Wife took our car for an oil change. Next morning driveway had a trail of oil. After cleaning the mess I waited 1 day to see if it was just residual but had the same amount of oil. Took the car back and they are saying the drip pan is cracked and will not cover the damage. This car was pristine with no known leaks/issues before this oil change and there is no outer damage to the drip pan itself. Not too happy with the service or response we received. I tried calling the number on the card all day with no answer and no option to leave a message because the inbox is full. The leak got worse after they tried to change the plug as they initially put the wrong one according to one of the employees. Hoping to get a hold of some level of management who can help.10/13/2023 - it s been more than a week since I opened up a case number with Take 5 customer service. They told me I would receive a call within 24 hours of opening the ticket and I received no call back. I called again and they said they sent a message to the district manager and that I would receive a call back within 24 hours and I never received a call back. My wife went back to the location and spoke with the manager and he basically said it wasn t my guys that caused that crack EVEN though the crack was not there before they did the oil change and even though one of the employees told me on the phone that they had installed the wrong plug but that it should still work. I ve called them every day this week and customer service does not answer my calls. I ve left voicemails as well to which they have not replied to. The service level seems to be just as bad with upper management as it is with the shop manager. Very displeased with the service and would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this shop. I attached more pictures of the car getting towed away. I checked the oil level and it appears all of the oil leaked out after they damaged it worse. The blanket is saturated with out and even after I pulled it off the concrete is also saturated with oil. What a pain!!!!Update - After providing all of intimate details Take 5 took ownership of the damage observed. Although I was not happy with the level os service I received from the Take 5 location itself, I am thankful Corporate made the right decision to reimburse me. 5 stars for corporate and 3rd party Fleet for their assistance.

I have taken my vehicle here for services a few times, and every single time it has been a great experience. Every single employee that I have dealt with or spoken to have been more than courteous and professional. I have to say the customer service at this specific location is beyond excellent. Every single one of those guys deserve a raise. And the quality of their work matches the customer service, beyond excellent. Thank you !!!

I recommend making an appointment. They have a lane just for appointments and we pulled right in. Got free bottles of water and our windshield washed while we waited. 5***** treatment at a great price. We will back in a few months

Wow, that was insanely fast! To be able to get an oil change in 10 min is so worth the extra money. It wasn t even much more than my dealership would charge. I typically have to wait over an hour at my dealership. Probably never getting an oil change anywhere else now. This was too easy, thank you!Everyone was friendly and professional. They communicated and walked me through everything they were doing. Make sure to ask about tire pressure if you want that service done. They seem so focused on getting you in and out with the oil change that it s not checked unless you ask even though it s mentioned in their included services. All around, it was a good experience and I ll definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible! Got off work sat in line for 1 hr and 45 mins just for them to say oh we don't have your filter can u come back next week? We'll give you $20 off and possibly free filter when I already have $25 off oh we can only give a discount of $30 total! Ridiculous, waste of time do not go here!

What a pleasant experience! We arrived near closing time. Nate and Ayden were friendly, courteous and greeted us quickly offering bottles of water. They worked quickly to change the oil and check fluids. They even checked the air in the tires. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this Take 5!

Sebastian and Dillon were kind and efficient. The oil filter was apparently defective when I turned on the car to test the work. Their quick, "Turn it off turn it off!" and reassurance that they replaced it and it's fine were calming at the time.I was not expecting the car to burn oil as long as it did and I panicked. I'm so unfamiliar with cars (I bicycle everywhere typically); Sebastian can tell you I didn't even know where the latch to open the hood was.This is my spouse's work vehicle and when it was smoking during my next couple errands I was very scared.I wish they had taken a little more time to help me understand how long the oil might burn off and how much smoke to expect. I was very scared and no one would answer the phone when I called multiple times to be reassured.I'm not sure if I'll come back. It was so easy and convenient. My ignorance of what would happen because of the oil spray made it all very stressful. I don't want anyone to get in trouble; all of the other reviews here were why I felt comfortable coming to this place. I appreciate how ownership responds to reviews.

Oil change was fast and easy but there was one employee who was really rude. He had filthy blonde hair and he was a white guy. He was complaining about how he knew my car was gonna be bad because of how it looked. I know my car is a rust bucket but if you re gonna be mocking my car and complain, at least have the decency to not do it in my face and then say I think he can hear me. Like if you don t want to change the oil then don t because I rather have that than sit through you mocking my car and complaining. It s not hard to say, Hey I don t want to work your car because X. Really would rather have my car break down than have to deal with this dude again. That s about it. The dude who rung me up was nice though.

