Roco Wholesale delivered in tire selection, price and convenience. I found Roco and Bryan to be one of my most interesting and satisfying business experiences ever. The initial objective was to buy and install 6 new Michelin tires on our motorhome. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, as I am from out of state and the business has no website, limited information online, and seemed to cater more to light trucks than Class A motorhomes. But it was a referral from a major RV dealer (they no longer do their own tire work) and the reviews were good. We ended up also putting new rubber on our Jeep.During the installation, I was able to spend time looking around and having lots of conversation with the owner, Bryan, who was sort of a master ringleader of the organized chaos around me. He seamlessly managed ongoing multi-day repair and upgrade projects with scheduled appointments and drop-ins. We had an appointment and were in and out within a few hours.The Roco facility itself is a sprawling 6 acre site, littered with cars and tires and identified by a hand painted sign at the front gate. It has multiple specialty sheds and buildings for tires, lift kits, body repair, painting, etc., manned by some 45 employees. Unlike most tire businesses, I was able to actually watch the work as it was being done, and even though the volume of business was brisk, the work itself was performed professionally, methodically, efficiently and carefully. Bryan prides himself with having employees who have years of experience, mostly with Roco, and that experience was evident. Everyone at Roco was friendly and helpful.One counterpoint for Roco Wholesale is that its busy nature can also be its weakest link. Bryan does a lot of scheduling and business on his cell phone, and he gets tied up. It may take a few calls to get that callback or follow-up. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but not a true reflection of the business. I will use Roco again if the need arises while in the Phoenix area.Service: Tires

We were very pleased with everything about ROCO Wholesale. Bryan and his team provided excellent and trusting customer service. They fixed the damaged front end on our truck, making it look and drive like brand new.. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I needed 4 new tires and a replacement spare tire for my Yukon and Bryan said he had them all on hand. He was able to give me same day service as well as in and out in less than an hour. Not only did Brian have the best price, but Brian and his team went over and above on my new tires and wheels yesterday. I Purchased beadlock wheels which take 24 bolts in each wheel to hold the bead to the wheel. the process takes almost an hour for each wheel to complete. Brian had promised my Jeep would be completed yesterday and kept his guys there 2 hours passed closing to fulfill that promise. I will never go anywhere else!

I've used Roco wholesale on two different occasions. (both for collisions) This place is definitely a hidden jewel. They do a fantastic job, and the staff is relaxed and friendly. I own Teslas, so when I called other body shops, I was told wait times would be up to 6 months. With Roco, it was more like a couple weeks. I'm super grateful for their hard work. If I ever need body shop services again, I know where I'll be going.

Had my front work done here. Not only were they upfront about what work would go into, but they also gave the best price without me quoting prices from all of the other shops I looked to go to. Bryan and his team give me high level service every time! Expectations were exceeded as always. He has taken all my vehicles and made them custom pieces of automotive art. I know when I leave my car with Roco WS it s treated with care and professionalism. I m excited to see how he puts my Hellcat back together after a small accident to the front end. That s right people, they can also fix your car when in an accident.I have trusted Bryan with all my rides for 12 years and if you know me that s probably over 20 cars.
