Brought in expensive wheels, was told a price and that he would not scratch them, he completely messed up the lip on a total of 3 sets of wheels. When I came to pick them up he then told me it was going to cost $40 more. No honor and I would not recommend doing business here.

Called about 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, was told to come on over. Had 2 tires mounted and balanced within about 10 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Thank you so very much!!

PLEASE DON GO THIS PLACE .I take my truck to set up a new set of new tires.And they scratch every single rim of my truck.Had. Brad new rims . And I was soo excited to put. New tires on it .Of you guys see good comments on this platform is just closer friends or family.Not real at all.Service is he horrible.And this people is very unprofessional.Had super bad experience. in this place.Take care your money don't let this guys take your money for a bad service BE SMART DONT GO THIS PLACE.

Amazing and wonderful customer service! The gentleman that helped me today was amazing. I stopped in twice. 1st for a patch, then 2nd for a new tire after being towed there. My luck to fix both back tires in one day. But they were more than happy to help! Will make them my go-to!

Don t go here, a couple of months ago, I bought 4 used tires. I had to replace all of them because the thread split on all of them. It s not Tito but the dishonest guys that work there.

I've been to Tito's about a dozen times. They are great because they offer both used and new tires, and charge very fair prices for both used and new, ranging from $40 and up. You will get what you pay for with a used tire. That's why I always bought my off road jeep tires used here. I've also bought new tires and they have worked great. So issues whatsoever.If you can get past the informal storefront, and the slightly sketchy part of town, you're good. This is a family business and they've always done right by me.

My old tires were really worn out and needed replacing. I called this place and they offered me a full set for $140. When I got there the price increased to $180 and it was cash only. The tires were in decent shape overall so I was okay with the price but I found out the next morning that one of the tires has a leak in it. I called to see if they would replace the tire and they hung up on me. This is one local business that I will no longer be going to.

Tito's Tire Shop is Amazing!!!They are fast. Yet, highly efficient. They are a family oriented business. That made me feel at home. They have unbeatable price. To match anyone's budget. This place completely ripped me off. I needed them to install new wheels I purchased online. They charged me $20 per tire to remove tires from my factory wheels and install onto my new wheels. First they made me go to autozone and purchase my own tire stems to replace the ones on my factory wheels. Then, after they installed the new wheels and I paid them, I drove off to discover they never balanced the wheels. (Major vibration!) When I called them, he says I never said anything about balancing wheels. I ended up having my wheels balanced at Amigos Tires. I wish I went there in the first place. Stay away from these lazy rip offs!

wanted $10 for each tire, simply to swap wheels, no removal of tire needed. No balance needed, $40 just to unbolt 4 tires and add 4 on? Called Discount Tire and they offered it for free as a courtesy. For a no-name, 1 out of a million tire shop in the valley, you think they would make it easier to support local businesses.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Purchased brand new tires and they were causing my car to shake. They were not open at 8am when they said they open so I bought new tires at Discount Tire and he would not refund or accept responsibility for selling me bad tires. Don't recommend that you shop here. You will save money in the long run by going to Discount Tire or some other reputable tire shop.Correction- he put two different types of tires on my car!!!!

The guy running this place is a crook. He gives me one price then after work was done the price doubled??? even with tire weights falling off that they installed. He wouldn't even come out front to talk to me about it. Then when he did he walks out and told his guy to put my old tires back on because i wouldn't let pay the doubled price. He knew i caught him trying to rip me off. I normally go to discount tires but had a tire that needed to be replaced asap so i stopped here. If you need to save money go elsewhere this place sucks i definitely won't be back ever!

They put tires on my car that were worse than the ones i traded. Made me pay cash, said mach was down. Didnt give me a receipt. Then gave me a hard time when i came back to have them remove the one tire they sold me with a gash in it n exposed wires. Then wanted to credit me $50 less if i got 4 new ones there. This place scams you and doesnt care about your safety or their integrity. You can get better used tires just about anywhere. Dont go here. Each tire has about 6 patch holes! Should be scrapped! Not sold!

I got a set of tires from here and literally had a blow out on my way home. The tire completely separated from the rim and caused me to swerve into another lane of traffic. I called Tito's and he said come back he would replace it. I went back he replaced the tire and when I got home it was flat because they didn't even seat the bead on the rim. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. They sell bad tires and do shoddy work. When I called to let them know the second tire was no good they hung up on me. Absolutely the worst tire shop I have ever done business with.

I have never been here before but I will from now on. I need to get 2 of my tires to be fixed and put on. He told me just tell me what you need done and I'll get it fixed and he did. I was in and out less than 10 mins. They are quick and efficient atvwhat they do. Thank you

Titos is the best place around to get used tires.I go to Titos all the time. Best prices, best used tires. Just two days ago I spent $35 for a tire on my 16" rim, and it has PLENTY of life left. Not to mention 4 new tires for my Kia is less than $300.

Called before hand and gave them the tire size was told 25.00 when I got there and was charged 35.00The guy was rude and told me I heard wrong when I know I didn't. That was there way of getting you thereInstead go 2 miles up to 1502 w hatcherGreat prices and awesome service.

My tire had a hole in it so I brought my car here to get a new tire but he didnt have any so he patched the hole. By the time I got home my tire was already completely flat. Wouldnt recommend coming here its ghetto and sketchym, cheap for a reason.

I've been going to Tito's for 3 years -always get the tires I need. The prices are amazing, and the service is lighting fast. I went there Thursday, and they had the brand new tires I need for my 1 ton van; the're usually about $220 apiece anywhere else: Tito's sold, installed & balanced 2 (two) for $300 in no time and I was 10 minutes early for an appointment I thought I was going to miss. The people are friendly and they give me a chance to practice my spanish, but they are quick -they have a lot of return customers. BTW: Not everyone is from Mexico just because they speak Spanish. I lived in Mexico for 3 months and I occasionally encountered a little prejudice, so don't be racist it only hurts everybody. Be the person you want the world to be. Tito's is the bomb!

Went to take my rims to be put on some tires and they put the wrong rim on the wrong tire, and I went back to get it fixed and tell them the problem and front desk guy told me they could not do nothing because they put it right because he said he was a Professional . Apparently not to professional can t even put the right rim on a tire. Do not go here !!

I was looking for four used tires and I found them here. The owner was very helpful and the PRICES were amazingly good! I would return for tires without a doubt.To the people commenting below I would incourage you NOT to approach people with a "racial" point of view and you might get a better experience ANYWHERE you go... lol :) and also really? Who shops for used tires with a guaratee of any days lol They are used tires... You might want to consider purchasing new tires if that's the case...

Absolutely the worst shop yet. The man was rude and because im a woman he tried to overcharge me. So I went down the street to Amigos Tires on mountainview and 19 ave . I was so surprised at how fast and efficient they were and the price was by far the best I found yet.

Slightly too expensive for my intended application. Mentioned I needed the cheapest tire just to roll the vehicle on a trailer, but sold me a 40 dollar tire which I've gotten for 5 dollars at another shop. This was my first experience with them but I'd think twice about coming here again.

Came to get my tire patched and the guy patched it but said he couldn't puty tire on cuz more people came after me and he didn't want to keep them waiting so I had to wait for 2 car to get theirs fixed and then mines I think it's bad customer service and need more workers they need to know how to run a tire shop Never again will I come here

Tito always gives me great tire and wheel service for a competitive price. I go here any time I need to change or balance my tires/wheels.