I was told over the phone my oil change would include topping off all my fluids, tire pressure check... didnt event try to remind me. but my bad for forgetting. but just remember to have them verify that stuff too

I would have to give this place a 2 star for what they charge for oil change. i believe that the filters should at least be better quality. Found a big oil stain after i took my tahoe in for an oil change. I took the car back in, the employee was really helpful, so he changed the oil filter again. After 2 days, the oil dripping was back. So i decided to change it for another myself from oreilly's, then the oild dripping went away. I took the car back, and the guys topped it off again. The employees are really professional its not their fault the company is putting in low quality filters. Now my new silverado is leaking oil from the filter after a month of having gotten the oil change.

Not a great experience. I did not get the sense they knew what they were doing. They forgot to give me a new sticker and also forgot to put in the fuel system cleaner (never asked me to open my gas door, so there s no way he put it in).

The location I went to was 35th Ave and Bethany. The technicians who helped me were Anthony and Nathaniel. It was my first time in, and they were extremely kind and thorough in their work. They explained everything I needed help in understanding. My new oil change go-to!

Really bad experience for my jeep wrangler 2018, after over a month I notice that my jeep was leaking oil my husband checked it and it was the filter + my engine didn t had any oil at all I m so disappointed!! The only place we had it to took its to TAKE 5..

My recent oil change at take five turned into a nightmare as they damaged my car, causing an oil leak and a loud screeching sound on startup. Upon my return for assistance, the staff shockingly claimed to have no car experience, except for Ayden, who demonstrated knowledge and a helpful attitude.To compound the issue, the manager, cloth dirty blonde hair, yelled at me for no apparent reason. This unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. take five needs to address both their technical shortcomings and the lack of professionalism among their staff promptly. AND TO NOT TOUCH CARS THEY KNOW THEY CANT WORK ON. ONLY COME HERE IF U WANT A BROKEN CAR.

Service was quick and good. The service technicians were very nice. If the price wasn t so steep they would get 5 stars. It was 85$ with a 7$ off coupon for a high mileage oil change. If they could get that down to 50$ it would be 5 stars all day longService: Oil changeService: Oil change

So dang quick! Of course, I paid a little more for that convenience, But well worth it! I will use them again in a heartbeat. No stress. Didn't have to worry about sitting around playing on my phone. We're catching a ride home and then one back when they're done. So it is all well worth it.

DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I GOT MY OIL CHANGED RECENTLY FEOM THIS LOCATION AND MY OIL GRADUALLY STARTED LEAKING. HAD IT CHECKED OUT ALL MY CHASSIS IS COVERED WITH OIL AND THE DEALERSHIP ADVISED ME I HAD ALMOST NO OIL LEFT IN THE VEHICLE. THAT LED ME TO HAVE TO GET A NEW OIL. I ALSO HAD TO REPLACE THE FILTER THEY PUT ON MY VEHICLE THAT WAS NOT RVEN A MATCH TO WHAT MY VEHICLE REQUIRES!!!They either reuse the old gasket or didn't secure the plug properly also gave me a wrong filter.A NIGHTMARE AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Liked this place used it several times, but its price was a lot. Had an issue after taking my car elsewhere for service. They informed me this place put too much oil in my car. That's a problem and can cause damage! Not returning.

I understand stand that the oil changes take 10 mins but a system glitch is a big inconvenience I went to this location because I just got out of work and it was 45 mins before closing Im heading out of town tomorrow so i thought it wouldve been perfect location to go but I wanted to pay and they still said they couldn't because they had to scan the vin whatever happened to good old fashion paper and pinThey could've typed all the car information in the system when it got back upI think they didn't want to change it because they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave for the dayI've been to this location before about a year ago so if they just got the info they would've found me there and could've prevented a bad review

Got my oil and filter changed. Had to wait about 5 min ( No big deal) saw that I had my kids and offers a water for me along with Capri Suns for and a little fruit snack pack. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! the fact that they allow you to sit in the car while they get the job done is a game changer! I m always traveling with 3 babies, so taking them out of the car for an oil change is hard! They give you cold water and fruit snacks for the kids while they change your oil, check your fluids and tire pressure. Very professional staff, they don t try to upsell you. My oil filter had some life on it, he showed it to me, so they didn t try to have me buy another one. This WILL be my GO TO for all my oil changes. The staff made the experience excellent! They were fast, gave us water bottles to drink as we pulled up. The guy did explain what they did and were doing and what my car needed. I noticed the receipt said they washed my windshield and checked the air pressure in my tires, they did not do that. Overall it was a fine experience and I will go back, it was convenient and quickly done.Service: Oil change
