This has been our family mechanic for well over 10 years. The Fix Auto Repair is trustworthy, has fair prices, and will get the job done to get you back otr again. My truck just overheated, Art had my car towed to his shop immediately to begin addressing the issue. I have so many stories over the years that I honestly dont know what we would do if not for the responsiveness of this mechanic shop. Once you get this type of service, you stay loyal. I called this business on a Thursday evening at 7pm badly needing a brake job done for the coming weekend and luckily with the late night hours they are open got all brake work needed done and other parts and job needed to get me safely back on the road all within less than a couple hours thanks to Arthur and his other mechanic on site. I highly recommend this repair shop if you are in a bind in the Phoenix area and need repairs done after other shops are closed and or booked for several days. This truly sets this shop apart from the rest in that respect plus Arthur is very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to explain everything and answer any related questions you may have about future repairs needed as well. Thanks again guys.

They re open every day! My car broke down, had it towed to The Fix on a Sunday. Diagnosed a faulty alternator, repaired quick, and price was spot on. The owner is a GEM. Friendly, know,edgeable, quick repair at a good price. Highly recommend!

I came in during the weekend needing help, they took care of my car pretty quick given what was all needing to be done. They were so sweet I felt very taken care of and respected here, will definitely be trusting them with my vehicle the next time I need anything(:

The first time going I was nervous but he was recommended. Second time he messed up my car charged me for piece he didn't replace and refused to tell me where he got the parts. Check engine light came on right away now my car doesn't work at all. Don't go here

Worst experience of my life if i had negative stars i would use them ! This man is a thief and a fraud ! Screwed my whole Jeep wrangler over. He was supposed to replace my radiator because my car was over heating and when he returned it back to me a month later because he was so busy , as i was driving it 15 mins later my car overheated and turned off completely and started smoking and my Jeep did not turn on at all. MIND YOU, while at his shop my car got shot up and had three bullet holes one on my front window went through to the back and left back tail light was shot and scrapped the bottom of my car and paint . When he returned it to me all fixed up and repainted i noticed that back left taillight wasn t screwed in and the cap and screw were missing . My taillight comes off if i lightly pull it. When we towed it to the Jeep dealership i ended up paying $5000.00 replacing sooo many parts because who knows what this fraud did to my Jeep . And apparently he has screwed over my cousins Cadillac as well . He stole my money for the repair that he did. I highly recommend you don t trust him with any car. He will steal your money and make up a dozen excuses of why he s taking forever and lastly ure car is not safe at his shop . NOT WORHT IT

Do not take your car to this Man, I worked for this man and can tell u from experience that his prices are a total rip-off, diagnosis is up in the wind. You'll get the back with something that didn't need fixing and still the original problem and he'll charge you over book for everything... Plenty more mechanics in Phoenix to choose from.. I wouldn't take my chances here.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Arthur was absolutely incredible to work with. I was traveling through Arizona from Florida when my A/C stopped blowing cold, I called at 4:45PM on a Friday after multiple attempts to get my car looked at Arthur said come on by, immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a beyond reasonable quote(and it was $1400 less than what Honda quoted me). Additionally he worked on my car that night to have it fixed for continued travel. I could not express enough gratitude and appreciation for his availability, kindness, and professionalism from knowledge to timing to abilities. He was a true God send and if you wondering where to consider having your vehicle looked at and worked on -LOOK NO FURTHER he is by far the VERY BEST CHOICE! 10/10Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Fuel leak detection equipment/tools were not utilized to inspect my vehicle during a diagnostic screening.I was asked to pay $120 dollars towards the (recommended service)The mechanic used a flashlight to look underneath my car and decided that (everything looks good )In his own words. This employee that works here made the conscious decision to be paid based upon his eyesight instead of his tools.I'll never pay for it again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND******I have had ALL my vehicles, Family vehicles & a few friends vehicles worked on and maintained by Arthur and his staff since 2013!!! He can do everything from domestic to foreign. You are LUCKY if you can find such an honest mechanic who has so many skill sets. PRICELESS in my opinion!

Arthur answered my call at 730 at night and offered to take a look at my truck the next morning. After his guy looked it over, Arthur called with the diagnosis and worked on the truck until nearly 9 p.m. on a SUNDAY!! So i would have it for Work on monday!! Terrible service, extremely unreliable, and will not answer the phone. Absolutely horrible communication overall. Not to mention, it s in a super sketchy part of town, I would not trust my car with this man. STEER CLEAR
