This place and it's employees were so helpful. We needed a repair of my recently passed mother's car . Being out of state with limited time to be there the did all the work and stored the car until we could get back to Arizona. They even delivered the car the day before we arrived . The work the did on the car is perfect and their customer service far exceeded our expectations and was a true testament to the kind of service they provide.

I had my repairs completed Jan 20th. They were fine and the service was good. Price was expected and felt equitable. I received my car back and then 9 days later the repairs failed. I explained my issue to Crash Champions and they stated there was no way this was faulty repairs and this somehow had to be my fault. I was extremely disappointed in my experience with my customer service representative and expressed this to him.I was not called a liar, but was told that the explanation of what I gave themaccounting the 9 day period could not be true. My husband ended up finalizing the negotiation of the 2nd repair in which they charged us for the part again.I am not satisfied with having to pay 2x s. The repairs were completed for the second time and so far so good.The warranty for the parts was not accepted.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My car was fixed in two weeks. My service from this location on E. Bell was amazing. They were polite from day one and did everything to make the experience as painless as possible. My technician kept up to date with me on cost and parts, working hard to find parts that were more cost effective, considering I was paying out of pocket. Cassy at the front desk was sweet and answered all my questions and the gentleman who dropped off my car because we we too sick to pick it up were very nice as well. God forbid I need to get my car done again but if I did I would definitely go here.Service: Painting

Grant, in particular was great. He always under promises and Over deliveres. He takes the time to analyze the best solution. The staff on the greeting desk are always pleasant and attentive. And the quality of the mechanics is top quality.

Service King was great. After getting hit in a parking lot & getting in touch with the other persons' insurance I went to Service King to get the bumper replaced. I was texted or called by Sal each day with an update & picked up my car yesterday. They did a fantastic job. My 2008 Toyota Prius looks like a brand new car. Great job was done.

I dropped my car off on August 24th,2021 @8:00 AM. It s now 7:00 PM on September 11th and I still do not have my car. I brought it in because it was involved in a hit and run while parked in a parking lot. The only damage was to the rear driver side fender. The pictures attached to this revise were taken on the day of the accident. Now they re claiming it needs a new bumper. The bumper was not damaged when I dropped it off.The original quote was for less than $1900. The bill is up to over $3300. Not once have they called me to inform me of the status of my car. I ve had to call them. I know about hidden damage. This isn t my first rodeo. But I ve never been kept in the dark about additional damage that may have been discovered. Three times I ve requested the general manager call me and he has not returned my calls. I did not request a rental because it was only supposed to take a week. I ve now been without a car for nearly 3 weeks and they ve done nothing to make it right. I ve arranged a ride to go there tomorrow to see my car and all the parts they claim were damaged. This is a fairly band new 2021 Subaru Forester with less than 3300 miles on it. I m sick of their excuses and frankly one of the customer service reps has a bad attitude. Since this was a preferred shop with my insurance company, I ll be submitting a formal complaint so hopefully no one else will be subjected to their lack of professionalism and shoddy customer service.Service: Body & Trim

My insurance company strongly recommended this place. I took the car to the Bell Road shop. The work was very substandard. We found 10+ bad noticeable bad repairs. As soon as I took the car home my son immediately said, "you can't accept that". He took pictures and I took the car and pictures to the Raintree shop. The manager agreed that the work was bad. In fact he found more defects. He said he'd call me to bring the car to his shop. I did not hear back and called. I was informed that he was no longer there. I took the car back for another manager to look at. As soon as I told him that it was repaired at the Bell Road shop he shut down and stopped listening. Another person brought in a car and the manager said that there was a loose bolt and he crawled under the car and put another bolt in. Who knows if that was really a fix. Then he came back to me and said that he couldn't take care of the number of cars returning for repair issues done by his shop; that I needed to take it back to the original shop; which I really had no confidence in. I took it back today and a supervisor looked it over and said that it looked fine to her. I showed her that the hood would not latch without jimmying it. She said that was the way it was suppose to be. She saw nothing wrong with the gaps between the repaired/replace parts. She really did not see anything that the other manager agreed was poor work. She was not very polite about it. I did call back to Raintree and found that the new manager was gone (he was there about 9 days). I have an appointment to take the car back to Bell Road again.... and have little confidence in them. The woman was not happy that they have to pay for a rental for me. My insurance company said that if it isnot fixed to my satisfaction, I could take it to another place, of my choosing and they would bill the Bell Road shop. It is about 20 miles from my house to the shop and I have had to drive there 3 times for re-repair.... and they wanted me to come in twice to look at the car.I certainly cannot and would not recommend this business to anyone. I usually write good reviews. This is the first time that I have criticized any business.

