Great team and great experience! I trusted their guidance every step of the way and they did a great job of explaining what my car needed immediately and what could wait until my next service. I appreciated their transparency.

Customer Service: needs improvement from i believe one of the managers. Ricky and Rachel were great.. there was another one there acting tough for no reason. Perhaps a customers request is not granted lets assess the situation and approach the conversation with a reasoning as to why the customers request cannot be granted.Time: this people were great. Fast. My expectations were met. They gave me a time frame. I decided to wait at the location for my Tacoma to be finished with and they did it much quicker than they had told me.Sales: Needs training in the aspect of finding who is the person in front of you. I needed much more than an oil chance, but they simple didn t push for the sale of the other work i needed.Overall this place is great. They are not sharks trying to get you for every dollar. I would definitely recommend this place to every one. ( i asked if they offered mobile service, since I manage a Car rental Company, but the don't do mobile services) perhaps the owner should look into Mobile oil changes ? Having a fleet of 450 vehicles and a great company that does your oil chances in timely manner would definitely benefit both parties.Thank you Ricky and Rachel.Service: Oil change

While the work they did was satisfactory and the attitude of those I interacted was positive, the prices were quite high. I went in for a transmission evaluation and they came back with a long list of things they recommended, many of which were done in the past few months. It came off as a little predatory, suggesting an oil change and brake fluid change on a car that was driven about 2k miles before those specific fluids were last done. My transmission was determined to be fine and they recommended spark plugs, a transmission fluid change, and a fuel injector service, which is understandable. But for 1300?! That seems outrageous to me but I paid it and as stated earlier, they appeared to do a fine job with that. I won't give them an instant 1 star review just because of price as their quality of service and customer care was excellent. Just be prepared for a hefty price no matter the job being done.

So far, so good. This was our first time going to Scott's Auto. We always try to support local businesses. This time we had an oil change and tire rotation. This is the first place that when advertising an oil change for stated amount on their coupon, actually honored the price, and didn't up charge because we own a truck!!! Cudos to them! They were timely and friendly.They diagnosed a couple of issues that need to be taken care of. We will most likely go back once we get an estimate of charges.I would recommend giving them a try. Hard to find good/honest auto mechanics!

Detailed & thorough free inspection with oil change. Inexpensive using coupon and done in under two hours. Inspection included measuring brake pad wear (that required wheel removal), tire wear, air filters, fluids, CV boots & seal. A lot of other shops just do fluids. Scott's also provided instant estimate of needed repair costs. Your detection of leaky seal was spot-on, the dealer replaced for free (under warranty).

A previous repair shop worked on my truck and caused it to misfire. Scott s Auto fixed my truck right the first time! I ll definitely be back here for any of my other repairs. Kassie is an awesome advisor. :)

As a woman, auto shops can be intimidating and confusing, but not at Scott s! They are kind and patient with me and explain the costs and benefits before performing any service. I always leave learning something new and feel safe and secure bringing my vehicles here.

I wouldn't go here unless for very minor work such as oil changes. I took my truck in and they had it for three days doing all the diagnostic work to come back and tell me I need a new timing chain on my truck. Which is very shocking considering it's a Toyota with less than 150k miles. After approving the work they call me telling me they were basically wrong and something else was the problem that was going to cost me even more. after already agreeing to a huge job. Ok the work is done and I finally get my truck back. It literally lasts 50 miles before the check engine comes on again. It comes on and goes off but no one from Scotts seemed to care when I reached out. Instead I move to Georgia with what I hoped was a working truck just to drive less than 2000 miles after all the work to blow my engine because Scott's Techs completely failed diagnosing the problem truly wrong with my truck. But I promise they gladly took my money. If you have a bunch of extra money and don't mind getting played please use Scotts. Otherwise I would suggest almost anyone else in the Phoenix market. Don't get played like I did!

