My car was in this shop for over 2 months. no one from the shop ever reached out to me about updates with my car unless I called several times. Shop was not forthcoming with information. I was towed here with the promise that the shop will help with paying part of my deductible and they did not, they lied. once I got my car back there are now several NEW issues Including my adaptive cruise control, collision brake mitigation system, and road departure mitigation system. there are also issues with my brakes now. Called insurance company and they advised I take it into a different shop to be checked out, not to go back to Titan Auto Body. turns out Titan Auto Body never did a safety check on my car and they didn't properly install the front end piece so now my car will have to be fixed again. I will have to have my car in a shop to be worked on for another two months so they can fix these new issues. Terrible service here.

My tow truck driver took my truck to Titan. Couldn't belive I didn't know about this place. Top notch service and premium work. I am so happy with how my truck looks. Mike even did some extras just because "it'll look better like this" and I am floored with the results. I won't go anywhere else. Titans team was amazing. Take your vehicle here. You won't regret it. You will regret taking it anywhere else. I live about 45 min from Titan. But I didn't mind the distance. Quality and craftsmanship trump's anything else. Mike cares about the product he puts out.

The front desk lady is super friendly. My son had an accident back in March and they stored his car while we were dealing with the insurance. Well long story short insurance didn't cover it and we had a very large bill that had to be paid in 10days. When I spoke with this nice lady she was kind and very understanding. She explained that if I had the title,I could notarize it and bring it in and all the fees would be waived as they will fix it and donate it to a local church. Me being a God loving woman. I thought it was awesome and also to good to be true but when I went in she kept her word and told me all was forgiven. Thank you .Now they do have other businesses on site but I didn't check out their cars for sale or use their U-Haul part. But as nice as she was and the others that greeted me when I walked in, I'm sure they are ran with kindness and dignity as well.

5 stars isn't enough! There are so many good things to say about Mike and his team at Titan Auto Body. The top notch customer service I received from the moment my vehicle arrived at their shop to after the work was complete was beyond my expectations. They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. I was so pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. Do not hesitate to bring your car there - you will not be disappointed! Wonderful experience with Titan Auto Body.� It came well-recommended, and was absolutely worth the reputation.Warm, professional service.� Honest and straight-forward.� Timely--with quality repair at a reasonable price.Mike the owner was a gem.� He explained clearly all the options, and went out of the way to give excellent service.� Truly above and beyond.I hope I never need to return...but if something does go badly on the roads I now know where to go.

I pulled in and asked for an estimate. A very personable young lady came out and took portraits of my car and checked with the estimator before assuring me that they will email me an estimate tomorrow morning.

Got caught in my first car accident on I-10 and the person who towed my car recommended that I bring it to Titan Auto Body. Thank goodness I took his advice! Christine, my main point of contact at Titan, was incredibly helpful and supportive during what felt like a daunting and overwhelming experience. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the service being done on my vehicle. When I got my car back, it looked and felt brand new. I'm incredibly grateful for Titan's service and highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service! My car looks brand new is and absolutely in perfect condition. I will never go anywhere else for anything with my car! Extremely ethical and kind. This is by far the best auto shop In Arizona. It is Highly recommended and would suggest taking anyone s car in to Mike (the owner) and Titan Auto for any needs. Thanks Mike!

Recently moved to Arizona. Didn t know what shop to go to after getting in my first car accident. HIGHLY recommend not wasting your time and giving Titan AutoBody a chance. It s a small family owned business and they treat you like family. I am so grateful for all of their help and hard work! My car looked nicer after than it did before my accident! Mike the owner is so kind and generous, he will answer any question you have and is completely honest about every step of the way. They have your best interest in mind and will explain the entire process to you. I have worked in sales my whole life & their customer service was incredible.

Came to this place it was recommended that they where good and help me with large deductible and it s been over 3 months still no car and they are not even helping me with deductible definitely don t recommend the lady seems nice but yea go to another place will see how much longer to get my car and for it to be good

Absolutely excellent folks at Titan! Mike (owner) and Derek have been amazing! I had someone run a red and total my vehicle. But the insurance was fighting me and being stupid about it all. Titan Auto Body knew ALL the tricks that the insurance company was trying to pull and fought for me! Absolutely amazing communication and follow thru. I won't go anywhere else! And I'm sending everyone I know there! It was great to find honest mechanics that keep their word! Thank you Derek!!

