I started going here for my oil changes because I am constantly on the go and never had time to sit for hours at other places. After the first one I felt something off but since I drive so much I thought maybe I needed my tires balanced or something. I pretty much ignored it and kept going. I ve used their services a total of 3 times. i kept thinking maybe my 2018 vehicle just needed a tuneup. My car recently stopped out of no nowhere and my mechanic couldn t figure out why. I had to take it to a dealership who after $1300 told me that there is oil scum all over my engine consistent with someone who hasn t had an oil change in a year!!!!!! A 10 min oil change is impossible considering it takes almost 10mins for the oil to fully drain out! I wish I would have known that sooner. Now I am out of a car because it needs a whole new engine and as a single mother I can t afford that. This place ruined my car.

New owner is great and they actually know what they are doing now. Went here a couple times before and each time had to go back because car was leaking oil, was told bad oil filter like other people. Got it changed yesterday and no leaks! Glad I went back. Will be returning as long as new owner is there. It is now Grease Monkey not Strickland Brothers

I came here about 2 weeks back in early October for an oil change. I routinely visit my family mechanic, however I decided to give this company a shot. The service provided was as advertised. I was in and out around 10-15 minutes. However it came with a cost. Every day after the oil change I have noticed oil dripping on my driveway. First it started off as a few drops, by the 2nd week the drops became small puddles. I called the business to see what the issues may be and took my car back.I was greeted by 3 guys, 2 up top and one down in the pit. I explained my situation to them and they went to inspect. After one short minute, first they said I had a coolant leak and no coolant in my reservoir, then I was told my transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. I brought up the fact that my transmission is new and only have been driven for just over 5,000 miles This is where the conflicting stories began. All 3 guys started chiming in about what the problem could be, each person seeming to disagree with the others. Overall, nobody could give me a clear explanation. I heard every possible excuse in the book rather than the issue at hand.I informed my mechanic about this situation and took my car to him. He instantly noticed I was dripping oil and it was pretty bad. The conclusion, a faulty oil filter. He stated that whoever did my oil change must have been in their first day of training. That s how bad it was.Zero accountability, it s very disappointing to see that others, much like me received the same treatment these past few weeks.Service: Oil change

Just a little higher than I expected to pay. But for the convenience, and I was in a hurry, it s good. I won t come back simply because of the price. My usual oil change place charges $90. I paid $118 with Strickland brothers. It was close to my work and I went after work. I guess I could ve waited one more day and taken it nice and early to my usual place and saved $28. Never again. :)

This was the 4th oil change service I have tried in 2 days because of lack of staff and other excuses. Nobody wants to work in 2023!. I normally change my own oil but needed the help this time. I pulled up and was greeted immediately by 2 service techs. I Drive straight in and they smiled while they swapped my oil. Easiest process ever so from now on this is my spot! They topped off my my wiper fluid and showed me my air filter to ask about a change. Very friendly even in the 108 degree heat. 15 minutes and I was done. Thank you guys for what you do!***UPDATE: 2nd oil change was even faster! 3 crew members hopped in at once and knocked out the oil change in minutes! All were smiling and got along with each other. The car is leaking oil in my garage. When I went back to them to fix the problem the manager told me all the cars they service are leaking oil because some faulty filters they installed, he was very rude and he told me to leave the shop for telling him I don't want to see a drop of oil in my garage. The kids that are working there are all under 20 years old with no experience at all, I see them looking at each other like what the hell to do. Charging as much as dealer ship for really bad job. I should have recorded the conversation with them and posted here. My advice, don't go there, some body is going to have engine damage and that is going to cost thousands of dollars. Totally bunch of kids with no experience, trying to learn with our cars.

