My Van was the victim of a parking lot collision that damaged the rear wheel fender quarter panel . I had 3 estimates for repair and decided on USA after reading reviews like this one . I like to support local family owned business when possible and I assessed Hovik as a very honest and capable person during the estimate .I dropped of the Van and a week later it was ready . This Grand Caravan has metallic paint with fine sparkles and I was amazed at how well the repair and paint job came out . You would never be able to tell what part of this Van was repaired.USA has my 100 % recommendation and I could not be more pleased with my experience there . I will post a before picture now and an after one tomorrow .Thank you Hovik and body repair crew !

I don t usually leave reviews but I am so impressed with this establishment that I had to write a few words. After getting frustrated with other shops and getting estimates for my 2018 Ford Super Duty pickup I finally found USA Collision on a google search, what impressed me was all the 5 star reviews and the fact that you can get an estimate online with just a little info and some pics. I submitted my info and to my surprise later that afternoon Hovik sent me an email with a very detailed estimate. The price was fair and after talking on the phone with Hovik I was confident in his knowledge and the details of how the repair would be done especially since it is an aluminum body. They did a fantastic job, on time and very close to the estimate cost. I will recommend them to anyone that needs high quality body /paint work. Thanks guys!Service: Body & Trim

It feels amazing to be able to leave a 5 star review!Eric at USA Collision made everything easy. The estimate, the drop off, the delivery, everything was stress free. My car was done by the time they said it would be~~this is a big one for everyone, am I right?I never got to meet Dave, the owner, but I spoke to him over the phone and he was as nice as Eric. I appreciate that quite a lot.What brought me nearly to tears is that my car was filthy (long story) and they CLEANED it! For those of you thinking "big deal, they washed her car" No, they cleaned the filthy INTERIOR.Bless them!

No one likes to go to a auto body shop...BUT I DID ! Hovik was my estimator & he was great !!! He contacted me back within minutes of me leaving him a message & he was kind and thoughtful going thru my estimate ! USA collision came in at the fairst price too .... they replaced my side view mirror after a side swipe accident.Eric was wonderful with my repair, he was quick & thorough.USA collision will be my go to & I will be honored to refer them to my friends & family.

My car was in a bad state! It was a terrible enough that all the body shops I went to, gave me a HUGE price range that I could not work with When I found USA Collision, the production manager Hovik, online they not only helped me with the repairs, but they helped me find a good price range that was way cheaper then the other body shops I went to. This is the 2nd time we have had to take our Nissan in to repair it from accident damage. This time Hovik , estimator, production manager took care of us. We brought our car in one day to estimate the cost of repair. USA Collision ordered the part. We went in once the part was in the shop and they matched the paint. The third time we left the car for 1/2 day and when we picked it up, it looked "wow! Wonderful! They cleaned the inside and outside . Hovik even bought out the old part so I could see the difference . This place and Hovik is a 10+

I was hit by a drunk driver and had to deal with insurance nightmares. It was a pain, and it took a while for the companies to agree on all of the logistics. However, USA Collision always kept me in the loop, especially Hovik. Hovik consistently communicated with me during the entire process. He was extremely professional and never promised anything he couldn't deliver. My vehicle was beautifully reconstructed and thoroughly detailed. Honestly, the only time it has looked this good is when I first bought it. I would definitely use USA Collision again, as their service is excellent, and Hovik is a man of his word.

Great shop experience. I accidentally ran over a can of spray paint on the 51 and had a bunch of blue all over my grey car. Hovik at USA Collision was great at providing me with an estimate to strip the spray paint off but maintain the original look of my car. I went forward with the job and when they got a closer look, there was more damage underneath the car that was not included in the estimate but they fixed that up for the original agreed upon price. Hopefully I won't need them again but I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

The reviews are correct! Had an incident where my garage door scraped the back of my trunk, and as you can see from the photos it left a series of fairly significant scratches about a foot wide. Hovik at the shop took a look, said he thought they could buff it out. Had me pull around back right on the spot as his guys took great care for about 30 mins getting it PERFECT. I have too much affection for this car, so very nervous about anyone working on it, but these guys did a flawless job- highly recommend!

Dave and Hovik are great! I work in auto repair and know a good shop when I see it. I have used USA for years and I have referred many people to them. I have also used them personally. I highly recommend them.

My bumper and muffler were damaged when I was rear ended, and I am so glad I went to USA Collision to have it all fixed. Hovik Mkrtchyan provided amazing service and kept me updated on how long it was taking to finish (and my car ended up being ready early!). My car was completely fixed and they did a beautiful job. When I picked up my car, it was as if she was fresh off the lot!

