Strictly Diesel is the best place to get your diesel truck fixed. Jonathan Brekken was honest and upfront with me. He even saved me $400 off my total bill. I will always go back to him and Strictly Diesel whenever I am in the Phoenix area.

When I went looking for a shop to place my trust and hard earned money in, I chose Strictly Diesel. Reputation is everything and I believe one visit will prove it. It is literally all over the walls. BBB, and all the other important writings on the wall. I trusted the shop to replace my e40d, replace the AC, trans cooler etc.. and I am a pleased customer. I am actually writing this review 2 months after the work was performed just to be real. So, yea, spend the money. Have it done right.

Overpriced, but it works flawlessly. You're paying for the certainty of your 7.3 not leaking anymore and so you don't have to jack the motor up to drop the pan.Mine was so bad the original nut backed off and was dangling. I disconnected the batteries, dropped the starter, and had a hell of time getting the 350k mile dipstick tube uncrusted from the original housing. Used a pick to remove the original O-ring and let the inner adapter fall into the pan. I did not drain the oil, it is recommend, but it takes 4 gallons of oil and it was changed 500 miles ago.I cleaned the side of pan really good and fed the new adapter in. It's kind of tedious to get that allen bolt started but just take your time and you'll get it.It hasn't leaked a drop since I put it in. Drove it after and still sealed up good. Just don't crank it down and over tighten them and pay attention to the orientation of the adapter... the OBS should have the dipstick port pointing straight up, not slightly forward....ask me how I know.Overall as of now my review is it is a pricey part but it works as advertised and doesn't leave you wondering when it'll start leaking again. Great piece of mind and in my opinion worth the inflated price.

After taking my truck to another shop for a oil and coolant leak they had it for a week and a half without working on it and diagnosed ot wrong I took it here and talked to steve whithin a day I had a quote on the repairs and they started working on it right away. I am very pleased with the work done and the awesome communication. Thanks guys. I totally recommend this shop customer service and workmanship are top notch

Strictly Diesel is a Top Of The Line diesel engine service shop. They upgraded and restored my 2002 F-350 7.3 Powerstroke into a premium machine. Their work is meticulous. Reliability of their work is second to none. You will get what you pay for and more.

I had read great reviews about this business and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I took my 2007 Dodge Ram to get worked on due to the check engine light turning on. Now, after spending almost 10k the problem is not fixed. I have taken my truck back 3 times for the same issue. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. I was 100 miles outside of Phoenix yesterday and had to turn back because the engine light turned on, once again! It's unfortunate you are not able to leave a review with any stars. This place deserves zero stars.UPDATE/RESPONSE 11/10/22: I specifically asked you guys to take care of EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed because we moving to another state and needed that truck in great working condition. Not just the light-read your notes. Your service is horrible and that's why I'm writing this review so people know what type of place this is. You guys took my money and provided horrible service. No need to write a novel to defend your business/service. You should consider getting better trained mechanics.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Now this is a part that will work. Easy installation and I believe it will be the last time you ll ever have leaks from you dipstick adapter. Thank you for coming up with this design.

Got an EGT probe and gauge installed at Strictly Diesel for my imported JDM spec diesel Toyota Land Cruiser. Lots of other shops did not want to work on it, so I went to SD and they did great work, especially considering this was the first time they had a vehicle like this. I called on Wednesday. I was able to get in today, which is Friday for a service and fuel filters replaced from the first phone call to the time I walked out the door class that you can tell their family owned and that matters I m not gonna go anywhere else for any of my needs anymore. STOP!! Before you go anywhere else and waste your time like I did, save yourself a huge headache, money and time and GO HERE FIRST!! I had an intermittent issue that was misdiagnosed by two shops prior to taking it here. Strictly Diesel found the issue right away and were extremely fair on pricing. This shop is about an hour from my house but its worth every mile to come here. From the initial phone call, the service updates, pictures of the issue etc etc etc. I couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish. They know what they are doing at Strictly Diesel.It s been almost 6 months since the repair at SD and everything is still working just as it should. I can t say enough good things about this place. If you are super pick, like me, and don t like others working on your rigs, you can come here with confidence.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I'm so grateful that I had the time to wait for the company to get my truck in. They are so busy(which is a great thing) but they even got in a little earlier than planned. This is the best service I ever dealt with. I spent 15k on sinister diesel garbage and haven't been able to put 3k miles on my excursion since I bought it. They kept sending me defective parts and had the nerve to tell me I need to have their parts custom made by another shop. So to replace the fuel regulator lines which kept leaking because the hard lines were made too short or too long. So I purchased strictly diesel fuel bowl delete along with airdog 5g and their fass/airdog install kit. The kit I received was an old kit I did not know so I did what I could cut the 3/8 line and adapted with 1/2 barb but the 3/8 to 1/2 hose kept leaking. I emailed this company they told me the kit was updated and asked where I bought it. I told them from power diesels and strictly diesel replaced the kit free of charge and shipped it fast got it in 3 days. The delay was fed ex fault because during transport they misplaced it. If they had not I would have got it in 2 days. Anyways this place backs their product and it was a pleasure dealing with their co owner Dennis. I just wish they made full line of products because everything in my cummins and powerstroke would be replaced with all strictly diesel parts. I only give good reviews to companies that deserve it and strictly diesel deserves 5 stars. Do not go anywhere else. Trust me I had issues with xdp, sinister diesel especially and kerma tdi. I only have diesel trucks and cars and I invest alot into upgrading my vehicles. Wish I found these guys sooner would have saved me thousands. Great job guys stay the way you are!

