I recently decided to put a 3 lift on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma sport. After checking with a bunch of different dealers I decided to go with Rim 1. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to the look I was trying to achieve and they worked with my budget. Jim was very patient and understanding when it came to all of the questions I had and he made the whole experience very easy and satisfying. I can t thank you guys enough for all the time and effort that went into my build. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Rim 1 were excellent in helping me put new wheels on my Chevy! Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable, he walked me through the options I had and kept his word on the deal he made me. They were quick and did an amazing job I recommend them highly to everyone!

Great place, great owner WAYNE, quality work. For something as important as shocks I had to find the best place to install them on my slammed Silverado. After checking the reviews online I had to drive directly to them and they started on my vehicle immediately, clearly explained and showed me the work involved to basically build the shock inside of the strut, if I would have done it myself I would have gotten it ..done around Christmas. Hey here s something I also found oh they have HUNDREDS of new take off wheels and tires (take off being taken off at the time of the vehicles purchase from the dealer, usually under 300 miles and the best common brands.) but they also have many large rims/ tires.For an honest American shop struggling thru the current economy disaster, they still give great service at a very fair price but the icing on the cake, QUALITY SERVICE!Thanks Wayne and Crew.

If you're in the market for tires or wheels, go down there and see Wayne. Fantastic customer service. No pressure sales. The whole crew is very knowledgeable and they're hard working people! Be sure to visit them for all your tire and wheel needs. Great prices. Great customer service. Really improve the look of my old truck!

Customer service isn't dead with these gentleman. Absolutely amazing experience and quality parts. Did my lift on my tundra and new tires. Would recommend to everyone.

I admired the clean and precision lifted Toyota 4x4 trucks on the dealership showroom floor. After talking with one of the GMs, I found out Rim 1 did the work and was referred to Jim. I learned a lot from Jim about the suspension upgrade options and soon had my 2004 Tacoma 4x4 in his shop getting a full suspension upgrade. I can t say enough about the shop, employees and workmanship. The truck looks great, drives straight and is a way better ride than the factory suspension. I hope this review opens the door for anyone looking for old school customer service, top of the line products, pro level installation and superior after purchase support.