Titan is the best! I took my car their for a weatherstrip problem and thought I would have to leave it there for the day, but they fixed it on the spot. Erik, Mike, and their entire team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

Fantastic customer service is rare these days, but not at Titan! My daughter was in a crash by a hit and run driver, I received a recommendation to come here and I'm so thankful! Mike, the owner was compassionate, extremely helpful and cheerful and made sure my daughters car was taken care of quickly and with a smile! The day we came to sign the insurance paperwork, the gentleman working outside (wish I remembered his name) was so cheerful and let us know that once a car was finished, he was the final step before the customer picks it up. The day we picked it up, it had even been cleaned, inside and out, Mike assisted with our deductible and we got a LIFETIME warranty on all the work performed, it even transfers to another owner if the car is sold! I would recommend Titan and his crew any day of the week! Thanks you guys, you made an extremely stressful situation a whole lot easier :)

Wow! Mike and Julie offer amazing service! They are so friendly and professional and keep their word. They helped me with my deductible as promised. Excellent quality of work too. I'm just thankful I found them by accident online. Now I have a body shop of my own for the next time. I will be back!

Mike and his Team at Titan Autobody have been extremely helpful. My Car was taken in due to damage rendered from a accident. Mike has the patience of a Saint. They worked with me on my payments and adjusted it to my budget. I would 100% recommend Titan Auto body for anyone who is looking for top quality auto service and world class customer service. Mike the owner is a great guy! He was on top of everything with my vehicle and made sure I got every penny I deserved from the insurance company to fix my vehicle and the work he did on it was great! truly appreciate thier service from him, his office staff and to his technicians and body work specialists. I recommend his body shop to anyone.

Had a minor accident and was referred to Titan Auto Body. They did excellent work. The owner, Mike, displays excellent values and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is completed to my satisfaction. He takes accountability for any error, even if it is not his own, and makes sure to get it right. He stands by his lifetime guarantee and I could not be happier with the service his team provides. Look no further for a trusted mechanic relationship!

Mike and his team at Titan are a CLASS ACT !! They stand 110% behind their work. They even went out of their way to help me with my company vehicle after being sideswiped and no appointment to help clean up the road rash on the side of it. Duncan worked his magic and made it look great. Since I was a previous customer, all he would accept from me was a handshake. Great Job !!

NEW OWNERS are terrible! Titan was SOLD to Mary Burton and Brian is over seeing the business.I brought my car in for estimate and repair on 12/30 - 1 week I was given for an estimate. Originally, I was given a repair cost of $7230. from Brian and Christine. Then with my vehicle torn apart - On January 15th 2022 I get a call from Mike saying the cost of repair in now $11,000.00 I said no way, and he became very nasty and said - it is what is - and if you don t like it take it somewhere else! They pulled my entire car apart - misplaced pieces, broke my light and when I scheduled for it to be moved to another shop TITAN would NOT release my vehicle. I went to PHX police and asked for help. We called Titan from the police station with Mike on the phone (We let them know the call was being recorded) He wanted $900 to release my car. My back door was taken off my car (no need) much of the the trim was missing. With PHX PD help, I finally got my car released to another shop. The new shop quoted me a price of $5500.00 and did the repair to perfection.I have pictures - recorded conversation - and estimate!

My family has had several experiences with Titan Auto Body and I cannot say enough about how kind they were when working with me and my car. Going to a body shop because your car has been damaged is traumatic. Mike and his office staff are so friendly and honest about damage and time it takes to work on our cars, it takes all the stress out of the experience! If they don't have time to work on your car when you walk in the door, (which they usually make time) they make time and stand by their work, which is outstanding! Mike and his crew are wonderful! If you need work done on your car, look no further! Titan is on top of their game!

After getting in a car accident, my car was taken here. I was greeted by a room full of wonderful women who made me feel comfortable and told me everything would be fine. The shop even had someone drive me to the hospital. When I went back to get my things out of my car, I was met with the same warmth and generosity. This place treats you like family and I highly recommend it!!

Titan was the second body shop I went to, the first having given me an estimate of $925. Mike put the fender back in place in two minutes and together we buffed out some marks, and voila, the car was fixed, except for one small spot where the paint was gone. Mike did this for free, and also gave me instructions to use nail polish to touch up the remaining spot. Good enough for a leased car. Also, if I decide later that I want Mike to fix that last spot he would do it for $400-$500. Thank you Mike!

Mike and everyone at Titan Auto are great! He was honest and had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process! He helps navigate the back and forth with the insurance companies and treats everyone like family...most importantly my car was returned to me in great condition!

So first off let me say the customer service is incredible. The work they did on my car amazing. The way they handled things with my insurance amazing.i would probably run out of word if I went on but I would absolutely recommend everyone and anyone to this shop. Mike went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle after my wreck. Even arranged to have me picked up to get my car when it was ready. Had some squeaking noise after i picked it up, but he took care of it right away and had the problem fixed by their mechanics. That is what good customer service looks like! Would recommend to anyone.

I was referred to Titan by the towing company after my vehicle was rear ended. From the first time I spoke to Mike Griesa, it has just been a phenomenal experience. Mike and Julie offered me much needed advice which was invaluable. The whole team at Titan was outstanding and I was expecting atleast 1000 reviews here on yelp! All I can say is if you need a trust worthy and customer friendly auto body shop, you do not have to research any further. Just close your eyes and contact Mike. You will never go anywhere else.
