I purchased my Scion FRS back in May of 2023 at a good price and they were very willing to help me find a loan for the car when it was a little challenging at first! I haven t had a single issue with the car as well! I would go back again if I needed to get a new used yet reliable vehicle!

University Auto Group was overall a good experience. To be honest, I did have a few issues when buying the vehicle initially after taking it home. But they were quick to act and took care of ALL the issues and I appreciate that very much. 15 Day Warranty was a great! Thank you again! Love my Honda!

No wonder they have over 20 years of experience. Clean office and well maintained vehicles. This dealership is Boris helped me out and got me into my 2015 Subaru WRX. Couldn't have asked for a smoother buying experience. Happy Customer! Hands down best deals in phoenix.

I normally avoid dealerships like the plague.I found a fair priced care online (according to bloom) My wife forced me to go look at it.We went over to University Auto Group in Tempe. I was expecting and watching for the dirty used car salesman.Nothing All I got was a nice lady who is just there for questions. She gave me the car fax and out the door prices right when I asked.There were no hidden fees or other bullcrap, just the unavoidable docking and taxes.I was pleasantly surprised.We took that car home the next day.They give a little warranty for customer satisfaction which I loved.Interestingly we had a small problem with the fuel door it fell off.Looks like the previous owner put it on incorrectly and broke some tabs.This isn t university s fault but they covered the repair even though it wasn t part of the warranty.So, I still don t like dealerships, except this one. On our next purchase, we will first check in with these guys/gals.Oh also, they got me an interest rate 4% point lower than my own bank would give me.

Excellent customer service. The saleswoman helped me sign the paperwork and lightly explained the documents I was signing. The Honda Odyssey EX I bought was a great vehicle.

I had the best experience with my online purchase from another state. I live in Georgia and have been looking for a Tesla for months. Found it at University Auto Group and call and spoke with Raj. He said they were located in Maryland but he work with me to make this process very smooth. I was really nervous because there are so many scams but this was a great experience with creditable individuals. I m totally loving my new Tesla.

With it being so incredibly frustrating to purchase a vehicle in today s market it was an absolute surprise dealing with University Auto GroupAz. Charlotte and Boris did nothing but go above and beyond to make sure everything went accordingly. This was even after my credit union was dragging its feet getting things done They were able to get everything faxed back-and-forth before my flight into town so I was able pick up the car on time and drive it back home. Additionally, Boris worked around the clock to address all the needs of the car after It got inspected. I can t say enough things about this small but very capable dealership. Save yourself some hassle and avoid the big commercial spots and by all means give University auto group AZ a shot.
