I have been coming to the same mechanics for years, they have the Most honest employees. Weather is good news about your car or bad news about your car. They will tell you the truth and find the best solution For your problem.As a single mom, it s very important to find a place where you can take your car and have that mental Peace where you know that you re not being taken advantage off. I Absolutely love pro s auto care. Thank guys.

Pros Auto Care came highly recommended to me by a good friend. It was almost an hour drive, I could have gone to probably 30 shops that were closer but I'm so glad I made the drive. Toyota was going to charge me a minimum of $500 to look at and reset a couple of computers in my Highlander that were throwing codes, but these guys got me in same day and reset everything within 15 minutes and had me back on the road saving me $500 that I couldn't afford. If you have any issues with your vehicle, I would see what these guys can do for you first - will be coming back if I have any issues with any of my vehicles in the future! Lorenzo and his team are absolutely amazing they do the job that needs to be done. No add on's, no hidden fees. it was what he said and the price was very reasonable. I have been looking for a good mechanic in the Phoenix area and found a GREAT place thank you fellas. sincerely

I have been going to these guys for a few years now before I had them my air broke and I had my other mechanic look at it and they tried to say it was going to be over a $1000 to fix it and when I brought it here they fixed it for a little over $200 and it's still working great by the way and they have been my savior quite a few times since I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest fair shop I would never go anywhere else I feel blessed to have found them they go above and beyond to work with and help you

Jose and Lorenzo are absolutely the best. I can rely on their expertise when all else seems to fail me. They have me going in no time every time. I completely trust them. Ladies, they take care of us here.As always, this shop has always taken very good care of me and my vehicles. I always refer them and would highly recommend. The guys are very knowledgeable about all types of cars. Their work is good and they stand behind what they do.I like the fact that they're very reasonable. They're not there to retire on your car's repairs.I've actually been going there for years and will continue to take my vehicles to them because of their abilities as mechanics and their good sense of public relations.They're a 5 star group that should be recognized...!

Pros Auto Care is AMAZING! I just love these guys. They are honest and dependable, a trait hard to find in an automotive technician in this day and age.I don't go anywhere else for any automotive work on my cars. Manny and Lorenzo are great guys.

I have never been more upset than I am now. Con Men. The only words to describe these guys. A tune up consisted of 1 single spark plug. Come to find out from our family mechanic. It should have been all 4 changed. Not just one. I showed him the invoice and they charged for all 4 new plugs. But he pulled out 3 old ones and showed me only 1 new one. I should have waited until he got back into town. Damn.

I brought in my 2007 Hyundai azera that had multiple overeating issues. Jose was extremely honest and advised me not to get The work done , cuz it would cost more than the car. I wasn't even charged a diagnostic fee. I appreciate the honesty cuz I've taken it to other places that wanted to charge me an arm and a leg Knowing that would probably not have even solved the problem. Thanks Jose

I love this place because they talk to you about your vehicle at a level were you understand the components which they are fixing, replacing, and installing your parts.. Lorenzo and Jose are very professional and courteous and their shop employees are also professional and good at what they do.. great work guys...and thank you for my alignment..