I had some minor repair work done to my vehicle a few months back and was impressed with Service King, so when I had a serious accident, there was not a moment's hesitation when the insurance asked where I wanted my SUV to go. My Service Adviser STEVEN SURICO at Service King Collision Repair Centers at SERVICE KING BELL RD was excellent. He kept me informed, worked with my insurance, added new items until he felt I was restored back to 100%. They delivered my vehicle in LESS time than promised so I would not have any rental car fees, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental - one less trip for me. Take a look at the pics, then don't hesitate - when asked "where to?" tell them "Service King."

I was told when my van was fixed there was a lifetime warranty. The bumer started moving down about a half an inch shortly after the repair. I called in and was told I can bring it in anytime for an adjustment and that they would cover it without charge under the warranty. I felt confident they would do this. I got busy and went there about a year later and was told that it wasn't their fault it moved down it was because of a scratch on the fender that was there when they fixed the van. Jose refused to help me and had a terrible attitude problem. If this review disappears it's because they did the right thing. If it remains.... Well, you have been warned.....

Please understand that dealing with manufacturing delays and parts issues is something we can all relate to.But the total lack of communication from the Bell Road Service King staff regarding our car situation really is unacceptable.I have personally and repeatedly asked the manager and the agent to call, email, or text me regarding delays, parts issues, or scheduling. Yet another week goes by.We are shuffling our lives around getting to work, school, grocery stores without our vehicle with absolutely zero feedback from your store.We are now on our 11th week of our car being at the Bell Road shop. And today, as I walked in again, I was told it will be an underdetermined amount of time still.

Do NOT take your car to Service King -Paradise Valley on Bell Rd. We my daughters car to them for body work after an accident where she was hit at back passenger side. The body work was done, but in fixing the light that was smashed, they disconnected the battery incorrectly, causing entir electrical system to be off. They have no know of newer model Toyotas. So now my daughters 2019 Toyota Yaris with a fairly new battery, sits in 114 Arizona Sun because they did not know how to reset and car won t keep a charge.

Unbelievably awful!!! Picked up my son's truck from Service King in San Diego and drove it to Phoenix cuz they kept pushing out the pickup date until a month had gone by and my son's insurance would not pay for rental anymore. Miraculously I made it to Phoenix. Stopped for gas and when I came out and started the car the steering wheel spun freely and was not connected to the wheels. Had to have it towed home. Called and they sent out a Mobile Mechanic. Eventually, we had to bring it into their shop. Three weeks after incident was told it was ready for pickup. Steering worked but now VDC light keeps coming on and truck drives really weird. Took it back to shop, they had it for another three weeks and I pick it up and it is no different than when I dropped it off. Honestly, can these guys not take the time to test drive a vehicle before returning it to a customer, especially since he's been out of a vehicle for 2 1/2 months! And it still isn't fixed and he can't drive it!!! It ran fine from San Diego to Phoenix, I just can't believe I didn't die because somehow, miraculously the steering column didn't disconnect from the wheels while I was driving!!! Unbelievable! And all they can do is tell me how one shops budget is not the same as the other shops budget. And, they returned the truck with a friggin broken windshield, when he's got full coverage and gave me a song and dance about how they don't do windshields and it doesn't automatically get replaced after an accident. Do they really repair cars that were in accidents and do all the bodywork and return them with a broken windshield?!?! Unbelievable!

