I got a nail in my tire on a sunday at 4 pm and this was the closest place to me. Should have just drove home Said they couldn t fix it so they gave me a tire. A 7 year old rotted out tire. Managed to put it in inside out AND gave me the wrong size which i didn t notice till my car was SHAKING down the freeway. Don t do it. just drive on a flat honestly

They are inconsistent with pricing on tires, went on day to buy a tire then replaced another one the next day & for the same make tire that I previously bought (both new) they charged two different prices and when I asked if they could put air in another tire they quoted me 10 dollars extra for that plus tip.

My husband and I came to this place, looking for a tire for my grandmother's truck. We weren't sure if the size, so the owner told us if it wasn't the right size, he would refund us or money as long as the tire wasn't damaged. We brought the tire back because we couldn't use it for my grandmother's truck. The tire is in perfect condition, never even used, so we bring the tire back, going the owner would keep his word. We have been back to the shop 3 times now and ask we're told is that they don't have enough money to pay us back. The second time we were told we can have store credit. I would have given this shop 5 stars, but now I'm so disappointed. If they can't keep their word, then they shouldn't have given us the option to return the tire for a refund. One thing I can not stand is a person who doesn't keep their word. Smh still waiting on the refund.

Very professional jess is the best with her customer service. I bought all 4 tires for my Honda with 1 year warranty for a very good price definitely my new tire shop

Don t bother with this waste of time. Answered an add they placed on CL. The price was on the add and even called to confirm the price and availability. After I was told the tires were available I made the long drive I was told that the price was wrong. They wanted to add 50 dollars to the price for a different much cheaper quality set. The manager is not really, just some guy that sits in the back and never came out. The place is ran by a bunch little kids. Started taking tires off without me agreeing on the price. After they put the old ones back on, there was a really bad alignment issue. I didn t bother coming back as it was just a bunch of 13 year olds working on cars. This place should be shut down.

Got tricked into getting two new tires with a one year warranty if I quote anything happens to them it ll be replaced tires back in June for $160. Went down there two days ago because both tires are missing tread after only almost two months and was then told there not covered due to not having an alignment done but was told nothing about it when I bought the tires. So now here I am with two tires I payed for that I didn t have the extra expenses for in the first place and ones flat I blame them for now having to buy more tire

This place is a total rip off, bought 4 new tires from them about 4 months ago was told they came with 1 year warranty, a week ago found out 1 tire was bad took it in, he said he would fix it and get me a new one, took him a week after numerous calls to him, he finally got the tire in, I go to get the one replaced, after he replaced it he tried to charge me a 20.00 delivery fee. I told him but its under warranty and he said yes but there is still a 20.00 charge, Needless to say I did not pay got the new tired then he proceeded to tell me the other ones are now under a limited warranty I will not be going back there. For all others looking for tires save your money and the headaches do not go to this tire shop.

Started out by trying to buy used tires from them. Called them the day before about buying 4 used bridgestone tires of the same model. I went in the next day and they showed me one of the tires and I gave them the go ahead, thinking nothing of it.. Guessing they were hoping I wouldn't notice or care but they ended up putting 2 of the tires we had discussed me purchasing on the front and 2 cheaper tires on the rear. I also have AWD drive car so this didn't fly at all. I went back and they offered to return the used tires and sell me new tires.. I was assured the tires I was buying were solid tires they had been selling for years. Since then I have had these tires reblanced multiple times at other tire shops to try and solve a terrible vibration issue. After fixing their misbalancing, we discovered that there were flat spots in the tires that were causing the vibrations. This was an expensive lesson to learn. Next time I won't be buying cheap tires or from a tire shop like this.

Worst tire shop EVER! DO NOT BRING YOUR NEW CARS HERE! Dude had a crack head put my tires on and at first I didn t want to judge but it was obvious he was on drugs. I noticed the sensor light was red and not reading so I asked and the sober manager said it was fine and will read after 30 miles. As I got on freeway to California my car started to shake and make werid noises. I called the shop back and the manager said it s fine and don t worry about the sensor . I asked if he can look at it again because I m traveling alone to Sacramento. He stayed open and he took tires off and put them back on . I asked again about my sensor light and he said I need to drive more and it will set. As I got all the way to Sacramento, I went to the dealership and the said THE SENSOR WAS BROKEN ! It cost 378$ to fix it and we called this tire place back and he got mad and said take him to court! So I guess that s what I have to do now! I m sure not driving to Phoenix no time soon !

Great deal on worthwhile tires. Great atmosphere. Owned by a hard working guy and operated by family. His sons are very hard workers and extremely intelligent. They give good and fair service for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place!

Horrible place to buy tires. Bought my tires a month ago with a one year warranty. One got a bubble and blew out due to a defective tire. Inspected by their own tech. And the owner will not honor his own warranty. Was sent home on a used tire. Never again..

Picked up a set of 4 continental 275/55 R20 tires in excellent shape for $130 mounted and balanced. Tires were practically brand new and the guys in the shop were fast and handled my wheels with care!

Great service, very friendly and really couldn't have found better Prices. I paid 82 for 4 barely used tires, balance and mounts. I will be returning as well as referring everyone I know to them.

