Gregg was great to work with. I had TONS of questions and he answered them all. He gave great advice and recommendations and steered me away from what would have been a couple of bad decisions on my 4Runner. He's incredibly knowledgeable and the shop did great work. They installed a lift and wheels/tires and everything went just as he said it would, job was done timely and the work is great. They also had a better price on both the wheels and tires than a large national chain that I've usually gone to for those. I'd highly recommend them for anything 4x4.

Total auto pros does great work. I had them install a lift kit and coil conversion, upper control arms, tie rods, and rear trailing arms on my Lexus GX470 in early 2021. The work they did was high quality and they even removed the fuses so that I wouldn t have error lights for the missing air suspension, which was above what I expected.I then had them install lower control arms and a spacer to correct the Toyota lean back in early 2022. Again, the work was great and I had nothing to complain about. I would 100% come back to these guys - quality work and straight shooters.

Terrific service and a quality install of Bilstein 6112 s in the front, 5160 s in the rear, with an add-a-leaf, and a differential drop on my 2019 Tundra SR5 CrewMax 4WD. It s a nice improvement in ride height, handling and aesthetics. Thanks to Gregg at TAP for great communication through the process.

Justin at Total Auto Pros and their dually tech knows what it takes and are great to work with! When other shops failed to make our brand new truck road worthy these guys made it right and were wonderful to work with!

Best place to modify brand new vehicles. I wouldn't trust any other shop in town with modifying a suspension on a brand new vehicle. Knowledgeable and honest staff.

Worked with Konrad to help design 6" lift and 35" tires for my 2017 Ram. The result is beautiful. More importantly these guys stand by their work and go the extra mile for the customer. If you want to do any automotive modifications make sure you call Konrad.

This was my first experience doing any such work, and for an amateur without much knowledge, Scott and Shawn treated me with the utmost respect and attention. I was recommended to them by a very trustworthy friend in the industry, and I chose everything by email and only talked to them by phone (the vehicle was delivered directly to their workshop while I was traveling). I couldn't have been happier with the results. Their recommendations were spot on. They LISTENED to what I was looking for and delivered.After driving it for a few weeks, there are much more knowledgeable people who have looked closely at the work they did and all are very impressed. They not only make it look good, but actually functional as well. The ride is better than I could have ever imagined. After having used them this time, I will now go back to them with any of my vehicles in the future because they instill a TRUST that is hard to find sometimes. Scott, Joey, and Todd are a great team and have excellent service. I will be returning and using them from now on. They did a great alingment on the 4runner and did a drop differential. Highly recommend!

I spoke to Todd about getting an alignment done. He was very professional and was able to get me in and out with no issues. The tech who worked on my truck did a great job. Their shop has a little bit of everything. Nice cars, trucks, jeeps and even UTVs.

I purchased a Jeep JK with about 20,000 miles on it a few years ago and brought it in here. The alignment was off when I bought it and it had started to develop a pretty bad vibration at anything over 55 MPH. So I took it in to get an alignment done here, when I set the appointment the rep on the phone seemed convinced this was Jeep death wobble. Having owned a prior jeep and experienced and repaired death wobble, I was pretty confident this was not the issue, especially given the symptoms and the mileage. But I decided to set the appointment and get the alignment done any way. I dropped it off at the appointment and shortly thereafter got a call that the car was done and to stop by. When I came back they told me they had diagnosed it as death wobble and that an alignment wouldn't help. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace the ball bearings in the tie rod and draglink, and proceeded to wedge a crow bar in the ball joint to try to make it flex, telling me that this meant it had gone bad. Glad I didn't buy their $1,000 solution, turns out the real problem was that the Mud Terrain tires on it had worn unevenly due to the alignment issue (tire cupping) and that was causing the vibration. Two new tires and an alignment from another shop and the problem has been 100% fixed for the last 40,000 miles. I can't decide if this was just incompetence or if they were intentionally trying to sell me something I didn't need. Seems like a shop such as this should be able to spot the difference between death wobble and tire cupping.

First off this place is amazing, everyone was really helpful from Greg my advisor to Tony their parts manager .. they really helped me pick out the best combo of lift shocks and complete suspension set up on my Rubicon! I couldn't be happier with the great job they did! It drives better than I expected, procal set up, alignment, everything is perfect. I'm so glad I found a professional shop and will definitely use them for future needs and refer all my friends!

