This company sent 1 person out. They did not damage my car and they were done in about a hour. Including calibration. I recommend them. The monetary incentive was nice. Thank you

Big shout out to Drew and Captain Kirk! Was looking for an auto glass company on Google and this one was recommended, Drew strategically convinced me about a thicker glass product his company offered. I am ecstatic with the final product! Setting up an appointment was seamless, customer service by the front desk reception as well as loaner vehicle enriched my experience. With the lifetime warranty as well as the chip replacement for my family. My Thursday is off to a bright start! Thank you Safe Pro Auto Glass.

The installer did fine job replacing glass, but I had to have him readjust windsheild wipers.My vehicle is equipped with ADAS SAFTY which requires dynamic calibration. The installer did a static calibration and insisted that was OK. I knew better and I refused to pay, so he called the office and they scheduled a dynamic calibration. I am sure they would have charged my insurance company for the dynamic calibration if I had accepted the lessor calibration. I rode with the calibration tech and he let read th instruments. The machine said dynamic calibration successful. I paid my deductible amount $500.

Great service, highly reccomend. Julio helped me and got me an appointment. I forgot the guys name that came to do the windshield but he did an awesome job and so did Andrew on my camera calibration. Great work and keep it up. Will be using their service from now on. My side window was broken from an attempted theft. I called a few places and got the best quote from Safepro and was able to get an appointment the next morning. The tech Diego came out to replace the broken window. He was excellent at talking me through what he would be looking for as he got my door ready for the replacement making sure nothing else was damaged that would affect the functionality of the window. He also went over after care and left everything nice and clean. I had an excellent experience!Service: Auto side window replacement

Great work but awful customer service. They were not transparent with me at all and the customer service wasn't up to par. I'd advise anyone to stay away from this company. They owe me a tint on my front wind shield. They also didn't clean up after themselves once the work was complete.

I looked everywhere for a trusted glass company who could fix my windshield how I wanted it.Luckily I found SafePro!!Not only do they have excellent customer service and a nice waiting area but the whole experience was very excellent I will tell my friends about SafePro and I will definitely be a return customer!!

I recently had a technician at my house to repair a chip in the windshield.. After he left I noticed a stain in my driveway from the vehicle. A large area of oil. I contacted safepro by text 3 times. And. And my phone 3 times. All 6 times I was assured the manager would call.. It is now 5 days later. I have not heard from the manager nor do I expect to.. I'm very disappointed in this service. After the technician installed a new windshield on my car my wipers started acting erratically. They had not been reinstalled correctly and one of them actually snapped off. I called and they sent the technician back, but he didn t show up all morning. I had to call again to get him to actually show up to the appointment. To their credit they did pay for the broken wiper and pretty quickly fixed their mistake.

My first time with a windshield crack, should have had glass coverage but I didn't so this review is for out-of-pocket cost. They're a native company to AZ and take pride in that fact. I loved everything about this company, even the hold script was hilarious. Very professional phone reps, that got me scheduled within the same day. For my 2017 Honda Accord it was $195. I selected the tint option for an additional $30, an awesome value and it looks great. My glass-man was Phillip and the tint-man was Jesus. Their communication was also great since I work during the day. They communicate via phone, text and e-mail (all three for me) to make sure things go through good; I had even received a check-in phone call from the reps personal line just to make sure that my special request was taken care of properly, I have already referred them to two of my co-workers. Lifetime warranty on everything. You guys are the best. Thank you.

A truly great experience from start to finish. I could tell that this company truly cares about their customer s experience from my first call to get a quote, to my windshield replacement a few days later. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly. Even the recorded hold message on their phone line was a step above the rest and showed that not only do they know what it means to be a great local business, but they have a sense of humor too. Highly recommended.

Woke up this morning to find that someone had shattered the window on the driver's side of our vehicle. Other companies quoted around $350-$400 and a few days wait. I called SafePro and spoke with Joseph, he quoted almost $200 less and made an appointment for me within the hour, was very reassuring. Luis was our technician and did a great job replacing the window, finished in 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work without a headache.So grateful we found them and will definitely be coming back in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family. Their service is excellent and so are the prices. I love that it's a local, family-owned company, and the people I saw there were happy and helpful. Thank you Joseph and Luis!

They did a great job! Good communication, friendly, and professional from phone to finish. And they're an AZ owned business. They were able to get me in quickly unlike Safelite. It would've been 2+ weeks to get in with them. And free chip repair for life! Strongly recommended!

