Side glass replaced got on Highway and window fell inside panel. I don t believe this should happen. Called and apparently that s NOT an emergency. So here we are waiting for them to repair what they should have fixed in the first place, a week later, since they are extremely BOOKED. Vacuum battery was used up at precious appt. Seems like a problem that should have a solution. T shirt guy wore very dirty for second appt of the day. He said window wouldnt go up unless he put his finger on indow applying pressure. He said something must have bent. Weed eater threw a small rock. I doubt the regulated bent as whole was in center of window.

The technician, Al, did a great job, very neat and it only took a little more than a 1/2 hour. The office had arranged everything and it all went very smoothly.

Fantastic experience - they drove to my office all the way down to south Phoenix, and did a wonderful job sealing the back window of a classic. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A++

Called for quote, very overpriced on labor and when I said no thank you was very short and hung up phone. Other companies at least say thanks for calling and are a bit more customer service oriented. For that 3 stars

Southwest Auto Glass is the BEST place to go for BEST quote AND gave us LIFETIME WARRANTY AND FREE LIFETIME chip repair!!! Not one other company out here offered anything.