Let me tell you about Strictly Diesel over the top great service. First time bringing my truck here on a recommendation. From start to finish, Jonathan was my service advisor and was great. Easy to drop off. Communication through the diagnostic process and fixed it right, the first time around. Then I got a call from Jonathan about 2 weeks later and he was just touching base to see how my truck was running. I was shocked! Never have I had a repair shop call to follow-up. Very nice. Then today I received a hand-written thank you card in the mail thanking me for choosing Strictly Diesel for my repair. Strictly Diesel sets the bar higher than anyone else and is actually providing true service in a time where it s impossible to get my coke refilled at a restaurant. I was driving through Phoenix on a cross country trip. I called and talked to Tom who went out of his way to make sure my parts would be there when I got to town. By then I had developed an exhaust leak so when I got to town Jackie worked me in and I can now be on my way.This was a highly professional group through all aspects of my experience. First time taking my 2017 F350 to Strictly Diesel and I was very impressed. Jonathan took the time to listen to what I thought was wrong with my truck. Diagnostics proved something different. The repairs were done the next day with higher quality parts than the OEM parts. They also performed a complete vehicle inspection highlighting potential problems that will need to be addressed. To say the least I ll be taking my truck back to them for my future repairs. Jonathan and service tech Steven are what service should be, enjoyable and trustworthy.Service: Engine repair

Ordered the Fuel return Hutch mod for my 6.0l. Using the 7.3l return portion of the kit. Call and ordered it seperate. Awesome quality, dont even have to flare the end of the 5/16 tubing to accept the new extension. Came with the hardware to use with straight tube. Help eliminate the air mix from the return line being too close to the pickup/intake tube. With this and the updated fuel line bolts and cross over lines, the 6.0l purrrrs. Idles and runs amazing. Well worth the $36 and time to drop the tank.

Strictly Diesel is the gold standard in diesel service and customer service. They coached me through buying my used truck with what to look for in prior service and truck condition. They performed a number of critical items to protect my for 6.0 engine and prolong its life without jumping straight into a head stud job (not doing more than necessary just to charge me). The team there from Gary the GM, to Jacki the service tech advisor to Derek, the service technician who performed the work, are world class. Jacki is a dream to work with and the fact that they all work together to help one another makes this place special. I wouldn't go anywhere else for diesel service. They performed the following: Transfer Case and front & rear differential service, upgraded S&B air intake w/pre-filter, brake system flush & service, fuel filters, BPD EGR & oil cooler upgrades and upgraded numerous clamps, hoses and boots.

Really just high prices for okay work and service. Truck was brought in for an alignment, oil leak and trac bar breaking, which many people we spoke to said it was very odd. Asked them to keep, so that we could contact the distributor to see how or why it broke. Strickly had the truck for multiple days, came up with charges of $4k. Moved forward with work as have done work with them in the past and was satisfied. Day we got the truck back, truck was still pulling left, oil was still leaking and they threw the trac bar away. Continually asked for photos of the broken part with no return call. Call and setup another appointment for them to do the work that was paid for but now they state that it is a different oil leak, a tire is bad that is why it's pulling and that minimum another $2k. Did have a conversation with a manager, who couldn't give a care in the world. Body language said enough. Did admit they messed up, employee was released but nothing more, no offer to make things right. Definitely feeling of getting a fast one pulled. Will not be returning for anymore work nor referring any longer.

I want to start off by saying I have an innate aversion to taking my vehicles to dealers or 3rd party repair entities. I typically perform all my own repairs and maintenance from oil changes to engine changes. When my Duramax developed an exhaust leak in the engine bay area I was prepared to put the truck down for a few weeks and dig into it. I ended up getting busy and needed the truck back so I broke down and started researching where to take the truck. The dealer was automatically out and so I began researching reviews and other social media posts. Strictly Diesel seemed to have the best reviews, so I gave them a call.From the very start, the staff was very attentive and helpful even through the repair and afterwards to follow up. I'm very pleased with the quality of the repair and the pricing. 2015 Ram 2500 - DEF systems are a joke, but these guys figured out the issue got the job done quickly! Great service and friendly staff. Even received a hand-written card in the mail appreciating my business... Feels like Family. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Having tried other service shops in the valley, the adage is true, you get what you pay for . I have had my Ford Excursion 7.3L Diesel serviced here for over two years, including major maintenance done on the engine and drivetrain. They were upfront and honest! Very trustworthy company they could have done a quick cash grab when I signed up for more service than what was needed and they did an assessment of truck and made sure I didn t pay for what I didn t need to. Will be returning and referring everyone I know! Felt like they really cared about their customers and not just the job in front of them. Thanks guys.
