My mirror was damaged. Grease in the driver's area. Spoke with manager about my mirror and he said there would be nothing he would do other than replacing if I bought another mirror. Good job on taking half responsibility. Mirror clearly has rub marks from where someone hit it on something and is now extremely loose.

Took my car here and they were able to save me over $1,000 since another shop tried scamming me. This is a very trustworthy shop and Ryan will take care of you perfectly, he is the best and was able to explain everything perfectly when telling me the issues that I was having with my car. Thank you Ryan for being the best.P.S. The service technicians are also great since my car still feels great after a few weeks!

I found a coupon for a synthetic oil change on their website which I really appreciated. They pointed out that I needed a new engine air filter so that was appreciated. No other issues. Thank you!

I ve been going to Sun Devil Auto for years and i ve always been more than satisfied and that s mainly due to Ryan! He s the kindest, calmest and most understanding worker i ve honestly ever had to deal with at any store! I feel so relieved knowing that i have a reliable and honest car shop that i can go to, and that s all thanks to Ryan and the mechanics that never fail me. Ryan deserves the world for making my life 10x easier whenever I need him! If you ever call this location and hear This is Ryan, how can i help you? just know your in good hands. :)

Ryan was awesome, I got a flat on the freeway and drove in. He got me a Lyft to my Dr. appointment and back. And squeezed me in to get my tire replaced. Thank you for such great experience with my crazy flat. You're customer service made my ordeal very pleasant.

The reason I continue to go back to Sun Devil Auto is the customer service I ve received over the past 4 years it has always been consistent and that s hard to find nowadays.A huge shout out to these managers Ryan (Phoenix) and I can t forget Matt (Queen Creek) Thank You both for always providing above and beyond service with a smile!!!

Excellent service from Q and Brandon after getting a flat tire on the freeway. I thought I was going to have to tow my vehicle to Firestone to get the tire replaced and they carried Firestone tires, so I bought two. There is a reason their parking lot is full.

Ryan and his team go the extra mile to make sure every thing gets done right the first time. And if there are other things wrong, they give you options up front before you approve or pass on any additional work. Anthony the mechanic who worked on my vehicle did top notch work. In one short day the removed an intake and replaced sensors on my motor. And they replaced an oil pan gasket. An oil cooler. They also replaced control arms and shocks. They even re align the vehicle. Things that take days other places? One short day here. Thanks Sun Devil Auto.

Today I had struts and engine mounts and alignment done. Also, oil change and headlight replaced.All went very well. Great service. If struts and engine mount hold up then all was a 5/5.

Have been coming here because I've received good service in the past. This last visit was so bad, that I will not be returning. I went and got an oil change at the dealership, who then let me know of a broken motor mount. Took it to Sun Devil Auto, as they're the ones who replaced it prior. They confirmed it was broken and told me it was still covered under warranty. Appointment is made and take in the vehicle the following week. Later in the day get a call that the vehicle is ready for pick up and it will not be covered under warranty. Asked why they didn't let me know before working on it. Gave some lame excuse and then Q says he can put the old part back on and I can come pick up. Tried to explain I was told it was covered under warranty. After going back and forth, I agreed to pay. Will not use them again and Q needs some customer service training. Was rude and said they're a business to make money. Didn't know lying to a customer to get them through the door, just to make a dollar was the way they ran a business.

I got off the freeway because of a noise on revving engine. It took two hours to diagnose the whole car too to bottom, and get a fair price and recommendation on what is critical and what I could do next time. Q was really helpful and upbeat though they were really busy, which is a testament to their reputation as well. This place is a joke! I normally don t come on and give reviews but they deserve the worst! Couldn t return my calls for 4 days about my vehicle, told me I needed $6k to fix it and told me other things wrong with my vehicle, I took it elsewhere and got it fixed for well under $1k and it was fully inspected with nothing else wrong with it, they re scam artists who are very unprofessional and I do not recommend you wasting your time or hard earned money there!