Scott s Auto did an amazing job on my Jaguar! I was nervous to bring it anywhere but the dealership, but after looking at the website and seeing the knowledge the team has with European cars, I felt comfortable. They exceeded my expectations and provided a well broken down explanation of my cars current status, with photos to see what they are seeing. I was able to get better quality work for a better price here. The team was so wonderful to work with as well (thank you Rachel!). Good overall service. Nice to get a ride back and forth to work. Was done on time. The wiper blades are not very good, so I ll have to take them back and get other ones.

Showed up to have a scheduled oil change at 8 am and I would wait for my car. But was told it would take 1.5 hours there was 1 person waiting before me but there were no cars in the bay areas and 2 techs I could see but were just on their phones. Was going to be my first experience with Scott's Phoenix Auto since I heard so much about them but not for me I'll go back to the dealer.

I like Scott's but I'm upset this last visit I had an appointment for 11am for an oil change. They didn't start my oil change until 4:45pm. My roommate got their oil changed in 1 hr from drop of to keys in hand. What gives?! I drive uber so I lost the majority of my day.

Love this place! Super friendly and fast. I love bringing my Ford here as many of the techs are ford certified and I don t have to deal with the annoyance of taking it to the dealership.

So grateful to have found this shop! Finally an honest and trustworthy place to get my car fixed. Connor has the most calming presence over the phone and in person. I felt comfortable and reassured that I would be taken care of. The photos and digital delivery of the technician s observations and recommendations is also the best service and is super impressive! This place is the best! Edit 8 months down the road and I have to change my review. I had my 2012 Dodge Journey in for a trip inspection. More than a thousand dollars later they fixed a coolant leak did an oil change. After my trip I had to take it back because the car was STILL leaking coolant. More than a thousand dollars MORE they replaced the hoses and did another oil change (the milage from the trips warranted it) I have been periodically smelling coolant off and on since and recently I have been loosing coolant again. I took my car to a trusted family mechanic and found that who ever did the hoses NEVER tightened the C-Clamp. I also had the mechanic do my oil change. Which is were we found that Scott's used the wrong oil filter and jammed it into the housing. We don't know how they made it work but it could have cause Major damage to my car. I feel like I was lied to and now wonder how much of the second coolant leak was real and how much was the mechanic waiting for me to bring it back for another "repair" no trust left.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

My A/C had been working fine, but after driving from the east coast and moving to AZ, the air blowing wasn't enough for the HEAT. Car started blowing hot and cold air on and off. I knew something was wrong. I saw that they were close by. Requested an appointent online. Connor called me not even 1 hour after to confirm the appointment and go through some car questions. Got me in on the same day. The environment was very cool, respectful. The shop Super clean. My man DAN worked on my car and left it with me only needing 2 turns on the knob. These people are the real deal.And complimenting that my 150k mile car is one of the cleanest they've seen, was the icing on the cake.

Scott s is most excellent! I ve been to many of the mechanics in the area and Scott s is my new favorite. What really sets them apart is how much and how well they communicate about what s going on. I was told I d be called at a certain time with an update and boom right on the dot they called just like they said. They said my car would be done at such time and boom they call well ahead of that time to let me know of an unexpected problem and what they were doing to fix it. This is the most painless mechanic experience I ve ever had. Prices were extremely fair and reasonable as well. 10/10 will be back!Update: still love this place. Fair prices, fast service, and quality care. Connor is the man and is super helpful!

Great service and great prices! I used Scott s when I lived in Colorado and always trusted them to be honest when it came to servicing my vehicles. Found out they opened here in Phoenix and I didn t hesitate to bring my car in when it needed service! Very clean and organized shop. Roosevelt was very helpful! Highly recommend!

It s priceless to find a shop and technicians that you are comfortable with, trust, and share the same passion of cars with. I can definitely say I found this with Scott s. The hospitality I was shown was bar none. Every concern and detail that I voiced was addressed and totally understood by Luke, and by the technicians without hesitation. Most importantly, I left there knowing my vehicle was dialed in 100 percent, without question, and no worries. This is now my go to shop, period. Well done Scott s!

Connor and Brandon are phenomenal. I was on the way to the airport for a flight out when my tire went flat. They were quick to help me out and get me back on the road. Exceptional service!!