I wish I could give ten stars to this Crash Champions team, because they literally saved my Mini Cooper after a recent accident. My car looks like new, but I am most especially impressed with the employees at this location. Their level of service is phenomenal, and it's obvious that they truly care about their clientele. Special HUGE thank you to my service advisor Dakota Ginter for working tirelessly with my insurance provider to do whatever it took to repair my vehicle when they were ready to call it a total loss. Having to buy a new car right now would have been financially devastating for me, but Dakota went above and beyond with true professionalism and genuine kindness. If you need your car repaired, please consider rewarding this company with your business. For starters i have used this location in the past and have recommended this location in the past. I have had an appointment with them for 3 weeks now scheduled for today at 10. Not only did they just call me to cancel there was zero empathy or courtesy from the manager or the person who made the call. She justified her actions by saying sir the lady who called is just doing her job and we just got the direction from corporate to shut off all cash jobs. I explained which insurance company i worked for and that i was unsure however at this point i was done. I explained it wasn t about the appointment it was the complete miserable response from a woman in management who had zero empathy for the situation. Even when i explained had it been me i would have apologized how 1 hour before a standing appointment of 3 weeks call was completely unacceptable and how i would have led with an apology and showed appreciation to not only a referring partner but also a returning client she responded with im sorry my response wasn t what you were expecting. Not only will i never recommend this company i will be sending up my letter of experience to my company which is THE LARGEST insurance company in the nation.

We got an appointment at the particular shop we wanted (we waited an extra two weeks for that) They were comprehensive about the damage and the estimated work. They did a great job on the repair and paint. The work was very detailed and looked as good as new. This company is amazing! I was informed every step of the way. Never had to call them because I knew exactly what they were doing and when they were doing it. They did an excellent job of repairing and painting my car. Highly recommend them!

Previous repair & service was very good, but I took car in for repair estimate on Saturday, January 14,2023 & was told I d get the estimate Monday, January 15 morning. No estimate or follow up on Monday. When I called Tuesday morning I was told I d have the estimate by end of day. I followed up late in day & nothng , except I was again told that estimate was being done then. It is now Wednesday, January 18 afternoon & still nothing !!! This is terrible customer service to say something & then nothing is done. Being busy is no excuse for leading a customer on this way. I have previously recommended this repair service & location, but no longer with this customer service.

I have been to Service King for service 3 times over the past couple of years. I've had excellent service and just as importantly the outcome / end result of their work was amazing all three rimes. After my 1st service they had my trust. All of the people working for Service King are caring and always put their customers first. My truck had extensive damage from a collision. My insurance highly recommended service king and I am glad they did. Without a doubt the best costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. At no point was I not informed of the progress of my truck or worried about the quality of work. My truck literally looks better than it did brand new. Rob and his technicians are extremely friendly and welcoming into their shop. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do I know exactly where to take my truck. Amazing experience! I put an insurance claim in because someone had spray painted the front of my car. I was fully prepared to pay my deductible and have the professionals at Service King take care of it. When I arrived the General Manager, Rob, immediately saw my car and said he was going to try to get off. 10 min later they brought me back and the paint was gone and the best part, they did it at no charge and I was able to cancel my insurance claim. The car looks great and I couldn t be happier with the service I received! Thank you for your kindness and the great service!

I could not be happier with my experience at Service King. The quality of work was top notch and my car even came back earlier than promised. Rob, the manager, called several times during the process to keep me in the loop (super impressive) including a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. Incredible service, even when they were short staffed they were able to exceed my expectations. The hardest part is the waiting, and I was able to call anytime I wanted an update on my vehicle repaired with no issues.They also seem to have a strong workmanship at this location which is nice and refreshing to see.Definitely recommending this place to others and coming back again when needed.Thank you Service King!

My experience with Service King was excellent. They were focussed on all aspects of customer satisfaction from initial contact through completion of repair work. The repair work was outstanding.
