Thank you ASH from One Big Party Bus. I really appreciate your honesty on my AC unit. I can't thank you enough for quick and cost effective turn around allowing me to keep the bus going. I will never go anywhere else and will continue to highly recommend your services to everyone I know.

I needed a new ball and mount for my trailer and didnt really know what I needed. All the guys I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and helped me get a perfect fit.

Petrie was really helpful over the phone.He Took the time to confirm what I needed was on the shelf.Thank you sir it doesn't go unnoticed.Not the cheapest place around.But they do have lots of hard to find stuff.

My experience at Auto Safety House in Phoenix was incredibly bad. To make a long story short, I did everything they asked. I showed up to my appointment early. I waited for a status call that never arrived. I called my service writer the following day and endured a snarly response. I attempted to get help from the service manager. He never called me back, but he instructed the service writer to call me and tell me to pick up my Airstream trailer and leave. I was fired by Auto Safety House in Phoenix for doing nothing but what I was asked! I wanted to be a loyal customer.As an aside, I drove three hours each way to get service on my Dexter axles because of my previous positive experience with the Tucson location,and because of the generally positive reviews I found online for this business.Based upon the way I was treated by Auto Safety House, I would advise other potential customers to completely avoid this business. They were good before, but things changed. They are now awful, and nobody in upper management seems to care.

Everyone there was very informative and helpful on what we needed. We have older hub's on the boat trailer. We were taking the boat to the lake, to test it out and 15 minutes of driving, the tire on the boat trailer came completely off. I looked at the hub and noticed 3 bolts were missing and the other 3 broke off and all 6 lug nuts missing. Had to have the boat trailer towed. That really sucks. We decided to replace the trailer hub's for new one's. So it wouldn't happen to the other side when traveling with the boat.

Yeah customer service left a lot to be desired. After I asked for what I needed the clerk looked at me like I had 3 heads and was speaking weird. I was looking for the install brackets for a single eye slip in leaf spring set and the clerk finally responded with the remark they don't make those anymore. Then proceeded to tell me the lowest load rated stuff they had was for 7000 pound axels. Okay do you know anyplace that would be selling lower weight trailer parts. He couldn't even come up with anything other then a blank stare.Okay got it your establishment only caters to the big boy's. No problem.

Great fresh hot served up food. The Goodyear location on Yuma & Cotton lane is our local spot and always friendly knowledgeable associates the store is clean well maintained always.

Well, over many many years of going here , still great parts selection , a little bit pricey for some stuff but over all great place to get trailer & safety equipment. However the counter staff is always as unfriendly as always, and make you feel unwanted in the store. Once you get past the fact it's not personal and you get some thick skin your off and running with your correct part selection to complete the repairs.

This place has everything!! But be willing to wait in line for 30 plus minutes!!! With 1 person in front of you to have the cashier let you stand in front of him for a minute before he says he's closed . Then the other guy is still with same guy??? I put my things down on shelf and just left! But in and out at home Depot 10 minutes

Masks are a requirement, they have plastic barriers on the counter. It's not marked off for 6' distance but everybody was distancing themselves. The fellas that worked the parts counter were super helpful. First Benny who is using crutches, found the part I was looking for. Then said take it out to your truck and make sure this is what you want. When I returned he was busy, so Ricardo helped me. I wanted another part and wasn't sure if it would work. So Ricardo went out to the truck and checked for me. The part with a little modification will work perfectly. Why can't you find customer service like this any more? Both of these guys were super!! Any other parts house should be embarrassed. They have my business and I will refer everyone that needs parts to go there!

this outfit is the successor to Auto Safety House and in my opinion deserve the quality reputation ASH created Several years ago ASH switched my Tommy Gate brand hydraulic liftgate from one F 150 to another. I have had years of dependable service from that device and really enjoy using it to make lifting heavy items a breeze. Today during a short holiday week I called Reading Truck and spoke with David who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He okd my stopping by for a quick assessment and I just got back. He quickly found a tripped circuit breaker and got the liftgate working properly in less than 5 minutes. Very helpful and knowledgeable and acommodating

This place is great! We have a little hitch trailer but they do everything from large trailers to school busses. Only know this because of what we saw when we visited.We started off by calling them and they were super helpful on the phone. We described what was going on, they asked all the right questions and said yup we have that and can get it done in 24 hours .We take our trailer down their. They were super helpful and got the job done in less then 24 hours. We dropped it off on Wednesday around 1130am and had a voicemail on Thursday when we woke up.That s another thing, they are open SUPER early.Allowed us to get our trailer fixed so we could do our wedding event this Friday. Wouldn t go with any other company and prices are extremely fair.

Made an appointment to have some work done on my boat trailer. When I showed up, I was greeted by Angel before 7am (open time). We discussed the repairs needed and made sure my trailer was ready for the holiday weekend. I got a call a few hours later and my trailer was ready. Everything was fixed and the repairman even fixed some lights that were out. Great work ASH, I will definitely come back if I need any other work done!

They turned us away because they had no idea how to inspect nor repair an MCI bus which is similar to an old Greyhound. You'd think such a large place that offers service on diesel buses could handle it, but no. Also they had us bring the rig down with an appointment, only to turn us away and treat us badly while doing so.Save yourself time - we got lucky when we went North on 27th Ave to Vazquez. That team knew that bus model very well and was able to repair the issue within 24 hours and make some recommendations. It's been two years and the bus is still running great.

Discovered a broken spring on the rear axle of my toy hauler while traveling from Texas to California.Was given ASH s name as a business in the Holbrook area that might be able to help by Good Sam Roadside Assistance.Absolutely my lucky day.Called them and was told that they would get me in to look at it as soon as I could get it there.Limped it in about 20 miles.Not only did they look at it immediately they had the replacement in stock.One of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional group of people I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.Had me in and out in a couple hours,Unbelievable!Can not praise these folks enough!To top it off the bill was less than expected.Great business, great people.

I called and was transferred 4 different times and then I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally went to the store and when I did I waited another 30 minutes before anyone helped me. When the salesperson finally did, he was annoyed that I was even there. He took my information and never called me back. I am not surprised. Don't waste your time going here. They can't be bothered to help you even if you are going to spend $2300 on a lift gate

Lifesavers! We needed new straps on our car tow dolly. We were traveling on East 10 from Phoenix to Tucson. We kept checking our straps on our car tow dolly every 50 miles. They kept working their way loose so we needed new ones asap. Andy found a set for us. Robert went out of his way to get one of his techs to change out the ratchets. Thanks so much !

They've been my goto for the 20 years I've done rv parts. Extremely knowledgeable staff and always able to locate what i need. They're delivery service is on point and every time i call i feel like I'm a valued customer. They seem to have the knowledge that need to find what I'm looking for.

Ordered a rack based on the salesman recommendations. Install guide said it fit but evidently the new design doesn't work. Efrain brought out their installer and he showed me how I could modify the rack to fit and made things right. Kargo master gets a 3 star but Efrain has 5 star customer service.

They did a fantastic job redoing the interior of my van. When it was all done and I went to pick it up even though they were closed I wanted my inverter turned a different way, they reinstalled it how I wanted and they were happy to do so.... they also reinstalled a few shelves that I wasn't replacing, my van doesn't rattle anymore I keep looking back to make sure I still have all my equipment I thought there was something wrong with my phone because I couldn't hear anything but now I realize it was just my van making all that noise lol. Thanks guys I will be using auto safety house for all my cargo van shelving needs!