Konrad answered my phone call and talked me through all my questions and pointed me in the right direction without any pressure. He was great to work with and his team did a great job on the install as well. Sold me tires which I didn t even know they offered, and installed my own lift kit I bought elsewhere. Great service and very fair prices.

Recommended shop by my Toyota dealer, I had looked around but after meeting Greg and talking for a while I knew this was the shop. I just wanted a leveling kit for my 2018 4runner. They did the job while I waited (I had made an appointment), in by 8 and out by 11. I am very picky about who touches my vehicle, they did first class work. I cannot thank Greg enough for taking a personal interest in my needs. I strongly recommend them and Greg to all who are thinking about modifications to their vehicles.

I have been taking vehicles to Total Auto for over 15 years. They have recommended and installed rims and tires on several vehicles for me. They have also done a complete lift, rims, tires, body armour, and much more on my Jeep Wrangler. Scott is the owner and does a great job keeping his shop in top shape and providing great customer service. I have passed out Scott's business cards and referred at least a dozen people to this shop and nobody has ever not been happy.

These guys took care of me and got my truck back in time and no issues un between, all I did was give them ideas and they got it done. And I am really satisfied.They completed my 2021 Ram with lowering rear end and flip cover and my 2021 F450 with a little more than that.Thank you Mike and team.

This has been our family's one-stop-shop for wheels, tires, lifts, accessories, and stereo systems since it opened in 1987. They simply do great work and always know their stuff. Scott and his team are second to none. Highly recommend this place.

Prices are excellent and the service is outstanding. Had a leveling kit done here for my truck and it was done quick and for $300 less than anywhere else I got quotes. They even priced me out some rims and tires cheaper than Discount Tire could. Definitely the spot for custom accessories.

I worked with Greg Feinstein at Total Auto Pro's on my new 4runner. He was recommended by the Toyota dealership which only works with the best and they nailed it on this one. He spent the time to educated me on what would be the best fit for me based on my needs and was price conscious. He picked up my new car right from the dealership and made the modifications and took it back for me, I never had to lift a finger. The car looks and drives amazing and the off road capabilities are greatly improved over stock at a reasonable price. I will 100% go back.

I am very picky and a all around pain in the ass. I spent 6k with TAP and they did everything I asked. I had a small issue that was probably my fault for not disconnecting my sway bar on a trail and they still replaced the part and put up with me well. Thanks John T I recommend you guys highly. So 5/15/2018 went back for even more work but this time I got a little deeper into my Jeep. I seriously recommend total auto pros 150% I have spent around 12-15k in the last 9 months or so with them and they never disappoint. I am one happy customer. Thanks John.

Scott at Total Auto Pros helped my husband with a Teraflex 3inch lift for our 17 jk. Scott's recommendations for the project were excellent and didn't break the bank. His customer service skills are excellent. Was not just a pay and hand us the keys, Scott walked us out and pointed out everything they had installed and the purpose for it (who does that anymore). The install took about 6hrs the shop is organized and clean. We will not use anyone else for our future needs.

Gregg was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me each time I brought my car in for tires, wheels, and installing a lift. You can tell that the staff really enjoys what they do and are all knowledgeable and helpful.

Hands down best aftermarket mods done right! I made the mistake of taken my truck elsewhere to for wheels and tires. Konrad saved the day with the figment and rubbing on turns. The work was clean and seamless. Highly recommend, especially if your vehicle is brand new. Thanks TAP!

Had my 2019 Outback lifted with LP Adventure 2" lift kit, vision wheels and Falken AT rubber. Matt is a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately Discount cant read and sent grey instead of matt black, but I went with grey. Not your fault. Basically, I'll return to do more to the Outback

We had some cameras installed on the company trucks. The SR couldn't tell me much about the DVR and cameras, he said it was because we brought them in, so I guess I will look into it through Google. Other then that the people her are attentive and come check on you when enter the store. This place seems to do a lot of cool installations.

I needed a winch mount bumper for my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. I spoke to Gregg and told him I wanted a low profile bumper that would work with my Superbilt winch I already owned. He suggested the Warn bumper and sent me pics. It was exactly what I was looking for. They did a great job on the install. Job was completed as promised. I couldn't be happier!
