I ve been coming here for 4 years and never had any problems until today. I came here today to get two used tires. They charged me $65 for each which is a fair price. It had a great amount of tread on it for being used. I noticed the guy was doing something extra to the tire I had never seen anyone do to replace tires. It looked like he was buffering something inside of the tire. He looked at me like he was nervous so I was a little suspicious. Since I ve been coming here for years I didn t think much of it so I dismissed my suspicions. I ended up driving to PCH to visit my daughter who was in the hospital. I come back to my car about 3 hours later to see the psi was at 26. I immediately drove to a discount tire and they found what is in this image attached on BOTH tires.Discount tire said it was not repairable. It took me 45 minutes to drive back because I had to drive at 25 mph so the tires wouldn t deflate so quickly or pop on me. I went back and told him I wanted my old tires back and my money. He said he can do that, then after waiting 30 minutes he started to put air in both tires and tried to send me on my way. I repeated myself and showed him the picture and he put one of my tires on then tried to send me on my way again. I told him both needed to be taken off. He then replaced the other tire and gave me my money back and walked off annoyed. I know that the guy there speaks mainly Spanish but he understood me crystal clear when I wanted to purchase tires but not when I had a concern of his product he s selling. I m not happy with the service and upset that he thought he could try to scam me. I may be a women but I m not stupid. I won t be coming here anymore neither will my family.

This is the best tire shop around my area. I ve been to others that try to over charge me for a simple patch. Very honest and sweet man. He lets me know exactly how long my tires should last. Great service. Customer for life!

I purchased two tires at a great price.Well after having the driven the car for a couple days one of the tires they had replaced was shimming . Stopped at another shop and this is what they found. A patch and a sidewall plug in the 50.00 tire they sold me. I brought it back to them just to get no no no. So be careful and it helps to know what to look for. I'm just glad it didn't blow on the freeway.BAD BUISNESS.....

It s a small tire shop so they didn t really have any rims for me so I just purchased 4 new tires for my Hyundai Elantra for $340. The guy worked pretty quickly and I was out of there in no time which was great since they didn t have any seating area. If you don t speak Spanish I d say there s a bit of a language barrier. Overall the guy was polite & my tires look good same size that I needed them to be. I d say the only thing I didn t like is that he said he doesn t write a receipt & I paid in cash so that was uncomfortable but I always give the benefit of the doubt. 4 star place definitely room for improvement but I got what I needed.

Talked to them on the phone and they said they had what I needed for $35. Showed up and they said they didn't have it but they had a different one for about 30% more than the quoted price..but in the end I made them hold up on their end and give me my tier(used) for the quoted $35!! So not so bad of a deal you just gotta be on top of your $#it!!

Rude person on phone. Its May 21st 2023 and I called this shop around 11:30-12 noon range at the phone listed on the website and google. The person who answered did not speak english or if so not very well. Then proceeded to hang up on me. I badly need my car towed to a shop to have 2 rims and 2 tires replaced. Guess Im going somewhere else.

Excellent, quick service. Affordable. Needed 4 tires dismounted and mounted. Low profile pain in the butt tires. Not a problem. Will definitely use the shop again for such needs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They just put the wrong tire on my car after promising me they would install the one I picked out. I paid for a certain brand and he gave me a low quality, old one instead. When I confronted them the owner started yelling that I had to go because they were closing soon. He knows what he did. These people are CROOKS!

These guys tried to charge me $55 for a used tire with NO tread AT ALL. I've heard of slapping some lipstick on a pig but this was more like slapping some chapstick on a Camel. Total rip off. The tire was 10 years old and hard as a rock. In other words the rubber was so old it had hardened.... that is what little of it that was left that is.

The only reason I went here is because they are open on Sunday s. I called them before I went down there. They gave me a quote of $20.00 to swap out a tire. When i asked if they balanced the tire The older gentleman said it was $10.00 more. This should have been included in the installation of the new tire. Had I known it was additional to balance a tire I would have gone to another shop. I will not go back. FYI there used tires are more expensive than surrounding tire shops.

Was so fast I only had time to run across street for some cash. Very cheap and amazing quality tires. Only one guy working, but was in and out. Will come back again!

My had a spare tire on my car. I needed a good used tire but everything was closed or too much money. I called and explained my situation. These guys waited for me to arrive even though I'd be arriving shortly after close. They gave me a great used tire at a very fair price and got me back on the road again fast. As a woman, I'm always worried of being ripped off in these situations, but these guys have integrity. I'll be back and will continue to get tires here because of the great service I received! Thank you!!

I've been coming to this tire shop since they opend. And always have purchase new tires for all my cars from them. One of my cars (hardly drive just needed fresh tires) i brought it here and they broke a lug nut and never told me, which honesty isn't there best quality. Got it replaced and gave them a second chance now i took in another of my cars in for new tires and they where charging me ridiculous price. Never coming back here lost a loyal customer. Los amigos tires shop are really nice and manners are A+ with them. I highly recommend them and there few streets over.

Brand new tires for a good price here. They are all nice & professional here. The shop dont stand out much but its a good place. It is the business right beside the self car wash.

Horrible place . I WAS a loyal customer for tires brakes and oil changes for over a year . I recently changed cars to a 2013 Toyota . The ponytail guy refused to change my oil because my car was to new . It s a 2013 ._. I said he was gonna loose a loyal customer and he said he didn t care because there was more customers . Really sad how customers are treated here at the Glendale location Sonora s tire shop

Amazing! These guys are super nice and do a great job. I keep going back because of their price and quick turnaround. I almost don't want to rate them because I'm afraid to many people will find out about them and that will change. Hahaha

I go there when I need a tires changed. I drive straight in. Have them put my new tire on my rim, they balance.$20. takes like. 10mins. Havn't had to wait not even once

PROS:-Good place if you need a quick, cheap, used tire. Key word - cheap-Has Mobile tire service (NOT Cheap)-Can sometimes negotiateCONS:-Tires DO NOT last. Every tire I have purchased from here (5 or 6) has lasted maybe a month then blown out.-90% Spanish Speaking onlyThis place is great if you are short on cash and in a pinch. If so, they will get you back on the road. Otherwise, go somewhere else, spend a couple more bucks, and get a tire that's going to last. You'll save $$ in the long run.

Called them looking for a used tire for a spare. First the woman answers the phone with Hello. Then I gave her the exact numbers for the tire I was looking for. After hearing her speak with another worker, she then asked what size of the tire I needed And to top it off she hung up on me. I called back and said we were disconnected to her response of Oh we don't have that size tire in stock. Would've given em zero stars if I could.

They saved me from missing work the next day.. where else can you go on a Sunday evening to get your tire replaced. They are open until 7pm on a Sunday.. God bless them

Came in at 815 Sunday morning and out the door with a new tire on my car in 20 mins. Excellent service