Battery died in my German car. Dealer s replacement estimate was crazy high. Sun Devil worked me in same day on a Monday afternoon. Their certified technician, Isaiah, managed the difficult installation in the trunk and coded the new battery in the car s computer. All for their usual flat install fee. Will definitely return for service in the future!Service: Battery

Went in for brakes. Paid my bill. Left to find pneumatic tool marks gouged down to shiny sheet metal on the rear driver door. 4 inches x 2 inches, nobody told me about it. $3k in brakes and an employee gouges my paint and they let me pay without saying anything. Walked right back in and manager Q accepted responsibility but put it back on me to find the body shop, get a quote, bring it to him and pay for my own rental car. etc. I had to ask for a letter from Manager accepting responsibility. I disputed the charges on my debit card because I incurred body damage at Sun Devil auto, devaluing a business asset. The charges will remain disputed until the insurance settles. Im a veterinarian, this is my work vehicle and my insurance will now cover my rental car so I can keep my business running while my vehicles gets body work and paint.I understand accidents happen, accountability, communication and not letting the customer discover the body damage would have made this outcome easier to resolve. Be out in front of your mistakes. Now, my insurance company wants a police report because manager suggested a homeless person damaged my vehicle. Well, the damage was made by a pneumatic tool, like the kind in an auto shop, like Sun Devil auto, pictures were submitted, its obvious how it happened. Went there for brakes. Now I'm legitimately contesting bank charges, filing insurance claims and a police report. No, Manager did not offer to remove even $1 from my bill. No financial considerations offered, no insurance info, no rental car from manager.

A friend recommended this auto shop to me and they were right! Excellent customer service from start to finish. A special kudos to (Super) Mario, one of the managers there. He fought for my warranty to have a new A/C compressor put in with no charge on my end. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the process and I was! I will continue to bring my business here! You should too! :)

They were very friendly and prompt. They fixed my AC in one day and now it gets ice cold real fast. Glad they were able to get parts in same day.they even offered me a ride home while they worked on my car. I appreciated the kind and honest service. Another auto shop wanted $800 more for extra parts that Sun Devil confirmed I did not need. Highly recommend going here at least for quality AC service.

I had never been to Sun Devil Auto before, but when the AC on my car went out, my parents suggested them. I called them this morning to get an estimate and the technicians were able to get me in and out today. James was very friendly and helpful. The pictures below are what my rotors and brakes looked like before. (I didn't get after pictures.) I am new to Phoenix and needed a mechanic. They allowed me to go into the shop area to look at my car and showed me what the news rotors and brake pads looked like compared to the old ones. Everyone is so nice. I highly recommend Sun Devil Auto!

Update- finally got my car back and was very satisfied with the work!!! This repair was not an easy one but they got it done right. I'm very pleased with that aspect. I just wish the communication and transparency would improve so I could rate them higher.Original review- Very disappointed. I went to this location because the reviews were impressive. However The service & communication i received was extremely poor. Throughout the process they have had my car over two weeks. I asked them to keep me informed however I never received a phone call from them. I had to call them repeatedly to get an update. The information I was given were nothing but lies. Because there are conflicting stories. One service advisor will tell you one thing and the other service advisor will tell you another. In this business honesty is a must. At this point I would suggest that the positive reviews are paid for. I will never trust this shop again. Someday maybe my car will be finished. And I will steer clear of this place forever.

Needed a a new battery..They were quick, friendly, helpful and got what I wanted and needed at a fair price ! Been here twice now, fast.. Service awesome!3/16/24Went in for second time to put in 4 new tire gauges. Took two 2010 Honda s here for AC repair and both were fixed and operate well still. They made me aware the process will be about 2 hours and each time that was the case. Office staff have always been pleasant and communicate well to me. Cost for repairs was in the range I expected both times. All in all, I m happy with cost, service and communication.Service: A/C installation & repair
