Horrible sales manager. I asked for his attention to purchase a vehicle, 2022 SL 55. He acted that I didn't exist and we was too busy to even look at me, depside the fact I asked him twice, he still continued to act busy on his computer and not acknowledge my presence. Even after I told him this was very disrespectful, and I'm video taping him.His salesman Roman, was shocked and apologized for his manger's behaver.Well for me, I bought the new 2023 LS 63. too bad for these guys. Reminding me with the movie Pretty Woman. BIG MISTAKE. I guess they will never get my business' and I will make sure none of my friends and family go there.

I had my AM DB9 annual service and as always, they had the car back the same day, washed and running perfectly. They also provided a loaner. Great job and thanks to the folks at Bentley Scottsdale.

We totally enjoyed our experience We were not hassled or pressured and the car was awesome that we bought (a used Aston Martin). I would definitely come back here if they have inventory that I would like to look at in the future.