I guess i shouldn't have been so cheap - needless to say, "caveat emptor." Whenever possible, especially since the so-called PANDEMIC; I have converted from "BIG BOX" store purchasing to local merchant purchasing.It is better to feed my neighbors than not knowing where the money goes...I went there about 10 days ago, the gentleman that greeted me was pleasant and asked what I needed. I explained that my vehicle (2011 Lexus) had a "shimmy" when freeway driving, and that my long-time mechanic was sure it was the tires. I requested the matched set of 4 Michelin 235/50/17's that were advertised on Craigslist that included mounting and balancing. I explained that I just got off the phone with a gentleman who's number was in the ad, and confirmed the tires were available. He exclaimed that that was most likely the owner and was not aware of the actual inventory.Dismayed, I asked him {store lead) if they had anything else. He proposed I get 2 of the Michelins (aforementioned) and he had 2 Pirelli tires of the same size they could put on the back. I asked if they were in good shape and had a good date code, and was assured they did, and would perform well. I became encouraged, but was a little put out that the tires I originally requested were $70 cheaper.The TPMS light on the dash was illuminated prior to showing up there, and I had just purchased a set of 4, and asked him (lead) to install them (if he could) for me. He said yes, but said there would be an additional fee per tire of $5, and I thought that was a good deal - so I gave him the set of TPMS's.I was then asked if I had the wheel lock tool for the locking lug nut (1 each per wheel) and I replied that I didn't think so. At this time I was alerted to an extra charge for getting them off, and extra charge for mounting and balancing. As this was not an overly significant amount, I agreed. I decided to tip the 2 installers $10 each and said it was for their merienda.The tires were mounted and installed on the car, but where the locking lug nuts were, there were just studs protruding from the wheel. I asked one of the installers if they had some extras around, and he said it would be about $5 each to supply, and he dug through a drawer with multiple lug nuts and came up with 4, however, not matching. That was fine with me, a it was hardly noticeable from a distance.At this time I need to say that I PAID CASH and asked to be remembered if there were any problems (didn't get a receipt).I drove home on the freeway, and the "shimmy" prior was gone, with a new, slightly different "shimmy" while at freeway speeds. I decided to consult my mechanic, and he checked the front end, wheel bearings, etc., and gave the car a clean bill of health. He asked me about the TPMS light, and I told him what was told to me and he shook his head. He said that the "electronic ID's" of each sensor need to be recorded PRIOR to installing so they could be loaded to the car's ECU. He also looked at the Pirelli tires on the rear of the car and said "these tires are almost 14 years old, the date code(s) are from 2007!"I went back to Top Dog the next day, asking about the TPMS's, and was confronted with "you just asked me to put them in, and I did." I asked him about programming, and he said, "I never said that, besides, I have the tool, but it's broken." I asked if he kept the main box or any the individual boxes the sensors came in, and was told "no."At this time I explained that I still had "shimmying" at freeway speeds, and asked for a "re-balancing" of the front wheels. While the car was lifted (by 2 floor jacks) the one on the driver's side shifted and bowed-out the bottom of the door sash area. The installed looked befuddled and quickly put another floor jack near the first. He looked a me to see if I noticed and I acknowledged that I did. He went on with his tasking without saying anything. By this time I had made up my mind that I would get no satisfaction there and drove home (23 miles) still with a "shimmy."

Decent experience, bait and switch ad on offerup said Toyo tires and ended up as sumitomo. A few scratches on my wheels, 2 tires mounted inside sidewall out and the weights fell off before I got home. The people are friendly and I didn't have to wait long before they started helping me. Just wish they had what I went for and that all 4 tires had been mounted correctly and the weights didn't fall off other than that it was great!

Horrible service, total bait and switch upcharge attempt, wanted 30 bucks to install brand new TPMS sensors in brand new wheels, tried to collect tax from a licensed dealer with a tax resale number. Waste of time, took me 5 minutes to find another tire shop that treated me right. Don't waste your time here.

They did me real dirty just so they could make a few dollars. After I told them my rims and tires were offset n that they were causing my tires to rub back fenders they still havent helped me replace tires or rims which is causing car problems n I cant even drive my car ..thinking about hitting up a lawyer that how bad they got me

Great customer service!! I would recommend these guys over discount tire any day. They are more than will to help you get by with what you need for the time being or give you the best* price for bew tires!!

Absolutely terrible. They sold me a tire that the ENTIRE TRED blew off while I was driving, after only 2 weeks. Bad service. Save your money and go somewhere else

Will sell you garbage tires with no hesitation, will put your tires on your vehicle without balancing tires properly , they absolutely bait and switch you on price after they quote you a certain price . They will also try to weazel out of taking care of their mistakes . They will point the finger at whoever else instead of being accountable for their product and labor . Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else other than this dump of a business .

If I can rate them a zero I would. They did me dirty . They put the wrong bolts on the rims and now I have a flat and can t get the tire off the car to switch it and now there saying there is nothing they can do ! DO NOT GO HERE !

Worst place to do business with . Took some wheels to get repaired looks like a child worked on them. Asked owner if he would install those wheels on his vehicle he replied NO . Asked for my money back and was given an excuse that money went to somebody that died and only wanted to give half back. DO NOT GO THERE .
