My 2005 Dodge Ram had some trouble starting this afternoon and I thought I might need a battery replacement, so I stopped by to have it checked out. They ran a diagnostic and thankfully they were able to get it checked out quickly. It turned out there was just some corrosion on the negative terminal causing a problem with the charging of the battery as the alternator, battery and cables all tested in good shape. They did a quick battery service (only $40) to clean it up and I was back on the road! Some places would have just replaced the battery and charged me $200-$300, but I m glad this shop is run by friendly, helpful, and reputable mechanics. Thanks Sun Devil Auto.

The staff was fantastic I called ahead to see if they had availability and I showed up around 15 minutes prior to the time they had told me they d be ready on the phone. They had my Kia Soul in and out in about 30 minutes altogether, and gave me a full rundown on all of the items completed and things to maintenance. They also did a really lovely job of cleaning my windshield, which was a nice extra step of them to take that most places really just skip. I appreciated the thorough and kind service and will definitely be back. Thanks for everything, guys!

Our car was seen quickly and we were kept appraised of the situation the entire time. They were knowledgeable and really helped us understand what was wrong with our vehicle. Their prices were comparable or better than other auto shops we called.

A little scammy. Said the vehicle could not be safely operated without an expensive repair (was not accurate). Refused to do a vehicle assessment without us paying for repairs first. We just drove it to another shop and they did the assessment, no problem

The process of getting an oil change was fast and painless and very affordable! Never knew that they were a 10 minute walk from my home until the flyer came in the mail. Yes I will be returning.

I am new to Sun devil Auto. The first experience has definitely impressed me. Took my lady's car over there to get the engine rebuilt. They got it done in a very timely manner and it came with a pretty decent warranty. I was impressed enough with him that I took my mustang over there to let the rebuild that engine. Only time will tell how good they will stay but, I highly recommend them. Jonathan and Paul both take care of people as best they can.

I brought my 88 corvette here to have work done on it, I had a bad experience and looking back on it, was my fault. The mechanic that helped me was named Paul, I think he wasn't the best at assisting me with the issue, there were some miscommunications but ultimately I think it was my fault for bringing a car like this here. This company is great at working on the every day persons car, they work on our 06 subaru greatly and I plan on bringing my crv here in the future. I wish that situation would have gone better but I've spoken with the manager who was very nice and helped clarify. Took my vette and had vette specialists fix it up perfectly.

These guys are good and I'm going to keep using them. However, when I picked my car up today, there was engine grease all over the inside: all over the steering wheel, all over the blinker lever, all over the headlight switch, all over the radio buttons, and especially all over the seat belt...this is sloppy and unprofessional. There is no reason someone should ever have to deal with that after paying a bunch of $ for auto repairs. Please either have your technicians clean their hands regularly or at least clean up after themselves when they dirty up cars like that. I hope I never have to deal with this again.

The only problem was your supplier gave the attendant full boxes of evereturn to sun devil auto and there was no O rings so I had to wait another day.Customer service was fantastic!!

Excellent care. They took care of my maintenance light (oil change) and investigating a noise my brakes were making. They offered solutions, but were not pushy.

I generally just get my vehicle's oil changed there. They always let you know if there are potential problems with your car. I feel I could trust them to perform these repairs, but they don't pressure you to do any work you can't afford.

I had a power steering problem and took it into Sun. Devil auto I worked with Carlos he kept the line of communication open with me, explained to me everything that was going on, save me money as well, everyone over there at Sun Devil Auto are amazing, they are trustworthy and they get the work done. Okay for a few days after oil change, went to dump trash and there is a huge oil puddle forming on the concrete under my engine. Calling and towing vehicle back.in am Called them and they said bring it in, thx for AAA.

Competent service technicians, fair prices, great service... what's not to like?I've used Sun Devil Auto off and on over the years when I'm in Phoenix and have never been disappointed. I stopped in to ask about my brakes a few months ago and they told me one of the brake wear indicators were out of adjustment and that my brakes still had life left in them. I was ready to pay for new brakes, but they adjusted the noisy indicator, checked the rest of them and sent me on my way without charging me.I usually change my own oil, but I brought it in to them a couple of weeks ago to do it for me and check the car over. They couldn't find anything to bother mentioning other than my rear brakes were about ready to need to be changed.They quoted me a price for the brakes, applied a digital coupon to my oil change bill saving me some money and sent me on my way. No oil drips, the oil level is full and there were no problems.I'll definitely be back for the brakes and any other problems to be addressed or maintenance I may need in the future.Thank you Sun Devil!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Took my car for an oil change on 8/16/23 about 2 weeks later, my oil, battery and check engine light is on. Ive gotten oil changes and diagnostics done with them before, no problem. Driving home from a friend's house, my car cuts off as soon as I exit the freeway. Put oil in it, came running right back out. Now I understand my car is 15 years old, but for the life of me I'm trying to figure out how the issue was "the engine broke" and they can't figure out how or why. Fortunately for me, they agreed to fix it for free since they were the last to do any work on it.

The folks here have been absolutely wonderful at helping me keep my vehicle in top shape. I have had a lot of issues with getting service done in a timely manner with other places. No here though. They are on top of it!

I called in for an appointment. The replacement parts were there when I dropped off my vehicle. This saved time. The technician did a full review of my vehicle in addition to the work done. Technician technician took time to explain the work and address my concerns.
