I couldn't recommend RC Auto more. My wife and I were in search of a new Ford Bronco dating back to early 2021 and thought all hope was lost when we experienced everything from back orders to supply chain issues, then someone recommended we reach out to see how RC Auto could help. We are so glad we did as the RC Auto team found a way to get us our dream car and first brand new car we have purchased/owned. Randy was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very responsive, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Their office and shop are very impressive and you are always welcomed by a friendly team that makes the experience truly stand out to your typical dealership or service center. We will certainly be going back to RC Auto and encourage others to do the same!

After our test drive, we were there for 30 minutes with a new car! Like out the door, 30 MINUTES! Scott was great, Roger's not to shabby either! Quickest car purchase EVER! Super easy

2 of my 3 cars have been purchased here. It is the best place to buy a car ever! There is no gimmicks or sleazy car salesman tactics. There is no pressure to buy a car you may not want. They will help you find the right car within the price budget in addition to the features you may want for a new car. They are the only place I'd buy a car due to their honesty and strong ethics. Once a customer with them you are a customer for life plus they treat you like family. Plus the best brownies you'll ever have as a bonus perk.

I have used RC Auto for over 20 years. I will never buy a car though anyone else! Honest straightforward people with integrity. They kept me informed through every step of the process and made the car buying experience a pleasure.

I've been using RC Auto to repair maintain both of my vehicles for over a year now, after a trusted friend recommended them to me. Their service is excellent and I always feel like I'm getting an honest assessment of repairs and maintenance needed, at a fair price. I'm even able to get work done while I wait, using their free WiFi. I have not purchased a vehicle through RC but I will definitely give them a chance to help me with that as well, when the time for a new vehicle arrives.

*** Brandon is awesome to work with & very knowledgeable about the different makes & models available to chose from! No high pressure sales BS, it's a family owned & operated business that offers a relaxed atmosphere.*** This will be the 3rd car we have purchased thru RC & have always been extremely happy! I recently received an RC Auto vehicle as a gift from my parents. I am beyond thrilled with the immense amounts of detail, time, and love that was invested in ensuring that this vehicle was in tip top shape. Not only am I ecstatic about the way my new vehicle runs, but I am also thrilled by the level of service provided. at RC Auto you really are treated like a family member! Great service, brought the car in for an oil change and I did not see the time go by! We have bought our 3rd car now at RC Auto with the help of Craig and Mandy, and again it has been but an excellent experience! So much so, that we are now I think on our way to referring Craig and Mandy to over more than a dozen friends, work colleagues and so on. THANK YOU for making not only our latest purchase stress free, but also for making the maintenance car service a first class experience!

RC Auto is an outstanding operation across the board. Their service department is incredibly capable and honest in their work. If you're looking to purchase or lease a car, Craig and Mandy are just incredible. Customer service is their top priority and they go out of their way for you every step of the way. This is the only place my family and I will ever buy or service a vehicle.

Val is awesome! He always goes over any issues with my car, and lets me know what needs to be done now and what can wait. He explains everything in understandable terms. And his prices are so reasonable! I recommend him to all my family and friends!

Great service both on the purchasing end and service end. Prices are accurately valued and you can pay with confidence. I was treated with honor, dignity, and respect. I looked for a car at a lot of places before someone personally referred RC Auto. Turns out the majority of their customers are referrals or repeat business. That's always a great sign.

Every sales or service experience at RC Auto is a joy. Roger and the entire team always are courteous, efficient and make me feel like a VIP! Every vehicle in our household is from RC and I can't imagine shopping for a car in the traditional car dealership. Having the service dept. available post sale is amazing! Dealing with John and his staff is stress free and so affordable! But the peace of mind knowing the quality of care and expertise is priceless!

I have been working with Val and Scott for over ten years, and I go out of my way to take my vehicle to RC Auto. I know I am always getting 100% GREAT service, and I never feel like they are going to take advantage like shady repair shops do. I tell EVERYONE I speak with needing service that even if it is a drive, they will make sure your service is 100% perfect.

Looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle? Look no further ... I had the best vehicle purchasing experience EVER! Trevor Skoro, sales and leasing agent, and Roger Camping, President, were top notch, honest, put the customer first, and offered a red-carpet treatment. Not only did they take their time educating me on purchasing options that best met my needs, but the process was like nothing I had ever experienced. In the past, I spent 6-8 hours in a car dealership waiting for the "big boss" to negotiate best options, but at RC Auto the buying power was in my hands. I spent approximately 3 hours over the course of about four days as I contemplated what best met my needs. I was able to test drive as many different cars as I wanted, all within one setting making it easier for the consumer to weigh the pros and cons, and the look and feel of each vehicle within minutes of each other. It was a true comparison with no hassle. I was able to use the weekend to formalize my decision, and finished all of the necessary upfront work online and over the phone/text messaging. When I arrived to finalize the deal, Trevor and Roger again met with me to provide answer additional questions prior to me signing. I finalized the paperwork and the keys were in my hand in less than one hour. Trevor even went above and beyond by sitting with me in my new vehicle and explaining all of the technological features and walking me through the setup. This was a first-class experience! RC Auto, Trevor, and Roger, thank you for restoring my faith in purchasing a car and making the transaction EASY and FAST. I truly felt like family, and not another customer. I will forever choose RC Auto for all of my auto purchasing needs. You are the best!

Their service is top shelf. Ive bought over 20 new vehicles over the last 10 years including Mercedes, Ford, Cadillac and Nissan and no one came close.in terms of service. Don't buy a vehicle if the service is terrible. Buy here and you'll get better service then you've ever had elsewhere.

The kindest man runs RC Auto.Our windshield had a stone chip. The gentleman repaired our windshield quickly. The result was great. I would highly recommend RC Auto for any glads repair.

Purchasing a car through RC Auto has been like no other car buying experience. There was no pressure, no hassle, no problems. Tom looked over my old Tahoe while we were out test driving the Toyota. RC gave me a good price for my trade in and we agreed on a price for the Highlander. Everything was done in a timely manner. No last minute "price adjustments" to the bottom line. Honest and very nice people at RC Auto. I would highly recommend RC Auto to anyone looking to buy a car. I know we will certainly return to RC next time we purchase a vehicle.
