I think I've gone to Hector for 20 years haven't been there lately because as I've gotten older I've purchased better cars but I honk every time I go by and send people to him constantly. He's the best

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've gone in twice for A/C work on my 2007 model year SUV and they fixed it quickly and they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.Recently I drove in and they diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and then dropped me off at home and then picked me up when the job was done. And it was (like always) done right. Great service!

My dad found this place years and years ago and now my boyfriend and I get service here. Prices are very reasonable here and turn around time for maintenance is pretty fast. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable. This shop is definitely a Diamond in the rough and doesn't look like much, but I do guarantee you will get great service here and you can trust them with all of your vehicle needs!I will note that it tends to be difficult to get them on the phone. Generally, they will call you if necessary and give you whatever relevant updates about the service but it's rare (almost impossible) to get them on the phone if you are the one calling. I suppose these circumstances require significant levels of trust. If you're not about that life, probably just go elsewhere.

I have been going to Hector at Ramirez Wheel Fashion for about 8 years. I originally went because I believe in supporting local business, and I also believe in taking the Road not Taken.I was looking for a new mechanic after being screwed over and took a chance on Hector and was pleasantly surprised to receive well-done work at prices that were well below other shops.To be honest, the place itself isn't going to win any awards for comfort. There's no lounge to speak of and honestly, it's kinda a mess. If you go in with that understanding, it is worth it for the prices.There is something of a small language barrier, but it's with his team, while Hector is fluent in English. It may take a few days to get your car back, due to the volume of serving they're doing.Ramirez Wheel Fashion is worth a try.

Well what can I say I broke down next to their shop on a Saturday and hector was open he looked at my car and said it needs a new bearing in drive shaft. Be down Monday well I took the bus and his supplier didn't get the part. So the lifted my car the center mount was rusted out he quoted me $600 for a used one and included labor. So the had I finished that wensday and got to get my car and what he quoted me was the price he built a new bracket on my 05 outback. I will be using hector again as a mechanic. I think he went above and beyond to get my car back to me. Again hector I want to ty you and your staff

I had a great experience at the shop. They were very knowledgeable and were able to pin point the issue without any extras that many shops try to fix . I took my 2016 Audi A7 and was able to get a Honest and very reliable job comparable to the services I receive from the big guys. It is now my to go place when something needs fixing! Highly recommended!

Great job. Fantastic prices. There is a language barrier if Hector is not around, but simply use google translation. Furthermore, his staff will call him if he is not on site.As for cash pay versus credit card, who cares. Why should he have to absorb a percentage of profit. Either way you still get an invoice and you still get the same warranty.

Hector and his team are really professional. They will not start repairs until they know what is wrong. Then they explain what the options are and take care of fixing what needs fixing and nothing more. The prices are very reasonable and the service is phenomenal!

My A/C went out on my truck and had him look at Made arrangements to bring back on Friday I brought truck in and was very uncomfortable Ramirez wasn't there. Someone told me to pull my truck in took 5 mins to remove hose 20 mins. later Ramirez showed up with part . Took 5 mins to install and another 5 mins to add freon .Then I got presented with 2 invoices one cash pay without tax and one for credit or debit with tax. I ended up paying $259 with tax .II would not recommend this shop They have a mostly Hispanic clientele and they are ripping people off. I believe I was over charged for work done.

Horrible customer service, when we came in for help because our ac didn't work they didn't even pay attention to us like we weren't there! I would never come back.
