Outstanding experience! Needed new tires and a truck lift, and Albert provided exceptional customer service efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. His expertise in presenting options with detailed explanations made the decision easy. No better tire shop out there; regret not coming sooner! Got a fantastic deal! Definitely recommend to those looking for Tires, Lift Kits & wheels. Come through. Much appreciated to Albert & the rest of the staff of Texas Tires.

HONEST SERVICE!!! These guys are great! Highly recommend checking Texas Tire out and include them when you're out comparing where to by rims, tires or suspension systems. I guarantee you'll go back and see Albert and the guys for their great customer service!

I want to testify to a great experience I had here. I purchased a 6 inch lift job and new tires from Albert (my salesman). The overall job took about 9 hours with the lift, the tire swap, and the alignment. I was skeptical about hiring Texas Tires because of their reviews with people having issues with their lifts in the past. I was informed that there was new management and that those reviews in the past are not indicative of their current capabilities.I chose to trust this company with my truck and they did a fantastic job. I ended up paying for the lift in cash and financed my tires. The financing has a lot of hidden aspects to it so ask all your questions and Albert will be very open and forward. I am very satisfied with the lift and how they treated me while I waited in the shop throughout the day. Albert was very respectful and kind, and the mechanic is very skilled and timely with his work. I needed my truck done in one day and they busted butt to get it done.One comment of caution: outside of the control of Texas Tires, the alignment shop they work with (network alignment and brakes) is not the best. They do good work but their customer service is shotty. They are not under ownership of Texas Tires what so ever but the alignment shop gave some unnecessary grief. An inconvenience, but nothing that the lift shop can control.I took a risk and it was worth it. I recommend ignoring the bad reviews regarding lifts from the past, they got new management and proved to me that they are more than capable with getting the job done right and in good fashion.Thank you guys

Awesome group of guys. I have been to this shop because of my luck with road hazards, and every time they take great care of me. The last time I was there, my rim was broken and tire flat. They fixed the flat and directed me on how to obtain a replacement rim. They could have tried to set me a rim, however the owner opted to respect my finances and gave me great direction and advice. I am sure I will be in again, and I am also sure I will continue to receive excellent customer service. Thanks you all very much for being professional.

Amazing service, quick, reliable!I found a nail in my tire and was hoping to get it repaired so I didn't need a new one and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! They took a look at all my tires and found a small leak in another one too. They helped me S0000 much and so quickly !!!! Albert was so nice and I appreciate him so much. I have found my local tire shop.Albert also pointed out the weather rot on my tires and suggested I get new ones before the summer. I am so happy I came here for help and would recommend anyone needing tires or help to come here!!

Albert is the MAN!!! He was so knowledgeable and so helpful! I said I wanted to trick out my Jeep Cherokee and he immediately started to look up a few examples on the computer of what I may want and he hit the nail on the head! He had his mechanic come out to look at my keep to be sure we could accomplish the look I wanted and it was all done so fast! I can t wait to see the end result! Thank you thank you thank you! I m going to be one Happy Truck Chic !

Came through Texas Tires because I had a nail in my rear tire. Israel was quick to assist and his customer service was on point. He shared some honest upfront unfortunate news that the tire could not be plugged with the location of the nail. Never fun to hear to bad news but appreciate it. He gave a quick solution to install the spare with no charge to buy some time on purchasing tires. Israel did all this in 10 to 15 minutes. Appreciate these guys - their timing and honesty. Albert and his team are amazing! Got my Jeep Grand Cherokee lifted, front-end alignment and a new steering stabilizer and front drive shaft. Handles like a dream now. Reasonable prices and friendly, responsive service! My number 1 place to recommend.

Albert make me drive all the way there from Surprise, I applied for the financing, he said he needed to call to see if they could get me the rims and tires and that I would received a callback, two days later I called to see where my order stand and how long will it take to get things done. They asked me if I want to place an order? Are you serious? Did you think I travel all the way there just to talk? No respect for my time and gas just to talk? Now you re lying trying to make me look like an idiot? You didn t know how I was going to pay til I mentioned. I clearly said to you I was paying the difference with my own money and that conversation took place before I visited your place. You said we could offer you snap, or any other financing, but if you re paying with your money that s good as well. Why you want to twisted the truth? I can t believe how low you could go.

