waste my time in person if you can t be decent enough through email. Not sure if this is typical how they treat potential customers spending a lot of money and buying higher end vehicles. I don t feel they have your best interests at heart here. Shop elsewhere! Dear GM Brandon needs another profession, I suggest not in sales. He s losing you a lot of money.

Gabriel in the service department is so awesome! He took care of me and my dead car battery so amazingly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love VW of north Scottsdale. They always do the right thing and truly car about their customers. I even sent my mom there for her car!

Overall bad experience. Felt over-charged for the services I was provided. When I confronted the rep about it, he was like oh it was a system error , and took $10 off. Felt scammed and by the time you get the car back the service is done so you obviously have to pay. Didn t feel the customer service was great. Not many things I believe they did well customer service wise. Was never greeted or received a smile from an employee. I did like the video they send of the car inspection though. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My service salesman Brandon was great! Very welcoming dealership, good atmosphere, nothing like the big high end dealerships that it s next to. Didn t feel like I was too pressured into my purchase and these guys even gave me a good deal on the vehicle. Can t ask for much more.

I'm sure this happens to most other customers, but had to share anyways.We went online and found a VW Atlas we wanted to test drive. We did our research and knew this was a vehicle we were really interested in to replace our recently destroyed Ford Flex (due to a horrible hailstorm in New Mexico).Kimberly Werner called us soon after making the online appointment to test drive. We showed up the next day and Kimberly greeted is with a nice smile and loads to talk about the vehicle. We took the Atlas for a spin and were immediately impressed with it.Got back to the office and Kimberly, along with her GM, made the whole buying process simple and easy. No haggling. No back and forth on anything. Showed up at 5pm. Out the door with a new vehicle by 7pm.I highly recommend you all go see Kimberly for your next Volkswagen!

Went to buy a track vehicle. Come to find out there is a ton of damage on it. The General manager laughed when asked to discount the car and he said he will be sacrificing his integrity if he discounts the car. I think he sacrificed his integrity when he listed the car in this condition and said that there are no reported accidents, which was also not true, as Carfax shows the vehicle was involved in an accident. Be aware of their "integrity " pitch as the cars are clearly not in the condition they are advertising.

100% recommend buying from VW North Scottsdale. They offered a better price than any other dealer in town. The purchase process was so fast and easy. They did not use typical high pressure tactics to sell you a bunch of extras in finance. I would absolutely buy another car here.

Tukk was amazing! We were having trouble getting what we wanted here in Tucson. One call and spoke with Tukk and we had the rare trim level of the Atlas to us with first-class service. Once we arrived, Brandon was there to help us learn about the car and celebrate our new purchase. The entire team was first class and we are happy to have worked with them.

Fantastic buying experience! Eric and his crew are upfront and honest. In the future I will not go anywhere else to purchase a Volkswagen.When we took delivery of our new GTI it arrived with a tiny paint chip on the rear bumper I wouldn't have even noticed. Eric showed me and gave us a healthy discount on a hard to get vehicleFirst rate!

We were told car would be ready in a couple of days after purchase because of a rip on the upholstery that needed to be repaired and a broken sun glass holder. Car took a week more than what we were told it would for us to get and only one of the issues was repaired. Instead of discussing repair of the glass holder upon delivery of the vehicle, we were told to take it to any other VW dealership and to go through the warranty process to get it repaired. Prior to purchase the sales rep stated they would take care of it. The broken sun glass holder obstructs the rearview mirror which is a safety hazard that was not taken care of. In addition to poor customer service, it was discovered upon receipt of vehicle that the interior had not been well cleaned, where there was large clumps of animal hair in portions of the car not immediately visible during the test drive. As a long time VW customer I was very disappointed with this experience.

Shoutout to Nick Hourihan and the overall dealer process - I flew in from California to buy a used 2022 Miata and he made the process very seamless; was very responsive with service records, photos, etc. He also picked me up the airport. I drove the car 1000 miles home without issue.The dealer process was also pretty hassle-free, no random unexpected fees tacked on and I was out the door in about an hour after flying in.

Serious consideration should be given to promoting Karson Vigil to sales manager as he is an incredibly talented sales professional, who treated my husband and me with the utmost respect and consideration throughout the entire sales process, including locating and transporting my "wish list" Golf GTI to the dealership the same day of our initial visit to the dealership. Simply stated, he is a superstar and a can do sales professional in the must do moment.

My husband and I have had two VW Passats, the last one, a 2022 purchased at VW North Scottsdale based on the great customer service we have received over the years from Gabe Amaya. Gabe has been our service contact from day one and he is absolutely the reason we continue to use them for all our service needs, and the next time we need a new car we will contact Gabe for sure!
