Okay so to enter this junkyard it is $3 a person and one of the good things I like about this place is there's usually a good variety of everything that you might be looking for. So the people are super helpful the map is very clear shows you where each of the car aisles are and it gives you different areas by having a premium area which is supposed to have better vehicles or parts.my buddy & i just went there looking for two doors for his 1999 Honda Accord somebody t-boned is passenger side and messed up the two doors so what kind of luck did we run into finding two nice white doors that matched his car 3% luck and we find a pair of doors and the price was super Fair it took us like an hour and a half to get them off and now they're home thanks Pull and save

It s a racket, pay 3 dollars to go and see Premium vehicles, you get there and all you see is frame and chassis if one is complete. $3.00 might not seem like a lot, but what are you paying for when you expect a car to at least have something to look at. There is no system or way to inform cashier collecting fees at the gate that the cars they are sending you to see have 3% of anything still attached to them. I went to see a bare bones 2016 explorer, that was literally nothing left and like 3 other explorer vehicles. It would of been polite to understand that only 3% percent is what is left on the vehicle and what you are looking for may very well be gone already- but money is money at these places and yes just about all of these salvage yards do the same after driving over to another one right next door. It s like selling a dead parrot to a blind man and call it a quiet parrot in training. There is a simple solution to remedy this problem as one purchases a part discount it from the inventory till all parts give a percentage of what s left. You figured out how to charge very well, you should figure out how not to make people feel blindly taken.

It's pretty well organized, cars are grouped by make. A lot of the cars are picked thru pretty well but if you're lucky you'll get what You're looking for

Better than most yards as far as cleanliness. Why 3.00 to get in ? It's not a night club. And the prices? Someone thinks there parts are close to brand new in the box. THEY ARE USED AND SUN ROT!

Prices listed online are not the prices when you get to the counter. I showed this to the boy working the checkout, and he said "it doesn't matter". Mexicans bringing Mexican corruption across the border. Way to go you loser Democrats.

So I was nearly done with this build. Built with heart, determination and a lot help. From Pull and Save staff with being fired. And facing the fact I may have permanent brain damage. From a work related issue. The staff here has hooked me up helped out. An even walked out to admire my work. Well since it got wrecked. Ill definitely be down a solid 6 weeks with this broken foot. So were going bigger bader this is going to be the sickest Grand Cherokee ever. Now if I could get the owners blessing I want to put there name on it.

There's a group of men that stand around in truck by the entrance.One of them is man that is always drunk.When I go to pay for a car part he goes and tells me that he will charge me $100 for labor removal.He is allowed to enter Pull and Save and try to scam people. I have gone many times and witness him doing this to others.

90% of the vehicles in stock ark just the shell of the vehicle. With hardly any salvageable parts. Front desk doesn t know of the vehicle has an alternator!!Don t waste your time!!!

Very clean scrap yard. And helpful staff. I like that they hav two locations but I hate that you have to pay an entry fee for each yard. Once you could show a hand stamp and go to both yards for just one fee.

Great selection of vehicles that are in a great orderly fashion,. Otherwise, staff are rude if you can find anyone, and they charge 5% less than retail for a brand new part. I visit here as a last resort.

Prices keep going up, $3 to get in, staff at the checkout is usually rude, mainly on their phones, and always upcharging you for a different but similar part that costs much more.

Lu pita was an amazing customer service representative! She gave me the best deal on parts and I will definitely make this my parts location every chance I can come and obtain anything I need

Cars are mostly stripped. They charge a separate entry fee at both North and South enen though they are the same business. Prices are high plus too many added bogus fees like for core charge, environmental, warranty etc.

I m retired Military, wife s retired military, just wanted some parts, left with nothing but $4 less and an dispute. See how this company treats its veterans & how their employees treat their own customers:Their online system (using website) never matches what is in their yard. The employees were EXTREMELY RUDE when I only advised them of the issue then blamed their third party that runs the uploads! Never accepted the fact that they have a broken system, although it showed they knew it. I looked up all 6 vehicles I was trying to pull parts from via their webpage as they re 60 blocks away, got there and found none.Yes, you can ask them, but if they had a WORKING SYSTEM, which they clearly don t (hind-site), you shouldn t have to.Additionally, the a-hole male employee I addressed concerns to at the exit, told us we didn t have to return - I m not planing to. This was said in front of an audience of 4 other customers that walked in behind us and the polite female employee there too. My wife and I expected better, but not to have a bullying attempt from the employee that s doing checkout upon exit.Gladly, well NEVER return - if you can t listen to FREE IMPROVEMENT ADVISE DIRECTLY FROM YOUR CONSUMING CUSTOMERS, maybe you need a new job that allows you to treat people like you treated us.Zero stars wasn t an option in Google, so 1 star it shall be. I m never returning, we re recommend no-one else does either.

Scammers you call them they give you one price, you go and double check the prices they sound like a deal, after you go in and take the parts off they try everything possible to up charge you to where you pay premium prices of something you could get online. You know you're getting scammed but you're forced to pay because you already put the time and energy to take off the parts in the heat.

It's ok. Pretty picked through on popular vehicles like 88-98 gm trucks prices are a bit high compared to places I've been in other states. Not on par with pick n pull but Arizona Is one of the few States that doesn't have any pick n pull yards. This would be the first place I would look any and all parts. Lots of inventory

Being able to get in and go to the yard it's usually pretty quick. They have a lot of tires to look at on racks. The only problem I really have is a slight strangeness in the numbering system of the rows. As of August 3rd, not much has changed. And for the most part, that's not bad.

This place has been a lifesaver. Only 2 bucks to go in and find your part. They have the only '92 Toyota Celica in PHOENIX, and I've been back a few times to grab parts for my '93 Celica Convertible.