First experience with Texas Tires - came in to fix a slow leak and price out my next set of tires to compare them vs Costco.Prices were better than expected.They were informative, friendly and quick.Great team!

I was about to head to Flagstaff and woke up to a flat tire on my 4runner, the guys had me in and out in 20 minutes! Amazing people, great prices and quick service. I'll definately be back to support this place whenever I need tires!!

Great customer service and awesome prices $$... Albert was very helpful and subperb knowledge on the wheels that would be best my car. He made me feel very confident and secure on the decision I made. Process was very quick and as well. I highly recommend this company and the service of Albert!!!! This is the place to go if u want to give your car an affordable upgrade.

I was lift shopping happen to come across Texas Tires 44 they did a great job I would recommend this place to everyone they don't pressure you on buying extra stuff for your vehicle what i liked the most is that they keep you updated on what's going on with your vehicle thank you you guys

Was able to do a same day appointment to mount/balance a couple of new tires on my truck. Excellent work by attentive and professional staff. Returned later to confirm that my TPMS sensors were accurate and was helped quickly.

Albert, Chris and Trey did a FANTASTIC job making our Wrangler a happy Jeep again.. he was very cranky, with tires as smooth as a baby butt and old rims, we upgraded to Nitto M/T tires and gorgeous bronze Mayhem rims and he's now back to being the Badass Jeep that we know and love. Thank you guys for such great service. We appreciate it very much.. See you in March for the tire rotation.. lol..

Jeremy and the crew over there, are fantastic! There's a lot of tire shops out there that want your business, but this shop proves it! as soon as you walk in there you're greeted like family, and I just couldn't walk out. They carry an extremely large inventory, that most of the other tire shops just can't match. They have several styles of the same tire size for you to pick! You may have your own tire shop, that may have been costing you money, see these guys and see how much you can save, and roll out looking badass like my Silverado did!

JEREMY AND CHRIS WERE THE EMPLOYEES THAT ASSISTED ME I am a young purchaser and now know what to look out for, lesson learned. But for people considering this establishment, STEER CLEAR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 1st- told me one day and ended up having my truck for 3 full days, 2nd- I ordered a 6 rough country lift, my truck left the shop with a 3 squat in the rear. See :pictures attached:. When asked about the Squatting truck I was told that s how single cabs sit and if I wanted it corrected I would need to pay additional for new rear blocks 3rd- American First Finance is bending me over backwards right now, the interest is 2x what my total price was again I am young and know what to do now but this shouldn t be legal and these guys should be way more upfront. I would have been perfectly fine if they were to fix there mistake and be upfront but the lack of customer service and honestly is to much to look over

Bought rims and tires here , they gave me one of the display rims and I didn t realize it. But it had a scratch on it. I didn t notice it until I got home. I called them even with the picture of the scratch as it was displayed in the show room and told me it wasn t. Sad that they wouldn t replace it. Caution

I came here after I went to another tire shop that tried to do shady business after I d been going to them. Ash took great care of me and ordered some tires for me that and had them in same day cause he saw how bad of a day I was having. Super nice and GREAT customer service which is so hard to find these days. I m moving further away and will continue to come here because of the great customer service. I feel safe knowing my car s tires are in his hands. 11/10

At the time of need when my tire kept slowly deflating, these guys right away knew where the location of the air leak on the tire was! These guys were super honest they even mentioned that my shocks were going bad based on the tread of my tires!

Texas tire had great customer service from the girl in the front to the guy fixing the tires I bought for tires from there and the manager Ash was a delight to work with he was kind helpful. I recommend using them and will definitely be back. Best customer service ever and they were fast. Got me in and out didn t ruin my whole Saturday waiting on tires to be put on great job team
