The owner Joe is very knowledgeable in this area of body work his shop has done work for my son and grandson , and customers don't have to worry about the insurance company because he goes right out to make sure you get the best representation on your behalf and after the job is complete you can't even tell that your car vehicle has been in an accident , highly recommend this company to everyone . After wrecking my Camaro I took it to another body shop and they wouldn't even come outside and give me a rough estimate on what it would cost me.driving by I saw Southwest Express collision stopped and spoke with Joe and he gave me a rough estimate. awesome customer service told me it would take about a month but it only took a week and a half . The paint matched perfectly Great customer service which you Don't see much of anymore I would suggest this body shop above and beyond any other one here in the Phoenix area my before and after pictures are proof enough. I will definitely take all my body shop needs to Joe. Once again Joe thank you for a job well done.

If you are looking for an honest, professional, collision shop that does excellent work, look no further. Joe at Southwest Express Collision was the answer to my prayers!! (Literally).I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger that was involved in a hit and run. My entire front end was completely damaged. I searched and searched for an honest shop but couldn't find one. They all were trying to rip me off. I finally found Southwest Express Collision by doing a "Collision shop near me" Google search and saw Southwest Express Collison. I read the wonderful reviews and decided to give it a try.Joe (who is VERY handsome, by the way) handled everything. He is very professional and kind. I sent him photos and he quoted me a very decent price. We communicated via email and phone. It only took 2 weeks and my car is like new!! I am very happy to have found this shop. Joe was amazing! He was so professional and did a great job fixing my 2014 Dodge Charger! The front right end of my car was damaged after a collision, I took it to SW Express Collision and Joe made it look brand new!!! He is very consistent, professional and never leaves you wondering what's going on with the car when it's in his possession. He was very easy to contact and he was very consistent with keeping me updated on the progress. I highly recommend Joe and his shop for any and ALL of your cars needs! I recently was in a hit and run unfortunately, the first body shop my insurance sent me to couldn t take my car in for another month. I called SW Express collision and they took my car that same day, thankfully! They are a blessing and do incredible work! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend coming here, the prices were more than fair and they were quick to work with me to get my car back up and running along with dealing with the insurance on my behalf. Very professional and friendly!

My boy Joe is amazing. I took my car there and was held up by Progressive for too long. Once cleared though, he got the main repairs done in no time, and threw in the added bonus of fixing a wheel if previously ran into a curb. There was also a gash on another tire which he fixed as well, as we couldn t determine when or how it happened. Honest guy, great communication, fantastic job. Can t ask for more, honestly. I m definitely coming back for any body work I need done in the future. Joe, if you re reading this, THANK YOU!Oh, he also washed my car and waxed my tires. Car looked brand new when I went to pick it up!

Can't say enough good things about this shop! My wife and I have both taken our vehicles here for collision work and to say we were impressed is an understatement. Recently, my truck was hit by a red light runner...my insurance company sent me to a shop that estimated 2-3 months (booked out) for repair, Joe and his team had it done in a week from drop off and handled everything dealing with the insurance company. Fast, quality work, and easy to deal with. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a broken mirror and a few scrapes and scratches that I wanted to get fixed. Joe was super helpful! My car looks brand new. They even got rid of the yellowing on my lights and gave my car a wash without being asked. I came to Joe (owner) to get a quote to see how much would it cost to get some spray paint off of my car. He took a rag, some non corrosive paint removal that wouldn't take off the clear coat, and completely got the spray paint off my car for free. Great man, extremely helpful, very polite. Overall, great customer service with no complaints

Brought my 2016 Subaru Forester here after an accident. Talked with Joe and he was able to get it in and taken care of quickly. All the repairs look great. He even went above and beyond and repaired a rip in my seat while he had it. Would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for your auto body work.

LpWhat a great find! My car insurance company referred me to a different collision center and they were not willing to work with me because I am moving soon and needed my truck fixed asap!I found Southwest Express Collision and it was the best experience I had with a body shop! Super friendly service and very professional! Joe adjusted to my schedule and helped me get my car over to his shop and job was done on time. I actually called back and ask for some additional work and he offered to help out and to take my car back and again performed an awesome job. Joe was extremely reliable, friendly, professional, trustworthy and efficient! I would highly recommend this shop for any vehicle fixes. Joe was easy to work with and very communicative. I had the front of my car smashed in and the passenger door wouldn't open. I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla. He waived most of my deductible, which I really appreciated and needed. He went above and beyond fixing everything and even helped buff out extra scratches on my car not related to the accident. My car was ready in less than 7 business days! Thank you, Joe! You are amazing and you did quality work on my car. It looks brand new from the front! I will only be using his shop for all future needs.

I took my 2015 Lexus IS250 in for a repair on the front end of my bumper after someone backed into me. The guys at the shop helped me with my insurance claim from start to finish. Joe P was awesome throughout the entire ordeal and remained very professional. While I hope I m never in the position to need his services again, I wouldn t hesitate to go back for any needs that may arise in the future. I d recommend these guys to anyone.

He had everything ready for me for both of my visits, insurance information entered correctly, and my loaner vehicle ready. I backed up into another car in the parking lot. Researched and found this shop, very satisfied with my choice. They don t have a fancy lobby/office but they do a great job at great price. Repaired my car back to its original condition and washed it. Very happy with them. Owner, Joe appears to be a very honest and competent person.

I highly recommended SW Express Collision to all my family and friends. My vehicle had a shattered windshield and damage to the body. They were willing and able to coordinate with my car insurance company the same day that the incident occurred . Joe was very friendly, kept me updated throughout the vehicle repair process, and I only paid half of my deductible. Superb customer service! I am very satisfied with the results!