This is the worse oil change ever received! These guys provided me with an oil plug then at the second oil changed requested me to have a new oil plug! Which never told me to have one. They failed to change my oil after leaving my oil stick out and I lost oil all over my under my hood of my truck! After having my engine light come on and flashing. I had lost all the oil I had in my truck. I called the oil place to speak to the manager and spoke to JR. Which he said well what do you want a free oil change? I m was lost of words! I asked to speak to his upper head he stated he can give out their number. I asked for their email he made every excuse give it to me! Trust me this is not over yet!!!!Service: Oil change

I m a return customer, taken in my Toyota Corolla and Ford Taurus, very satisfied with both experiences. 10 minutes or less is the truth. Had two different teams of young men work on my cars, both groups were extremely courteous, well spoken, and precise. I was welcomed by smiling, helpful staff. They offered water bottles during our wait. Technicians were precise with the pricing, quick and efficient. I asked for wiper replacement but they didn t have my size, to which they apologized and gave me coupons towards future services. Very professional young men. Will definitely come back. It was better and faster then they advertise or explain on their website. There were 3 guy's ready for my car the minute I pulled up, they each immediately started in their designated area's but communicated with each other in precise, military style, loud (just loud enough each of them knew the others actions), updates. The service writer informed me that my car required 6.8 quarts of oil, which I knew, and the additional charge for the synthetic oil. I was impressed with the team work and professional check, re-check and then re-re-check after they started the vehicle to make sure there were now leaks from the drain plug or the filter. Very impressive. I was just getting an oil change but felt really good afterwards. Kudos to people that care enough to perform top cabin every job! I'm a new and permanent customer going forward. Always friendly and fast service, waiting room is cool and they offer cold water while you wait. I also like that they show you your oil level after the service, it makes me feel assured that the horror stories you hear about other quick oil change places won t happen to my car.

They suck! They were asleep in their cars when I arrived,did not take 10 minutes,but over half hour. Not the first time,but is the last. Telling all my retired friends in Ahwatukee.

I have a bmw and I have been here 3 times now and I just love their service. The guys are fast, friendly, give great customer service, their professional, and the quality of their work is excellent. Call if you have a foreign newer car to make sure they have everything you need for your service, they usually can get everything quickly and even set you appointment so that you're in and out, not to mention their pricing is great too.Why wait at a dealership for 3- 4 hours when you can just visit Strickland Brothers. Wow, talk about great service and fast. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. I was on a phone call while I waited, but I noticed the team topping off and checking all my fluids, air filter, ect. They were extremely nice, professional, and reasonable price.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was helped right away; the clerical workers took down my information while the mechanics were underneath my car starting the oil change. They completely drained my oil and then came back upstairs to tell me they couldn t perform the rest of the oil change because they didn t have my car s oil filter. I would think that s something you would make sure you have in stock before starting the service. Very unprofessional, and they did not put my oil cap back on all the way so by the time I got to a different oil change business, the conventional oil they used as a placeholder had splashed all over my engine. Who knows how much longer I could have driven before that was deadly. Never going back to Strickland Brothers.

Best service I have ever received! The manager was exceptional. Caleb was very clear in his communication and explaining their procedure. These guys didn t pressure me at all- just educated me! I sent my 16 yr old daughter there because I used them in the past. I told her what to do and figured they had the cars history. They up sold her on an expensive oil filter that she didn't need. She felt pressured to get it because the guy was insistent that she needed the more expensive filter.It's unfortunate that you would pressure a young person who is learning how to be independent. I will teach her how to handle people who are pushy but will not let her come back to your location.Service: Oil change

Friendly staff with quick and excellent service. The staff consulted me about any additional maintenance and were very communicative. I ll be back! They did NOT wipe my windows with an oily rag like another shop in the area!

They didn't bother to put reminders of next oil change stickers like every single oil change place.The machine is broken for weeks according to worker.. boohoo we evolved with vehicles.. this shop needs to as well. Won't be back. So annoyed I have to dig thru my receipts to find my next oil change date . Worker refuse to print one for me.Low stars if I could

First time coming here since Strickland Bros bought it. I will be back, for a drive thru oil change place, they were great. I prefer to change my own, but don t have the facilities for it right now. I ve tried several in the area and SB s is hands down the best.Professional, friendly and fast. Priced better than competition.Had no issues taking a sample for me as I have my oil sent for testing. Only heads up is that they only have Valvoline products (Not a bad thing), I usually use Mobile 1 full synthetic. There isn t really much difference between the two brands quality, just thought I should mention it in case this matters to you.Overall great experience and recommend.Service: Oil change
