I have been taking my cars to Dan and his team at Tony s Service Center for almost 35 years and I can t thank them enough for all of the amazing service they have provided over the years to not only myself but to other members of my family as well.Thinking back over the years I can probably count on one hand where they had my car more than a day or two for any repair. They have consistently for these many years been able to identify the problem and been able to get the parts for repair quickly, efficiently and done professionally.I am confident they have maintained the highest level of transparency as well as honesty with me which has always been important to me as a female consumer.There have been many times when they pulled up a video or pictures to help me better understand what the issue was and how they would fix it. I can honestly say without hesitation that I have never had to take my car back to Dan to complain it wasn t fixed the first time!I am positive that the team s thoroughness and foresight has saved me money over the years.I drive a 2005 Toyota 4Runner and have made sure to religiously keep up with routine maintenance. Very recently I had Dan s team change out the front end mechanics as well as the differential in my truck and I couldn t be happier! Over the years they have done the timing chain, AC work, tires, brake jobs, and oil changes as part of regular maintenance, plus a lot more!

I brought my truck in for a minor oil leak and experienced issues with the clutch not fully engaging, resulting in rough shifts. When I approached the counter to schedule an appointment for the oil leak and rough shifting, I specified my truck model (International 1210). The front desk guy mentioned they don't work on that model, which was okay, and then proceeded to tell me I needed to be in the right mindset for a shop to tell me the engine would have to be pulled and it could be upwards of 5-10k. For a very minor oil leak on an engine that has been entirely rebuilt, and its only issue is that. Then he told me he saw my truck pull in and that I would be better off taking it more south (South Phoenix), to someone who doesn t speak English. The entire time he spoke to me like I knew nothing about my own truck and telling me I needed to be in the right mindset. I don t recommend anyone taking classic cars there.

Worst worst service ever!!!Tried to call to make an appointment. The person who answered said he was the owner acted like a Spoiled Brat!I know now why no one wants to work there.Awful. Why do you offer repairs.AND LIKE YOU SAID " I GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO JUST KEEP CALLING.GOOD LUCK!

The very best! Service, knowledgeable, professionalism, trustworthy. Came across Tony's Service Center about 20 years ago and never looked back. So thankful I found them. Always feel well-taken care of, they go above and beyond. The team is great and Dan is awesome. Excellent communication too. They have kept my car safe on the roads for many years! I have been taking my 15 year old Honda Pilot to Tony's for many years. The service is exceptional and I don't ever feel that I am being pushed into repairs that are not necessary at that time. Many times I am given the option of doing them now or maybe they can wait. Dan is always polite and helpful. Went in for a major repair and while it was there Anthony found a way to fix the side of my driver's seat that had broken and was hanging. When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed. That's the kind of service you get at Tony's!

I have used Tony's to service my car since moving to Phoenix 4 years ago. They are very responsive to appointments requests, they work fast and provide shuttle to make drop off and pick up easy. Highly recommended.

Dan is always friendly and courteous. They make honest recommendations but do not pressure. They noticed a non-urgent tire slice that could have been a big issue since we were about to haul our trailer. Highly appreciated. My new go to car shop! 06 Mustang GT. Had to have my clutch replace because of crappie work done by another local shop.Dan and team went above and beyond in getting me and my car back on the road. Over communicate to make sure I was aware of everything they were doing and even had a loner vehicle for me to use for 2 days. A++ for customer service. I still have several more things to get repaired/replaced and they will be the ones I go to for the work to be done correctly. Great work guys.

I stopped in to get my talks along recalibrated, It's not my normal service facility.. Only complaint I would have is the charge was over double what I pay at my normal facility. That said they were extremely kind and courteous staff they made me feel very welcome. They took care of me right away and I was on my way. Overall good experience.

I offered the maintenance guy outside $20 to help simply install my license plate. He took me inside and I'm assuming the owner, "Tony" wanted to charge me $50. I was waiting for the, just kidding" part, but he was dead serious. With that kind of price gouging, I can t imagine what it's like on a larger scale. Jiffy Lube Installed my plate and only charged $4 for screws, and got a $20 tip.

If you have an intoxalock, they are okay with servicing. Dan encouraged me to replace my system (about $500) when I was experiencing issues with my alternator. He consistently reassured me that the cost would be refunded, however due to specific notes he placed on the install it was not covered. After a lockout, I had extenuating circumstances that would not allow me to service my car in the hours of the shop, closing at 4:30. I called ahead of time to see if I was able to drop my car in the lot on a Tues night and pick up on a Thurs morning, however via phone he abruptly said I don t want your car on my lot for two days and offered no alternative solution. He claims that his services are more expensive per quality of work, however with intoxalock specifically, you are able to go to many places for the same servicing. Dan is friendly and personable however after spending hundreds of dollars with them, and quite honestly feeling a bit taken advantage of, I will not be returning.

Danny is great. I took my girlfriends car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off in the morning and was finished before noon. Identified a couple of issues but no pressure about getting repairs. I know from past experience this is an honest (rare) auto repair facility. Thanks Danny!