We had Hovik Mkrtchyan as estimator and production manager. He was courteous, friendly and pleasant with an affable smile. It took him but seconds to assess the damage to our automobile, and print a report with cost estimates that was accepted by the insurance. I have used their services three times over the years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the service or repair work. They deal with OEM parts and, to me, that makes a big difference. They are professional and honest. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

If you really care about how your vehicle looks, this is the only body shop in town that matters. Not the first time using this outstanding shop. Just finished having a bumper repaired on my Lexus. The price was reasonable, Hovik is a master at discerning both apparent and hidden issues, their techs know what they are doing and the communication was great.

Hovik and Eric over here really took care of me. Got an online estimate from Hovik based on some pictures I took, took it in so he could see the damage in person the next day, Hovik kept it honest with me about the scope of work and I put a deposit down for the parts that day. Didn't need to waste any time shopping around for other body shops. He told me that he would get me the truck back before the holiday weekend, I just picked it up today the day before Thanksgiving, the whole process from the original estimate to completion only took 8 days and the final bill was within $100 of the estimate I got day 1. If I have to have work done again it will be with these guys, and I'll be sending friends their way. Stop searching for another shop this is the one.

So I was in an accident a while back and I took my car to these guys, and I cannot express how much I was taken care of. Hovick kept in constant contact with me through out the repair, and a few things did go askew, but it was out of the shop's hands. Granted the repair was delayed, but the guys got the job done better than expected. I will definitely return and will recommend anyone to go to them. It's like nothing happened at all.

Excellent work!! Excellent customer service!! Hovik (Estimator/Production Manager) is fantastic!! My 2021 Titan had been crashed and bed and tailgate needed repair. Estimate was very honest and accurate (I m a retired mechanic/technician) and I estimated $15 dollars higher, but during the work Hovik and the Team found a cost savings and saved me a lot of money ($1,000)!And the Detail work after the great repair, well, my truck didn t look that good when I bought it new!Great job USA Collision!!!!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

HOVIK IS THE MAN!had some damage by my door panel, just needed to get my door to be able to open fully again. He was able to help me out and hooked me up. 5star service. These guys know what's up! All the cars in the lot look nice and so does the office. All round all star shop. I'll be back, hopefully not too soon

I put in a request with Home Adviser for a body shop to do some touch-up on my Honda CR-V. I got a few quotes, but Dave impressed me so I stopped into the shop on Cave Creek Rd. I met with Hovik who gave me a quote for repairs. I did my due diligence, and checked Yelp reviews before making my final decision. I am glad I went with USA Collision, as my car was repaired perfectly. When I picked it up, Hovik had it washed inside and out! Dave, Seth, and Hovik are the consummate professionals! Eric did wonderful and was extremely patient with me and my vehicle. He even made sure I had a ride home and back to the shop so I didn't have to wait for my car while they worked on it. So great! I definitely recommend them.

I contacted several auto body shops in the Phoenix area. USA collision (AKA usaclassiccustoms.com) was the only one that would deal with my little project. My little project involved putting a hole in a MINI Cooper Drivers side mirror cover. I wanted the precision placed/sized hole because I discovered that there was a projector light inside the mirror cover. The light comes on when you remotely unlock the car. Seth was the only person I contacted that actually researched where to put the hole in the chromed aftermarket covers that I had bought online.He couldn't find the necessary information either. I returned the chromed mirrored covers and finally found a primered mirror cover with the hole in it.USA Classic Customs accepted my two exterior mirror covers, primed and color matched them to my car practically over night. The covers match the car perfectly.I was treated like a customer with an expensive customization job. I was charged a small fair price and received excellent friendly service.I highly recommend USA Collision (USA Classic Customs) to any one needing/wanting automotive body work.Service: Body & Trim

First off, My car looks better now than when I bought it. The work is top notch. More importantly, what we thought was just a minor fender bender actually turned out to be about 8K in damages. This was well above the initial insurance estimate of 2500 and of course my insurance didn't want to pay for it, they actually refused to in the beginning. Because of this, Hovik went above and beyond to meticulously document every step of the repair process so there was no room for negotiation regarding repair costs when it was all said and done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

David, Horvik and their team did excellent work in restoring the front bumper of my Jaguar and correcting problems caused by a previous auto painter. The color match, gloss, and assembly fit were all excellent as was their customer service throughout the process from assessing the project to its completion. I highly recommend the USA Collision team.
