They truly provided honest service. Came in with an issue regarding vehicle and questions, and we went for a test drive with Chris. I was able to get clarity on the issue without hassle. They were up front about what they can repair and what would be best to take elsewhere. I appreciate the candidness.

I wanted to come here a few times before putting up a review. I am not that good of a judge of character. With that being said; great work on my allignment thus far. And they do the work that they say they do. The pricing seems fair. And i cant think of anything bad to say as of now. ( because i still go there). Chris and edwin cool still cant tell them apart sometimes.

I would definitely recommend Rogel s auto alignment to my family and friends. I went in to get some services done on my truck, and I came out a happy customer. Check them out. I had a good experience with them.

Got my brakes done a rotors refurbished. Took a good while but for the price and being like two months later with all my traveling still good this place is well worth it.

Wonderful service department, Chris was extremely helpful, listened to my concern, offered alternatives and advice for my repair, as well as same day service. I have been burned by big chain shops, and who can afford the dealer, I will recommend and be returning to Rogel's Auto Alignment LLC for any further needs. Thank you for going above and beyond. Chris and Edwin are one of most friendliest and most caring individuals I ve ever met: especially within the automotive service industry. They always take care of my car needs and I recommend them 100% to anyone who needs their car repaired. 10/10 love u guys!!

Chris was so helpful. He took care of all my concerns with my car and explained everything to me well. I trust them with their service and knowledge. They are more than an alignment shop and can take care of all your car maintenance and repair needs. They are professionals and will also take care of your car like if it was their own.

Went telling them I needed a tire alignment they told me I needed tie rod ends and 4 tires for my car to be okay which came out to 1,000$ once they asked me for my address. Knowing I needed to drive back home which is a 2 hour drive with a shaky car so I decided to decline came back to Tucson to my personal mechanic saying everything was fine they just losened my parts and caused more damage I would not recommend this place to anyone I read the reviews thinking they weren t gonna be crookes but they are so don t believe the good reviews you read from this place !!

We bought a 2016 Escalade and had the worst experience down the street at major auto sales. BUT Chris at Rogel got my vehicle in and taken care of, he was honest, helpful and communication was great! They re my go to mechanic now and it s such a piece of mind knowing your vehicles are getting taken care of and getting honest work. Thanks again Rogel we appreciate you

I was there for 2 hours. They said I needed to do $5000+ more work on my truck before they could do a tire rotation. All they completed in that time was an inspection and replaced my windshield wipers.

I always come here with my van fleet. Reasonably priced and same day service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chris does a good job of communicating options with you and giving you the sense that he s there for you and not your wallet. You feel like a true friend is taking care of you. Never had to go back after for something that didn t turn out right. Thanks fellas

They care and explain why work will be done. Very helpful staff and I needed a ride down the street and they gave me one! I will always go here!! They have take great care if my Nissan Murano, Rogue and now Infiniti!

They have done 2 sets of breaks and a bunch of oil changes for me and I won't take a vehicle anywhere else. Service is fast and they are honest

I recently had my second repair done here. I can say this place has saved me from spending way too much than ethical. I had to have an wheel bearing replaced, dealership wanted $800 for one wheel repair, just think if I needed to repair all four, ridiculous. They repaired my issue for a more than reasonable amount. My first repair was getting all four of my brakes (2 Discs and 2 Shoes) repaired from a shotty previous repair. After my brake replacement my brakes were as smooth as butter and felt amazing. Now after replacing the wheel bearing, no more grinding terribly especially noticeable on curved sloped roads. I plan to fix other needed repairs with them. I plan to be a repeat customer from now on. Thanks guys!

This is a fantastic little shop! I chose Rogel's over a couple of other shops I was considering because they have great reviews on both Google and Yelp. It's pretty easy to see why.Price - I had my brakes service. Front pads replaced/roters turned, rear drums cleaned/adjusted, and bearings re-packed. The price was very reasonable, and there were no attempts to up-sell, and no unnecessary recommendations.Service - I corresponded with Chris the whole time. He's who I spoke to on the phone, he's who I handed my keys to, and he's who I paid. This is important to me because it ensures that we are both on the same page throughout the process. Chris is also extremely polite and knowledgeable. All brake squeals on my truck have ceased and my emergency brake is nice and tight.Location - This little shop is a stone's throw from my house, which was a huge plus, but there's more to it than that. Most of the time small shops are pretty unkempt. Not Rogel's. The office is clean and has a modern feel. I didn't actually walk into the shop area, but by the look of the office and the quality of the work, I imagine it is in similar condition.In summary, I will be returning to Rogel's for all of my mechanic needs in the future. It is an honest, quality, family-owned business. Wish I had found them years ago.

I had my brakes and rotors done here and the service was absolutely amazing. I didn't have to wait very long at all and the parts needed arrived quickly. After 25 years in phoenix, I have finally found an honest and affordable mechanic shop that I can recommend. Thank you for all your help. Very happy!

These guys are very nice, honest, professional and fast. My car was taken into the shop and diagnosed in minutes. I am not very trusting because I have been burned in the past by automotive shops but this place is different and their prices are very affordable. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I can honestly say that I've been a loyal customer for the past 6years I guess it's cause I know they do really good work and they also have really great prices. These guys really take care of there customers they don't try to cheat you like other places. I'm proud to be a customer at Rogel's I recommend them to anyone...