This one of the companies that reached out fairly quick with a very competitive out of pocket cost rate. I was able to get scheduled in within a few days and the technician was early, polite and professional. If my new windshield chips and I need a repair it is free, I will write an updated review at that time as well. I would highly recommend SafePro Auto Glass for windshield replacements especially if paying out of pocket.

I am incredibly pleased with SafePro and my experience with their team. I was pulled over for a cracked windshield (never fun) and being new to the area I called around to get a few quotes. SafePro was at least $100 cheaper than all competitors and beat Safelite's quote by $200.Although the price savings were fantastic, the best part of the experience was the incredible customer service. I spoke with Sherman, who is a newer employee but you would never know that given his customer service skills. Sherman worked around my hectic work schedule to pick a install window that would work for me. When I expressed concern about driving with a cracked windshield over the weekend (my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday), he made sure to send me a confirmation of the appointment so I could show officers if I happened to get pulled over again. I have never met such a kind, customer-focused employee in the auto industry and I am very impressed.Overall, if you are looking for a dependable, customer-focused and affordable option, SafePro is the best bet.

Prompt, professional and an EXCELLENT price! They came to us the next morning to replace a broken window and did an excellent job! We'll definitely do business with them again! As a bonus, we so received a card good for 1 month of free car washes! I got my free wash yesterday and am very pleased.

From the moment I called through my signature on the work order I was very pleased with the service I received. David was extremely helpful on my initial call, even set up a call with my insurance to complete my claim. I was given an appointment within 48 hours that accommodated my schedule. When it came time to replace my windshield, I received a call 10 minutes before they arrived and again when he was in the parking lot. Total replacement time was under 45 minutes. With one more call informing me the replacement was complete, a signature and some simple instructions; I was on my way. Very professional, through and kind. Will defiantly use again if ever needed.

The customer service and the windshield replacement was top notch. Much better experience than their competitor. The service they use for recalibration did not have an advanced enough machine for my truck (2020 Dodge Ram) so I had to go through the dealership which is always a pain. Safepro paid for it but not without me having to get the 2 parties on the same page which was annoying as well. All in all, I'm very happy with the windshield but wish the recalibration part of it was a little smoother of a process.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Kirk was friendly and helpful on the phone and Jose did an excellent job with the installation. Price was right on track with other quotes I received, but I chose to go with them based on their fast and friendly service! Will definitely go with them again if I need any more work done!

I had an appointment with a different glass company however the earliest they could get to me was 10 days away. I submitted an online request for a quote from SafePro and less than 5 minutes later I received a call. On a Sunday! I was able to schedule an appointment only 3 days away. A tech came to my work and had the new windshield installed in 45 minutes. SafePro handled everything everything quickly and professionally.

They were very good on being there, they came out twice to fix the issue of the stubborn mounting screw in one of my side pillars, no one could do it via mobile repair, because they did not have the tools, which was a little more than frustrating, but going to the direct shop, speaking with Mike their master tech, set me at ease. It took a little more time than expected, but all in all very solid work, nice people, great price. They helped me out when my insurance through Allstate tried to screw me to a wall. So bravo and thank you for the help you guys, I will be returning to them again, if I need a replacement or someone I know does.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Amazing experience! I was on the website to receive a quote. The form was very simple and I got a call within a couple of minutes. They were able to beat the quotes I had received from other companies. They came to my home (for no extra charge) in Maricopa (did I mention there was no extra charge) the very next day! I was kept apprised of a small timing change AND got a call when they were close. He was in and out both quickly and very professionally. I look forward to doing business with SafePro again in the future.

I work for uber and I'm on a budget. I called 8 different places and I came here because they were cheaper. The glass looks brand new I've had no problems with it at all they also put a protective solution on the glass. It took less than an hour VERY good at respecting their customers time extremely friendly and oh my god their customer service is the best I've seen in Arizona. I'm NEVER going to anyone else

I didn't catch the tech's name but they were super awesome! The service was convenient and they installed my windshield in a timely, professional manner. They were precise and the work they did was clean. I don't have any problems with my windshield. And just have to say thank you for the amazing work! So glad they weren't messy with the glue and stuff they used.

Anthony who gave me a quote & ultimately set up my glass repair was friendly & made me feel like my business was appreciated and he cared. The whole process was unbelievably easy & fast! The techs were great as well very friendly, professional and did the job so fast I couldn't believe how easy they made it look. The techs even vacuumed and swept up all the glass in my driveway etc. I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends and I would specifically ask for the same techs, they were great!

5 stars from start to finish. Doug was wonderful with scheduling and I was amazed at their price even including their travel charge. Immediately scheduled my replacement for that week. Their team is extremely responsive and diligent. My replacement took maybe 30 minutes and it turned out great. Thanks guys!
