After lots of shopping I had tier 1 put the 750hp 68rfe in my 2015 ram 2500. I ve had some family go with other brands and have issues pretty fast. Today I stopped in to have the first service done after the break in and this transmission is a dream! The shifts are so smooth which was not anticipated knowing it had the upgraded valve body but it s so gentle. It tows well, drives through town smooth, and kicks down and takes off just like you d want it to. I m well convinced I ve made the right choice at tier 1 with a big investment. On top of the performance I can t skip the customer service. Both of the guys who have helped me at tier 1 have been beyond helpful and answer my stupid questions.

Brandon and his team at TIER 1 are fantastic! They are professionals who are always willing to offer advice and recommendations. They take their time to explain what work is needed and are honest with the costs. It s a rare opportunity to work with such honesty!

Do not take your transmission needs anywhere else! From day one Tier One displayed excellence in customer service and business ethics.Went to a Facebook group for help, got a bunch of dms of people looking to sell me $8k transmissions. Matt and his team reached out called the time out and said, hey, you may not need a new transmission, the code you got could be something super simple. Why don t you bring it in so we can do a diag? From that point on, as a small business owner in Arizona myself, Tier One received any and all of my transmission business and referrals.I did end up needing a new unit. They worked around my schedule and had my truck in and out within a day. Communication was on point and I am incredibly happy with my decision.Thanks for the help guys!CUTCORE LLC

These guys got my truck dumped on them by another shop because they couldn't figure out the issue. Tier One went above and beyond to figure out my problem and within a strained timeline in order for us to make our weekend trip possible. Top notch shop and staff.

Best experience I've ever had with a repair and performance facility. They were extremely easy to work with, over communicated everything (which is awesome), honest and gave me options to work with after diagnosing my truck. I ended up getting a built transmission, installed by Tier One and couldn't be happier. Tanner and Brandon were amazing to work with and I was left feeling good about my choice in Tier One.

I have a 48 from tier one that is a stage 3, it shifts flawlessly and has not missed a beat in over 35k miles!

I had them do a stage 3 48RE build/upgrade for my 2006 Ram 2500. Very quick turnaround. I previously ran their stage 2 and it was a quality piece, I just needed a more stout transmission after adding power and using the truck more aggressively. Had one issue with an electronic part in the valvebody that was beyond their control (a common part that is known to fail in these transmissions across the board), they diagnosed the issue and I was back in action. I have faith the new stage 3 will treat me just as well. Great products and customer service. Definitely the go-to place for a performance transmission build in Arizona.Service: Transmission

Price was a grand cheaper than ats and they rate their transmission for more power. They answered all my questions about switching from pto to non pto transmission in a Ford super duty. Glad to send buisness to someone in state.

Such a smooth process to get my new transmission. These guys are extremely knowledgeable on transmissions and gave me all the options and recommendations. My GMC runs better now than it did when it was new. Even gave me a tour of their facility which was 5 stars. I talk with these guys had my truck dropped off they called me a few days later and let me know it was done. I picked the truck up went thru the break in. This trans really is super BADASS!!! If you are looking for something you don t have to worry about it breaking this is the place. Called today and ordered a service kit parts will be on my door step in a few days.Service: Transmission

I order a transmission from trier one and i installed it my self. Took the truck on a 1000 mile road trip on 8-10% grade and I have never rode in or driven a truck with such smooth shifting in those conditions wether it be stock or aftermarket transmissions.Huge shoutout to Dave for being awesome in customer service never dealt with and one so greatAnd thank you tanner for building such a great transAnyone that needs a transmission wether it be a spare or need one redone give these guys a call they know what they re doingService: Transmission

Tier One has been absolutely phenomenal to work with, we purchased an as69rc for one of our clients and were not disappointed. From start to finish they made it simple and offered amazing support for whatever we needed. Not to mention that Tanner guy is an absolute tank and could probably yeet a transmission 100 yards with his bare hands. The guys over at tier one are extremely knowledgeable and provide an amazing product and warranty. I have their stage 1 68rfe in my welding rig and tow regularly and it hasn t skipped a beat and no more searching for gears like the factory 68s tend to do. A good honest company!I was worried about my 68rfe so I asked them to check it out/ diagnose it just to be sure everything was ok and they did just that! No high pressure sales, no trying to sell me something I didn't need. Just a good honest transmission shop that's focused on helping the customer (which is rare these days) and I appreciate it!They now have all my future transmission business!

Great guys that run this place. They went above and beyond by staying after hours to make sure my transmission was build. Very knowledgeable when it came to my 2000 dodge ram. They didn't try and over sell me on a build that I didn't need. Great prices compared to other shops. Would recommend them to anyone.

Matthew is very talented at what he does. He did a diesel conversion on a Toyota 4 runner for my husband. The work was done well in a timely manner and an affordable price. Very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly person. We'd definitely do business here again.