My car was overheating and I pulled into this parking lot to wait for it to cool down. I went inside to ask if I could buy some coolant from them, not seeing any other auto store in sight. The man inside grabbed my keys from my hand and told me he would take care of my car. I told him no. I asked him to please give me my keys. He said when he is done with them I can. I ol I'm I don't have the money for that and just wanted to buy some coolant. He said well we will put it in for you. I grabbed my keys and told him no. I only want to buy coolant. I don't have money to pay them to do anything! So he then told me that it would be $43 for a gallon of coolant!! I said no. Thank you. There needs to be respect for personal space and property, as well as a person's dignity. This man tried to MAKE ME use their service, and couldn't even have a tiny bit of human decency. Not a place I would choose to ever go to again.

Great experience!Dan was prompt to call me and keep me up to date. He dealt with the warranty with no issues. They are also walking distance from my home but still offered to drive me home when I dropped my truck off.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Oil change plus tax is $116.77!! Labor alone is $85. Give me a break! Never again.Edit: a month later and my oil level is below the safe mark. Dad says looks like they shorted me a quart of oil. So not only did I pay over $100 for an oil change, I had to go buy extra oil to fill it up so my car didn't blow up.PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! would not recommend this place to anyone. Shiesty stuff.

This is my first time with Tony's Service Center. GOOD QUALITY: The service done was what was expected from my neighbors comments. GOOD VALUE: Definitely. The cost was lower than the auto dealers cost. PROFESSIONAL: Very. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I was asked what service I would need and my questions were answered. As a side note, I live across the street but my age makes it difficult to walk it. I was driven home and picked later to get my car. ON TIME: Not only on time, but 1 1/2 hours earlier. I can't say enough about Tony or Tony's Service Center.

My car started acting up on my way to work. I called Tony's and Danny was able to have me come in immediately to take a look. They offered me a ride back to work, which I accepted and was extremely grateful for. They had me a diagnosis and estimate within two hours, and I gave them the go-ahead about an hour after that. They were still able to order the parts, get them in, and finish up my car before closing time. They were efficient, kind and very helpful. I checked around and the cost seemed comparable to other places. It was a very quick and painless process, which isn't always the case when having car repairs done. Thank you all!

The staff was very welcoming of me when I needed emergency maintenance as I was traveling from Tucson to San Fransisco. Dan was very kind, conversational, and honest. I was dealing with an overheating engine and strange noises and after a diagnostic inspection he frankly told me that driving the car would be dangerous and fixing it would be more expensive than trading it in. He advised again fixing it even though it would ve made him more money. The staff was also very informative and engaging as they looked at the car! GREAT ENVIRONMENT AND EXPERIENCE!

Tony s is always very prompt and responsible. They are honest in the needed repairs and pricing. We used to consistently take our cars to the respective dealers for maintenance and repairs but found certain sales associates to not be transparent. Tony s has always treated us right and it s a great local neighborhood business to support.

I brought my car in because I thought my a-c might need some work. Dan was friendly and efficient each time I talked with him on the phone. He called later in the day and said they tested the a-c temp in the morning and then in the heat of the day and that it was normal, so they did not need to do any kind of repair.He gave me some tips on how to cool the car down quicker when it was really hot - which are actually working. I appreciate that they didn't just do an a-c service regardless of whether I needed it or not. He said that if I noticed a big change in the near future to bring it in and they would apply the diagnostic fee to the repair. I felt they were trustworthy and competent - good news since I've been looking for a new repair shop since the one I had been going to for over 20 years sold their business.

Love Dan and the crew! Went in morning after Christmas for oil change armed with book to read etc. While I was talking to Dan at the desk, very entertaining I might add, they changed oil, checked fluids, and washed windows and had me back on the road. Never got to even take my book out of the bag! Reasonably priced, friendly and great service. Been going there for several years now and highly recommend them.

Tony s Service Center has been my preferred service provider for well over 5 years years now. I ve no intention of taking my vehicle any where else. Dan and his team are professional, courteous and the best in the valley. Even my Volvo is happy after the service it receives.Just had the oil changed. The Volvo is in top shape, thank you to Tony s Service Center and Dan and his team.Please consider Tony s Service Center for your vehicle too!

I needed my A/C checked before a road trip. They found a problem, ordered the part and it was fixed the next day. The repairs ended up being half the estimate plus it only took a few hours to complete the job instead of half the day so I didn t miss any scheduled appts as I had feared. Location is super convenient. Shuttle driver Hans was prompt and courteous. Dan and Tony were excellent too. I hate getting my car serviced but this was a pleasant experience.

These guys always take care of my car needs! I have an old Jeep and problems arise every so often. Nothing that Tony's Service Center can't handle though! I am always pleased with their performance and customer service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend their service! I got an oil change, tire rotation, air filter cleaning, and 65 point inspection for around $100.00. Everyone was very friendly and nice. They even offered a ride for waiting. As soon as my car was ready, they called me. They were very prompt and professional!

Tonys Service did a SUPER FANTASTIC job on my pickup. Very thorough, kept me informed of what/where/when. I feel Danny went above & beyond as he made calls & found parts i needed, even contacting businesses to replace incorrect parts that i had replaced with a different vendor! They work on classic vehicles also & are very knowledgable.. Truck drives like new!! I am definitely bringing my classic car to them also.SUPER FRIENDLY-great job guys!!!
